here,
they
dont/won't
guarantee
the
work
on
Re
sizing
a
ring
if
its
not
been
bought
by
them
or
if
its
been
used
and
bought
from
another
jeweller.
The
older
woman
gave
a
ridiculous
example
of
why
my
ring
wouldn't
be
guaranteed
I
came
in
with
2
rings,
at
1st
they
said
it
could
be
re
sized
once
with
no
problems,
anything
more
then
1
size,
would
be
risking
the
diamonds
popping
out.
Then
I
asked
if
my
rings
would
come
with
a
12
month
guarantee
or
warranty.
They
said
they
do
not
offer
that
on
anything
second
hand
as
they
called
my
rings.
I
found
the
older
woman
to
be
extremely
rude,
the
younger
lady
didn't
really
have
much
to
say.
On
your
website
it
say
(No
Job
too
small.
Where
possible
we
guarantee
all
repair
work)
also
going
on
about
you
being
competitive
in
all
repairs)
I
should
still
have
consumer
rights,
in
case
any
diamonds
were
to
come
out
of
the
ring.
They
said
once
the
ring
left
the
premises
my
ring
is
not
guaranteed
should
a
diamond
fall
out.
I
left
with
my
rings,
even
though
us
consumers
have
rights,
regardless
of
what
she
was
saying.
I
left
with
my
RINGS,
regardless
of
my
CONSUMER
RIGHTS,
because
your
Staff
are
RUDE.
Why
would
I
leave
anything
with
your
shop????
I
won't
be
back
so
No
need
to
respond
back.
All
you
do
is
defend
your
Staff,
rather
than
address
Rude
staff,
as
per
your
other
replies
on
here.
Ps:
if
you
was
actually
knowledgeable,
you
would
know
that
any
service
your
shop
offers
or
undertakes,
still
gives
consumer
rights
to
every
customer,
nothing
to
do
with
the
original
jeweller!
You
are
just
a
shoddy
jeweller.
