Worst KFC in the UK. Braindead staff who can’t seem to get a single order right first time. Constantly having to take food back to the point where I now have to sit and check the entire order in the drive-through. Absolute joke that franchises like this are able to get away with such dreadful service.

Dreadful, chicken under cooked and workers disrespectful to customers was very unsatisfied with my visit the kitchen also smelt like a gas leak I will not be returning to this establishment neither should you.

Pretty decent, usually cheerful polite staff, decently quick, odd time I say n pay for large side n get a regular but pretty rare now. Usually some sorta offer on. Hopefully it stays this way. Its still bit hit n miss, items still missing now n again. Ask for a large, get charged but get regular size sides half the time. They do at least seem a bit better tho and more cheerful Gone rubbish again over last year. Not open at times on google Might or might not be open during open hours. Has adverts up for daily wraps that it never actually had in( take down the posters then!!) Closes at 10 pm but here at 9:30pm its got bins pulled across stopping u from driving in to order. Pulled up for 5 min to write this, 7 other cars tried to pull in drive thru, then tried to go in n turned away from in store ordering too. Total catfish, come to our open store n special offers- joke haha we closed n didnt tell anyone

Absolutely shocking , never will I step foot in there again , dry chicken dry stale bread , best thing I got was Heinz ketchup

Shocking food. Chicken stale, chips cold, no salt or serviettes provided, hash brown missing off the burger, no fork for colslaw and a wrong order on one of the meals. Couldn't get much worse.

Something wrong with order every single time I've been. Always something basic, like items missing that come with the meal. Attitude of staff generally poor. Never had this issue at any other KFC.

Every time we order or go there, they get the order wrong!! Last time they missed out an item, today instead of mayo wrap we got a chili wrap that almost burned my mouth out, thanks! Someone there needs to be sacked, it wasnt even busy at all toda . What if I had a food allergy???

We were ignored when we walked in no reason was given no eye contact made,no "sorry things are a bit hectic please bear with me" Still blatently ignored whilst staff busied themselves doing nothing I felt like something you'd find on the bottom of your shoe...we waited another 5 minutes before we left in the meanwhile while the counter server passed food over the counter and upto customers tables herself there were about 6 people sat down at the time I also spoke to Mr "couldn't give two hoots and erm sorry about your experience " Matt the manager Less said the better about his response . We were teated like lepers we both left followed by another two customers,this place has never been a top KFC and since the "new" management team took over it's even less likely to have my money over its counter we went to Accrington instead where we were greeted and served good hot food with a smile.

The staff at this location give a very poor service in terms of politeness! They really couldnt care less! Also kfc really needs to maintain its stock and equipment better, what is the point of driving their to be told things they advertise aren't available because of stock issues or because machines are broken. Kfc is taking a similar route as burgerking

One of the worst KFCs I've had the displeasure to use. I don't usually go to KFC (now I remember why) but it was for the other half and kids. Waiting time was horrendous and the food was shocking. And it's not like it was at peak time either. Then there was the staff who behaved like I'd just broken into their houses. Won't be returning anytime in the future.

Ordered 3 days in a row. Wrong order also 3 days in a row. So we called and complained. And they laughed there heads off. Told me to come pick up the right order. I said im disabled and don't drive. Then they laughed again. Was crying my eyes out. They laughed even more. Fuming never again. Wont even give me my money back.

I paid nearly £10 for and extremely dry in taste and dark brown in colour indicating that the oil is filthy kernels fillet burger, it looks as though they tried to compensate for the dry burger with nearly an entire bottle of Mayo, so much so that I had to scrape most of it off. And the two chicken strips that were £3 plus by themselves were small very dry and hard to chew. Doesn’t anyone take care when prepping food at KFC anymore. I don’t usually complain but when I’m paying nearly £10 I expect decent quality. Never going back

Went in at 16:15 28/12. Only one other couple dining in and not one other table clean. Asked girl on till if one could be cleaned and she agreed but she obviously didn't see all the food under the table because she didn't clean that. KFC clearly more interested in Deliveroo and drive through. God knows what condition the kitchen and toilets must be in.

Warmed up food

fast service with hot fresh food. I knocked off 2 stars as the food from delivery (via just eat) was terrible, missing an item, damaged gravy and wrong drink. I ended up with slop at the bottom of the box.

Don't even bother unless you like barely warm, not fresh food. Went in on a voucher after having poor food 3 weeks ago. No wonder there were only 2 people in restaurant. Won't be going to KFC again. Rubbish!!!

