I was quiet disappointed with my experience considering the amount of good reviews this clinic has. I went after one of the lockdowns and felt like my lips were rushed because of the amount of people fitted in for that day. I asked for my bottom lip to be slightly bigger than the top and ended up with the other way round. I also found that the filler was unevenly places in my bottom lip as there is a bump in the middle of my lip. I wasn’t even given a mirror to see the process just incase was unhappy about something and was given it right at the end after lip balm was applied and felt rushed out of there. The reception was quiet rude and was pretty cold towards me but was being really friend and making conversation with other clients. I understand it must have been a stressful/busy period for the clinic but should take it out on your clients and feel rushed.

Wouldn't go anywhere else! I include a visit to Costmetic Aesthetics every year on my trip here from South Africa! Michelle knows her stuff and listens to exactly what you want! Thanks so much!

Absolutely love the staff so friendly and helpful and all the treatments I've had done I've been over the moon. Took me long time to get my lips done but all I can say Michelle put me at so much ease.

My last appointment with cosmetic aesthetics was with Ria for 0.5 ml lip filler. I have had this previously 2 years ago somewhere else however this time Ria used the cannula technique on me and I must say she did an excellent job as always. She talked to me before hand about the look I was wanted to go for and listened to me stating that I didn’t want a dramatic result but more of a natural one. She made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure as kept asking me if I was okay. The procedure was not very uncomfortable at all and that is down to Ria reassuring me throughout. She did an excellent job and I am never disappointed with the expertise and professionalism of cosmetic aesthetics. Thank you so much x

After doing my research and exploring all the options for Aesthetics training providers I decided on Michelle and the Cosmetic Aesthetics team… and I have not looked back! I had Lumi eye treatment with Hollie. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I asked what was the best treatment and instead of telling me to get the more expensive treatment she offered what would benefit me and be the most suitable treatment. All the staff here are absolutely incredible. I have done my pathway to aesthetics, basic and advanced filler and botulinum toxin, as well as lemon bottle fat dissolving training and they’re incredible. I had been suffering for many weeks with pain in my gums, jaw and ear ache due to my Masseter muscles. My Dentist recommended Cosmetic Aesthetics and I’ve never looked back since. I now have a good night's sleep without being wakened with earache and facial pain. The staff are lovely and very understanding. The treatment is painless but so very effective. I would recommend them to anyone. e never looked back since.

I cannot recommend Cosmetic Aesthetics, Michelle, Becky and Sharon enough. I have had Botox at lots of different practices over the years inc. Harley street, Richmond, Manchester and Clitheroe (all of them male doctors) and I think Michelle is the best by a long mile. Someone had recommended Becky for micro blading at CA a few years ago (who was fab!) and whilst I was there I spoke with Michelle. I was really impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm so I’ve been going ever since. She has a very delicate touch and listens to what you want. As I am (a-bit) older I prefer a subtler look and she delivers. Her prices are great and they are all just so lovely and friendly so if you are nervous, I would really say go and see them. Their business is a big asset to Accrington and it’s my pleasure to write a glowing review, thank you

I've had botox and cheek filler done by the lovely Michelle. She's an absolute professional, didn't feel a thing and am thrilled with my results. Everyone is super friendly and I was made to feel at ease. She also gave me plenty of advice on skin care for my teenage daughter who is looking forward to trying her skincare range. It took me a 6 hour round journey, but worth every second. Can certainly recommend and will gladly be back again.

Michelle is absolutely amazing at what she does! I went for my facial sculpting and she worked her magic. However, this was my first time getting dermal fillers so I was quite nervous at first but she reassured me and said it won’t be painful and she was right. I was amazed by the end of the results! Having been to many aestheticians over the years, I can honestly say Michelle is the best I’ve seen! Always takes the time before an appointment to speak in depth about the treatment and how she’ll achieve the desired results. Michelle also puts you at ease throughout the treatment and is so gentle when administering the filler (little to no swelling/bruising with the treatments I have received). In conclusion, I can’t recommend Michelle & her lovely team at Cosmetic Aesthetics enough! 5 star review all round.

I have been having aesthetic treatments for a while now, and decided to have a change after viewing Michelle's work on her Instagram page. I honestly wasn't expecting to walk away looking and feeling 5 years younger from one visit. The clinic was spotless, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and Michelle was a breath of fresh air. Her attention to detail and passion for what she does was clear to see. I expected to feel a short sharp pinch as the needle went in.. I didn't feel a thing and haven't encountered any swelling or bruising at all, which has never happened with treatments I have had elsewhere previously.
