Having
been
using
the
takeaway
for
decades,
its
time
to
go
on
my
dirty
list.
The
customer
service
and
quality
of
food
has
been
going
downhill
for
weeks
and
weeks.
Before,
any
call
would
be
answered
straight-away
or
if
you
have
lucky
to
have
got
through
you
wouldn't
need
to
shout.
As
a
comparison,
Pyramids
answer
straightaway
with
a
delivery
time
of
just
30
minutes.
In
reality,
took
just
20
minutes
on
a
Saturday
night
at
11.00pm.
I
had
called
here
first
but
did
not
answer
twice.
You
certainly
don't
need
to
shout
too
and
to
be
heard.
What
a
contrast
in
Customer
Service.
The
online
delivery
service
is
appalling
in
the
extreme.
If
my
order
submitted
at
10:20pm
arrived
at
11:50pm.
Do
I
presume
all
online
orders
submitted
after
10:20pm
did
not
get
delivered
until
after
11:50pm?
Or
do
orders
get
prioritised?
So
many
factors
come
into
the
mix
i.e.
taking
orders
online
when
very
busy,
thus
generating
income
for
themselves
but
letting
customers
down
with
beyond
1
hours
30
minutes
delivery.
By
that
time
the
food
is
not
hot.
The
flaw
is
the
online
ordering
system
would
still
show
as
delivered
having
provided
a
45
minutes
-
1
hour
range.
No
discount
etc
offered
too
as
well
as
no
courtesy
to
call
customers
to
say
their
orders
are
running
very
late
hence
the
2
stars
only.
The
Asian
mantra
has
kicked
in
here
too.
5
mins,
10
mins,
ends
up
being
20
minutes,
no
even
longer
in
the
end.
If
part
of
the
character
development
of
their
religion
not
to
give
BS.
2nd
Asian
takeaway
now
put
on
my
dirty
list
but
here
my
patience
had
got
thin
reluctantly
when
I
take
pride
in
my
levels
of
patience
too.
Greed
before
Good
Customer
Service
has
taken
over.
