We decided to try this takeaway out this week after hearing everyone rave about the pizza. So ordered pizza and garlic bread with cheese. Came to pick up and had to stand around for ages to be acknowledged and to pay. The staff were too busy taking phone orders. Anyway when food was ready I tried to pay with card. Guess what they don’t accept card payment. I said why not tell me when I made order on phone? He said ‘did you ask?’! The cheek! Asked why they don’t have machine ,they stated we don’t have a card machine. Strange as it a busy takeaway. Anyway it’s not the first takeaway to take cash only and it won’t be the last.So tried to get cash from machine outside but it was out of order. Very frustrated, asked my husband to bring cash! Anyway the pizza wasn’t anything special. Even asked for green chillies in them. The children agree there’s no flavour , no salt no chillies!The most bland pizza ever!The garlic bread has a strong taste of garlic, like I was eating garlic. Will not return .Advised family and friends not to go there as customer service was 3/10, food was 4/10.

We really like the pizza from here. It's really tasty. Just a shame about the customer service. It's the only takeaway that don't offer sauces for free. Previously I got told they don't do sauces. I asked again today and he said they charge for them as they give it in a big tub. Why not just give a small tub for free if the customer requests it. Bad attitude! Like they don't appreciate their customers. It's a shame as the food is nice.

Was a regular customer of theres , but the way 1 of the owners spoke to me when I asked him to put on a few slices of diner on my burger and il pay for it , he ask for fil Charge of tray of doner , I didn’t want the few slices for free pal , but to try and charge me full price for tray of doner , no thanx i knw ur in business to make money but there is some sort of customer service , always a regular here never complained once , thank god burger bros has reopened up ,

Usually good from here but both kebabs ordered came with literally 4 strands of Donner.... hardly any meat in fact.... was pretty much all salad..... chips where good though 🤷‍♂️ won't be ordering again I'm afraid... no value for money what so ever!! Disappointed to say the least

I'd vowed not to go here again but husband went without telling me. One of the slices of pizza had nowt on it! 😆. This place used to do amazing pizza, now average at best. Go to Don Pablos for good pizza now.

Such tasty pizza just the guy on the till absolutely terrible he rushes you , you can’t even pick what you want or even read the menu as he’s standing like he’s in hurry but other than that the food is 10/10

Nicely made. If you want to stay standard with your food it's a safe option, however It's not the best I've had. Also they charge for sauces.

Best parmesan and pizzas. If you want a good donner. This is the place.. forget to follow simple instructions. But do put it right straightaway. Wil come out with fresh food if your not happy.

Usually rather good but today's large kebab was pitifull, could easily eat another. Naan was tiny and very little filling

Never get my pizza's from anywhere else. Best place ever. Tbh they're chicken kebabs are amazing too.

Good pizza Slightly expensive compared to other local takeaways.

My kebab is spot on everytime, friendly staff and delivery drivers, I'm a regular sometimes I order pizza and it's spot on, fast delivery too and food is never cold ☺

Rather expensive, however I must admit, the pizzas are very tasty. I can see that the expense is valid as they don't scrounge on the toppings. Will definitely try and visit again. This place is in Blackburn and I am from Accrington. Thus goes to show how good they are.

A bit of a strange one. Can't work out how many pieces should be in shish. Got one with 3 huge pieces once and another time 2 medium pieces. Should be same all the time. I know lamb is expensive but if you're charging good money why do this

Absolutely give up always ordered from mamas but last two weeks give up ordered last Saturday freezing cold wrong food all put in bin was told I'd have it of my next order didn't happen but still give them a go again tonight. Give up

One of the best tasting Pizzas in Blackburn. When their really busy you feel quality is compromised. Donner and Parmisans are also very nice.

I work all over the North West at night, and I've always struggled to get a decent kebab in Blackburn. Not anymore though. The kebabs from here are excellent. One of the best I've had in quite a while and certainly the best locally