Waited 25 min in the drive through advertising items outside on the road billboard. They don't even sell and had no krushems So got nothing You need a exit out of the drive through or a list of items you dont have available before you enter the drive through

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews of this outlet since my Zinger Tower Box meal was quality and served in the time I expected; the lady initially gave me a Zinger Burger until I told her and she swapped for a tower! She was friendly enough to give me a new portion of chips when I dropped mine and the counter is well laid out, having the appropriate points for order and collect. I also picked up both ketchup and mayo for my meal and appreciated the vibe in this restaurant, sitting at a comfortable seat on a clean table!

A real disappointment, after months of lockdown felt it would be a nice treat to share a kfc with extended family, ordered 1 10 piece and 1 14 piece bargain bucket how embarrassing it was to find 8 missing pieces ( not everyone was able to have more than 2 pieces ) the chips were so dry had to throw them. NEVER again will we visit this kfc.

The foods always relatively warm...never hot. The serving staff are the most miserable and unfriendly bunch I've ever known. To add post Covid19. IF YOU DONT TAKE CASH PUT UP A SIGN!!!!!!! So many irritated customers, in a 20 minute queue for nothing!

Stopped wasting our money in here now. Food is cold all the time. And now it's like the staff are from a crack house. Half of the teeth missing needle marks on the arm's no washing of hands. Just nasty. I would rather eat a burger I made that's I dropped down the toilet. Enough is enough.

Always a weird burnt plastic taste to the chicken batter. Try changing the oil more often maybe? Especially with you being the only KFC for miles around (25 min drive from home and 25 mins to get back to eat burnt plastic flavoured chicken isn't great) Gutted as I love KFC but this branch? Not so much.

The food was well prepared, the staff were friendly and polite. We got a choice of dips with our order I thought that was a nice touch and I always appreciate when people go the extra mile. I will definitely be back to this KFC!

My friend burned herself on the gravy but good chicken!

Feeling Super Lazy after mental day at work. Thought give KFC a try. Impressed how quick deliver was. Everything was piping hot. Fries, chicken pieces, chicken burger, spot on, not greasy. Drinks were chilled. I'll order a delivery again and recommend it.

Staff are brilliant but the food...... how the prices have shot up but the food has downsized. Always used to get boneless banquet the chicken pieces are half the size now

Absolutely terrible, burgers are standard, nice. The sides of kansas bbq bites and sweet chilli bites, might as well if had an Accrington Brick in it. The chicken was like it’s older than Tutankhamen well over cooked. No blue light discount however free soggy popcorn. Staff were pleasant, I’d like to think this was a c 1 off

I order wrap meal deal just now I can't review it on uber eats ...fries was stale and bad smell wrap was not good as well very bad food service.

Ordered 8 piece boneless sharer with bottle pepsi max order came quick shame order was wrong got 2 mini fillets and 6 hot wings diat pepsi ring them to sort out it only to fined they just checked any thing they liked in that was left as there was closed by time I ring them two mins after it was delivered joke if it was there why not just decline order now I paid for food and drink I don't eat or drink

Great food, and great service, able to change your order or ask for specifica without feeling as though you'll be tutted or yelled at. Going in store provides a speedy service.

Got 2 box meals one was missing the wings, the chips were reheated and the burger was dry af. Wonder why they never employ any English people? Maybe this is why the service and food is soo poor.

Disabled-friendly service. Very considerate and professional staff. As a carer of a disabled person, I received a free drink. Thank you for this nice gesture!

Amazing quality. I was served by a beautiful girl with an Eastern European twang to her voice. She got everything in my order right, and the portions were large. Perhaps the best KFC in lancashire

Food is always great and service fast but double check what you receive as more often than not something will be missing.

I have been here often but the service was appalling today! Been to many KFC branches and NEVER have they charged me an extra 35p to have tea instead of pop with my 3 piece meal! The rude salesgirl insisted that it was the right thing to do. I asked for thighs twice with the meal and 2 snack boxes and she gave me none and refuses to take the meals back, even though they didn’t leave the counter! I felt like walking out! 35p extra, Macdonalds serves me tea instead of pop with no hassle. So why shouldn’t you?

It's finger lickin good and you get more for ya money with the KFC app on ya phone or apple one

Very clean the food is good sometimes not always fresh like the chips sometimes only just aired huhu but overall fairly good

Mon Tue wed discount on food when going in to order

Allows eat-in (Aug 2020) and isn't very busy in the evenings so wait time for orders isn't excessive like other branches

Absolutely appalled at this KFC. We have been a few times and really liked the service through the drive through. However, this time I went I waited to be served and gave my order of 2 large zinger tower box meals and extras. However when I got to the kiosk to pay and collect my order he gave me my drinks which were just regular, then he passed me my food and I said I wanted them large. He did not ask me if I wanted him to make them large and I would of paid the money to make them large. I had waited a long time in the drive through to not get the order I wanted. I would of gone in the building but that's not the point of drive through and I just wanted to get home at this point.
