Tried this place and it was not the best, the hot and spicy wasn't spicy the chips tasted old the donner meat was hard like it has been reheated. The salad had a vinegar taste to it. We went here as it had good reviews.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH NO TASTE WHAT SO EVER, BY THE TASTE THEY MIXED SOME SORT OF FLOUR IN TO THE MEAT IT WAS LIKE EATING A PAKORA NOT A KABAB. Having been using the takeaway for decades, its time to go on my dirty list. The customer service and quality of food has been going downhill for weeks and weeks. Before, any call would be answered straight-away or if you have lucky to have got through you wouldn't need to shout. As a comparison, Pyramids answer straightaway with a delivery time of just 30 minutes. In reality, took just 20 minutes on a Saturday night at 11.00pm. I had called here first but did not answer twice. You certainly don't need to shout too and to be heard. What a contrast in Customer Service. The online delivery service is appalling in the extreme. If my order submitted at 10:20pm arrived at 11:50pm. Do I presume all online orders submitted after 10:20pm did not get delivered until after 11:50pm? Or do orders get prioritised? So many factors come into the mix i.e. taking orders online when very busy, thus generating income for themselves but letting customers down with beyond 1 hours 30 minutes delivery. By that time the food is not hot. The flaw is the online ordering system would still show as delivered having provided a 45 minutes - 1 hour range. No discount etc offered too as well as no courtesy to call customers to say their orders are running very late hence the 2 stars only. The Asian mantra has kicked in here too. 5 mins, 10 mins, ends up being 20 minutes, no even longer in the end. If part of the character development of their religion not to give BS. 2nd Asian takeaway now put on my dirty list but here my patience had got thin reluctantly when I take pride in my levels of patience too. Greed before Good Customer Service has taken over.

Wow never used before but several family & friends use and spoke highly of this take away. Ordered tonight and rang after to confirm ginger allergy not a problem. Food arrived within 40 mins all hot. Daughter ordered Persian mixed dish with rice and pasta which was not the usual choice. We had asked for it mild which it wasn't so rang, so helpful and said the note had been missed. Another would be sent out. The other food was excellent Donna not fatty and tasty. Had chicken & sweetcorn pasty if not homemade tasted it, wonderful and then the best bit, Dessert a biscoffi milk cake You must try it! Taste sensation 😋 oh dear could be ordering on a regular basis. So helpful too

Has this place changed hands....? Not a patch on how good it used to be... They don't do mixed grill & rice anymore...ordered mixed grill & chips and it was basically chips...salad and chili sauce.... Sadly Will not be ordering from here again 😔

Fish and chips review Ordered a few weeks ago via just eat amazing but this time shop was on my way so went in person ; despite the whole family being really hungary they just had a few butes and left it ; oil Seemed really old Dont bet on this if u dont have a backup although if u had a backup why would u buy But kebabish on the other hand is great all the time

Recent had a refurb and looks good now but all food prices have significantly increased at a time when we are all struggling with the cost of living. Yet the food quality nor the service has increased taking the new prices into consideration. Disappointing since the refurb.

Tried the new menu the other day went for a flaming cow smash burger. Was made perfect the beef was nice and juicy and the grilled filled was full of flavour. Tonight went for a donner sizzler which was excellent stir fried with onions and peppers.

The best Persian Lamb I've ever had. Always consistent everytime I order it, whether on chips or nan. Well worth the travel from Preston to Blackburn. They now have revamped it and have a seating area, which is nice, modern and clean!

Took over 1 hour and 15 minutes for the food to arrive via delivery, didn’t even get the sausage on the delivery but was still charged full amount, they NEVER put the red salt on the chips and they're always cold, no excuse for the time it takes to arrive, place has gotten progressively worse as I’ve ordered from here, and the prices have increased but the service has gotten worse and worse, never ordering again from this takeaway again....

Very good food for the price, one of the best in Blackburn for takeaway. Friendly staff, I could recommend a few dishes from here but one I go for is meat Kuria the best. I highly recommend this place.

I've been using k2 now for a few yrs and become friends with the all the guys who work there my partner celebrated her 40th birthday on the 24th of September and I ordered all the food from k2 and it was brilliant also Mo knew I had plans on asking my partner to marry me on that day and when my food arrived on that day he had only gone and made us a cake which we thought was a beautiful gesture the cake was gorgeous also they have in the past donated to raffles I have had in my work place the people at k2 are brilliant, honest and genuine people and I would recommend them to anyone just remember people like any business sometimes we don't always get it right so just ring them they are honest and genuine people and they will rectify the problem so you can be a happy customer keep up the good work guys . Good customer service even though sometimes you can stand there without any acknowledgement even though you are the only one in there, chips are cooked fine, pleasant place.

