where
do
I
start?
Well
firstly
let
me
say
I
had
no
option
but
to
give
one
star,
as
it
won’t
let
you
continue
without
a
star.
My
husband
and
I
have
been
going
to
Wokstar
since
it
opened,
which
is
a
good
while
ago.
The
last
few
times
we
have
had
re-heated
chips
and
the
meals
have
been
warmish.
However,
one
evening
we
decided
to
ring
and
make
a
complaint.
I
asked
for
my
money
back
and
I
gave
the
meal
back.
After
a
few
weeks
we
decided
to
give
them
another
chance,
to
our
shock
the
young
lady
who
I
have
to
say
is
always
very
polite,
rang
us
back
to
say
the
owner
will
not
serve
us
and
we
are
not
allowed
to
order
again
from
them.
So
we
feel
that
if
you
can’t
take
criticism
and
basically
have
to
ban
a
customer
because
their
food
wasn’t
up
to
standard
it’s
a
poor
do.
Moreover,
after
all
them
years
we
have
been
a
customer
and
this
is
what
they
return
back
to
you,
it’s
a
disgrace.
The
cost
of
food
was
over
£30
and
they
didn’t
refund
all
of
it
like
they
said
they
did.
Maybe
all
them
times
we
have
had
chips
that
have
tasted
funny
and
rubbery
because
they
have
been
warmed
up
a
few
times
over,
I
should
have
complaint
but
I
didn’t.
So
it
just
goes
to
show
what
kind
of
people
they
are
who
own
this
business.
I
am
a
nurse
and
I
work
very
hard
for
my
money
and
if
something
isn’t
right
why
can’t
I
complain
without
being
punished
for
it.
Anyway
they
have
done
us
a
big
favour,
no
more
warmed
up
chips
for
us
anymore!!!
One
thing
I
will
stay
NO
STARS
FOR
THE
OWNERS,
and
FIVE
STARS
FOR
THE
YOUNG
GIRL
WHO
ANSWERED
THE
PHONE
AND
RANG
US
BACK..
Good
riddance
to
bad
rubbish!!!!!!!
