Fabulous service, I had two rings from my grandparents that were sitting in my jewellery box doing nothing. My husband paid for me to have them turned into some beautiful and stunning earrings. The service, attention to detail basically everything about the process was handled wonderfully. I absolutely love what's been done , thank you so much.

I don't normally write reviews but the service from the young lady that works there was appalling, bad attitude, inadequate service ( wire near clasp of necklace quite literally just wrapped around, and by no means secure ) far from professional. When i asked why it was not secured with crimp beads, they claimed not to know what i was on about... Good quality clasp was fitted just a shame it was done in an inadequate way.

I have used janet isherwood for jewellery repairs and ring re sizing and all item have been great. I also took some of my late mother's and a my jewellery to be made into a new piece that I could wear. The jeweller listened to my ideas and came up with a beautiful design for a pendant incorporating all the stones and gold. I waited around 2 months but couldn't be happier with the end result. It is absolutely unique and very beautiful. It gives me joy to wear this special item. I recommend this jewellers for alterations, redesign and also new quality items.

Not a great experience, 2 repairs, 1 ended up well the other has destroyed my gold bracelet and can not be fixed anymore. They broke it at first place and then weren't even willing to return money. Very bad service, businesses will do anything these days to rip people off, even they have done mistake. Not recommended

Amazing!, Janet herself is very helpful along with her team in my questions and jobs. iv had a couple of jobs done one on my raymond weil tango and a modification on my sentimental necklace so I can allow a chain through it, and exceeded all expectations. Professional and of high standard services, iv already recommended to my watch collecting friends and would recommend to any one else who is looking for professional service done. I will add a photo of my items I will definetly be using every day.

Nice little jeweller on kay St in rawtenstall. Parking at the side of the shop so easy access. There are plenty of nice pieces of jewellery and the staff are very helpful.

I was thrilled with my ring which had all the stone settings refashioned. The ring is so much more beautiful now. I also feel reassured that the stones should be secure in a more substantial setting.