Nice chippy. Been coming to this place for many years. The owners son (don't know his name) is really friendly and always remember me when I pop in. I recommend the Chicken Persian & Chips from here :-) Note: I can get really busy at times, especially on weekend evenings, so telephone in your order if you don't want to be waiting in the queue.

I paid for 2 people for my food, cans, and chutney. I didn't get any of these soft drinks. And instead of gravy, I had to ask for something else at half price, of course. so a minimum of £ 2.60 was taken out of my pocket.Although there could have been delivery men if he was thirsty. Even though I called them 5 times, they didn’t pick up the phone.😡😡

I have known these lads who run this place for a very long time. They never disappoint. Great selection on the menu. Prices are very reasonable. Delivery available as well as dine in. Cannot recommend it enough.

Came from out of town and popped in for food as the place looked good. Had great service and help from the lad at the counter. Food was lovely and we really enjoyed the Chicken Tikka Persian in Naan. Would definitely recommend.

Really nice food as always. On this occasion we got two pizzas, chicken nuggets and chips all of which were amazing. The mixed grill is my usual go to order but I fancied a bit of a change and it didn't disappoint.

Ordered a few days ago on just eat. TOOK 2 HOURS FOR MY FOOD TO ARRIVE!!!! ordered at 12.15 came at 2 half of it went in bin ! As my break was over. Bloke just said sorry least I expected was a refund or something extra with my meal !! Everytime I kept ringing up kept on saying driver will be there few mins. Shame when the food is pretty good from there customer service is very poor !

Found hair in my food a few moons back...staff don't wear hats so it's going to happen. Was it deliberate? Probably not. Will it happen again..probably. Will I eat there again. F no. If you go early at lunch time you might get reheated rubbish from the day before which is microwaved to death. Rubbery food is not my bag. Shouldn't be yours either!

I pre-ordered & still waiting half n hour late….other than that quality food and excellent portions.

My son went in to get a large potion of chips. Got home and they weren't large. Chips were awful and about one fifth of the portion were crisp. Not the same compared to when it was on bottom of Oak St.

This place used to be a decent takeaway, now they take 1 hour to deliver a small amount of food to an address that's 1 mile away and can't get an order correct - the chips were supposed to be with curry sauce on them not a large portion with a small tub of curry sauce. I will not be using this takeaway again.

Ordered a spicy donner with chips, got donner kebab with red salt on drenched in oil, chips soaked in oil, no taste or anything the only decent thing was the chilli sauce. They didn't put any forks in or give the free drink that comes with the meal. Anyone who cares about what they eat would avoid.

Food qas always delicious before and now tey have renovated and they EXTENDED the menu!! Brilliant fish and chips, chicken tikka rolls, pizzas, a variety of SMASH BURGERS which are ALL delicious, not to forget the frozen Fanta too 😋

Had a kebab roll on keema naan. Enjoyed it very much. The service by the staff was excellent

Ordered chicken biryani it was so spicy ! No flavour at all all I could taste is spice my tongue was burning and my lips were burning 🔥 🥵 it felt I was eating chillies . My husband had to run to the shop to get yoghurt even after I added yoghurt it was still so hot 🥵 I was literally dieng my lips burnt and my tongue it was so bad I had tears coming out my eyes and my nose started to run like I had a severe flu. Very bad didn’t enjoy at all. Thumbs down 👎

I recently moved to the area, and found this place. Why is that pertinent you may ask, well where i used to live, you would not get much change from £30 for a large kebab and a pizza. Here though £30 would feed a family for about 8 months Its insanely cheap. The price does reflect the quality of the food though. If you are on a budget this is the place for you, but if you want food big in taste and quality you may want to go elsewhere.

Placed an order on Just Eat and didn't know it was going to be delayed by 2 hours!, Then i try calling the takeaway but no answer, But! They put the phone down on me like 4 times without answering!. Really really bad service right there, if possible please avoid this takeaway.

I only live 5min away from this takeaway by car order from just eat large donner and chips with salad and chicken burger. Firstly when the food arrived the donner meat was cold chips was cold and it looks like it wasn’t cooked long enough secondly the salad they thrown on top I wouldn’t even give to my rabbits chicken burger bun wasn’t toasted and also salad in burger taste disgusting

I have ordered from K2 a few times usually its okay however today the food was dry there was no sauce i asked for chilli garlic sauce there was no chilly sauce at all and they also forgot my chips. Disappointed with the food very dry.

The chilli cheeseburger was made amazingly! Asked for the burger not to be made well done and it was yummy!

This is the place, for great food. Massive selection of meals served quickly. The customer service and ingredients are second to none. If ever I've referred a friend to K2 they've always returned with satisfaction. I've been eating here since the early 90s, I can't pass it by when I'm the area. I made an order for delivery for a butter pie peas and gravy I waited 2 hours 15 mjns for it stoll not to arrive I rang the takeaway back to be told they haven't received any order. Absolute joke of a place nowadays
