Creation standing jewellery shop run by the family since start. Good prices, nice and often unusual range of pieces.

I took 5 watches here to be offered £20 for all of them. I took them to a different jewelers and was told 3 of them was worth £200-£300 each and the other 2 was worth the £20 this shop had offered.

Took my watch here today. Two really nice friendly gents work here. They sorted my watch strap out for me, it was a tricky job but the links were removed from the strap and it now fits perfectly. A really genuine service from this shop. If you need watch repairs or alterations, this is the place to go. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Not many towns have specialist shops, but this is one of the best and may it carry on for many a year to come. Not only for batteries and watches but custom jewelry 💍 and special gifts. The experience these guys have has been acquired over the years and would be truly mist. So good to have this sort of shop on your doorstep.

I took my watch to get the back fitted. I had to leave it with him so he could sort it as he was busy. He sorted it, and it was a pleasant exchange. I've taken my watches here, and I will carry on doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Accrington

I have been a couple of times (without an appointment) and the gentlemen in there are so helpful! I have needed a ring cut off which was done free of charge and also an earring (ring) which was free of charge! I will definitely be coming here for any future repairs, purchases etc. highly recommend

Excellent service and value for money! Called in after work today (Tuesday) to get a new battery for my watch, hoping I hadn't left it too late to be done by Friday (as I was expecting to have to leave it at the shop to be done) but I was in and out of the shop within 2 minutes with a new battery and costing only £5!!!Fantastic job thanks.

Friendly enough, but I asked for a probate valuation and received a valuation of what they would buy the jewellery for. I went to a jewellery appraiser and found that I could sell it all for double the price of what Whitcombes offered me.

Always polite and they do know their watches. One look inside a pocket watch and he knew what was wrong with it. It’s been fine ever since. For watch repair I would go anywhere else.

Apart from costing me a fortune at my wife's favourite shiny thing pushers the gents are very pleasant to deal with. Knowledgeable and with a great selection of things to entice the lady/gent of your desire. :)
