Fantastic. Orders a ring with my for my girlfriend. We got it sized up and they sent it away. Cane back. Got a call from the staff, went in and tried it again. Fitted. Girlfriend was very very happy which makes me very happy. Good job girls.

Bought a beautiful Gold Opal Necklace. I have bought from this Jewellers before. The staff are knowledgeable and patient, never pushy and they go that bit furthur to make your purchase pleasureable no matter of the cost. Always a pleasure.

Bought a ring that was resized, it came back too small. This was rectified however, love the ring. Then I took an antique gold ring that had lost its jade stone. I was assured that the ring could be sorted out, many weeks later I was rung to tell me my ring was back. This ring was entirely different and not even gold. Manager said she would find out what had happened. They have my home phone number and my mobile. Still waiting to hear many months later. Do NOT take repairs here.

They moved units and our weddings on Sunday, I cant even get in contact with them on their landline since they have moved units. emailed and no reply and especially when they know its really important to us since it was just before wedding the delivery date we had no calls for an update or anything..
