Best decision ever. I purchased the 2 seater and one lounger hot tub from Black Diamond Spa’s. The jets are very powerful, the sound system has plenty of base and clarity from my Bluetooth. I have a very small garden that’s why I purchased this size. Yet when you get in it, there is plenty of room. Very deceptive. Grant and Chris kindly delivered, set up and explained how everything works. So easy! So wonderful to have a hot tub any weathers and help me relax. Treat yourself and don’t feel guilty, it’s worth it😊

Ordered my spa from Black diamond having had inflatables before, very easy to order, helpful about what was needed for installation and took me through the process. Delivery guys Chris & Jordan were great, overcame the obstacles in their way and installed it exactly where we wanted it without any fuss. Really good experience and would recommend using this company.

Great service! We love our hot tub. We were nervous about delivery as we have positioned it quite far down our garden, the lads who delivered were great and got it into position pretty quick with a couple of obstacles. Will definitely be recommending to our friends.

Had my hot tub delivered Monday with black diamond spas . Nothing is too much trouble for all who work there. It was pouring it down with rain but the lads just carried on through it . Haven’t used the tub yet but as this is my second one I’ve purchased from them ( I moved and left it at my old home ) and never had an ounce of trouble with it. Recently purchased the california hot tub from black diamond Spas and could not fault their service from start to finish. Sales team in their showroom provided a great customer service as did Jake who dealt with booking in our delivery. Jay and Clint delivered and installed, they were really friendly and quickly installed our tub. They went through how to operate and ensure we were happy with everything before they left. Excellent service from Jake and the team at Black Diamond Spas. We ordered our hot tub in March this year but due to some issues with getting ready for instillation our end, we needed to postpone delivery until June. This was no problem to the team and they were happy to accommodate the dates that I wanted. The guys that came to install were friendly and knowledgable. Plus it’s the best price I’ve seen for the size and spec hot tub we got, I’ll be recommending them to everyone.

Fabulous Spa Company from start to finish. Kai the sales rep was a really lovely knowledgeable fella, not pushy & even after ordering he answered what probably felt like 101 questions leading upto delivery day. From ordering to delivery was 1 1/2 weeks, which for this time of year was excellent. On delivery day Terry & Harry had a few challenges getting the tub situated, but once Jake arrived it was in place. Terry explained everything fully, I videod his Tub Tour Guide as I have a terrible memory, I cant attach videos to the review so will email them to Kai, he might put them on there FB Page, they may help some of you deciding. We had the 2 lounger Sorrento, it is big, but perfect for us. I would highly recommend Black Diamond Spa's they cover the whole of the UK, but if you can, get down to there welcoming & friendly showroom. Thanks Kai, Terry, Harry & Jake.

We have had our California hot tub delivered today by Jay and Clint. What a fantastic team they were. Nothing was too much trouble. We had some access issues which they took in their stride even after coming to us late on a Friday. Not only did they take down our gate for us but they also put it back. Jay talked me through all of the information I needed and I feel confident I can look after my hot tub properly. The tub itself is beautiful and we have had a fantastic experience from start to finish. If you are lucky enough to get Jay and Clint, you won't find two friendlier and more knowledgeable young men to deliver and install your hot tub. 5 star service, thank you guys.

Despite a long wait for delivery, the Destiny Spa is absolutely wonderful. Jake kept me up to date while I was waiting and helped with arranging a crane to get the tub into an awkward space and with sorting out the electrical requirements. Installation was a breeze, and the installers took really good care to make sure the tub was sited correctly and the cable was hidden and not a trip hazard. The hot tub was up and running within hours of connection. The quality of the product is amazing, with the waterfall feature being really attractive. The price was really good too. I'm absolutely delighted to recommend Black Diamond. Thanks everyone!

I ordered from Black Diamond Spa’s because of their great value hot tubs and brilliant reviews on Google. I placed an order at the end of June 2021 and had the hot tub delivered just two weeks later as I picked one that was already in stock. The communication that I had via email with the sales team was good and the delivery team arrived when they said they would. The installation was quick and they took the time to explain how to look after the hot tub. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend them.

We had a bit of a mixed experience from start, however the actual delivery and aftercare has been amazing. My only complaint is the length it took to get the hot tub. We ordered it in March 2021 and had it delivered 20.7.2021 so from that point of view, I think the sales team should be a bit more proactive contacting their customers after initial 6 weeks if they know there will be a huge delay in getting their product. Hot tub itself is lovely. And works well. We had a small issue with one of the speakers however afterwards have been brilliant. Considering I was tempted to leave them 1 star due to very bad communication skills from start, they have actually gone above and beyond once the product was delivered.
