Nice large store, always lots to choose from and always let you bring your dog in with you which is good because my lab can be very fussy so letting her choose a toy is always interesting, she normally finds something very quickly and gets super excited and carries it to the checkout for us

A big thank you to Hannah who has been incredibly helpful everytime since I first turned up with Atlas and went "what do I do, what do I need" All the staff have always be welcoming and helpful, but Hannah stands out!

Always willing to help if you can't find anything you need and will take bulky items to vehicle for you nothing is to much trouble for the friendly staff

The staff were most helpful and very interested in my new foster kitten. I've got his brother as well now! Well done to Rossendale Responsible Animal Rescue for catching them and the factory workers that reported the abandoned kittens so they could get some help.

Do not buy your fish from this shop. I have tried them several times over the years for buying fish and every single one has died prematurely, the last one breaking the record and dying in the 1st 48 hours. My existing fish are still healthy and happy and fish from other shops have thrived so I know this is a PAH problem.

Great advice from staff, not pushy at all and helped me save money by advising I wait until the free VIP membership was active so I'd get a 15% discount.

Not enough parking spaces, usually do 8 laps of car park waiting for a space after spending way to much time getting there because Burnley is just infuriating!! Traffic light police gone wild. Why invent roundabouts then re-invent traffic lights on roundabouts??

We've been shopping here since it opened and have never been disappointed. Plenty of great advice and top quality goods. Absolutely wonderful staff too. It's become our first port of call whenever we acquire another pet, which is often.

Very helpful staff, new layout with new products everywhere. We went to look for a doggy haircut but it's a little out of our price range as he just needed a number 1 all over with nothing fancy.

Nice clean tidy store. Well stocked. There are a few pets to but and take home like rats, mice and Guinea pigs plus a good selection of fish.

Brought our Pom cross spaniel in for an off-the-cuff groom recently while shopping in store. Louise and her assistant were wonderful with him. Louise obviously is very knowledgeable and talented, but also such a total professional while being friendly and helpful. She put us both at ease and did the most fantastic job. She’s a credit to the store and PAH are lucky to have her on the team. We will definitely be back.

Friendly store, always happy to help with any issues. Staff are always happy to see our snakes in the store too! (Most staff) although I feel bad for the staff that just finished cuddling hamsters and then had to pick out our frozen mice! Sorry!

Great pet store

Good store, well laid out. Nice and bright, but I found it a little mixed up. No clear signs telling you where things are. I went for a new ball for my German Shepherd 'yes she lost yet another in the river ' Only had a choice of two balls, neither suitable. Ample free parking, and good access for disabled. Prices are average.

Visited the store today for my first time in preparation for my new puppy. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Blatant false advertising on the apparent subscription only flea treatment which was priced individually and had no mention of having to subscribe. Poor customer service skills by staff, very unhelpful. Will not be returning.
