Worst surgery ever. Wondering from where are the positive reviews??? They never answer the phone, no chances to get a face to face appointment, phone appointments useless.

(Zero stars if possible) Absolutely shocking on reception. I went in to pick up some results that the Doctor had left for me. I was the only person waiting and one of the receptionist saw me waiting yet she was to busy cutting herself a slice of cake as they were clearly celebrating a colleagues birthday. Then when she finally decided to ask what I wanted she came back with a total lie telling me she could not print my results. I then explained how important it was then all of a sudden she was able to print them off. The Doctors at the surgery clearly acknowledge your problems and help. The receptionist however don't help what so ever and think that having a party Infront of people waiting and cutting cake in a doctor's surgery is the way to go. Let's not forget we are in a pandemic and sharing cake should not be allowed altogether let alone in a doctors surgery. An absolute disgrace!!!

Omg if any person has any sense they would change surgeries. This surgery is absolutely a disgrace. They tell you one time then change it to another without letting you know. It's so hard to actually see a doctor useless. This Rhyddings surgery needs to learn how a practice should be run. Avoid this practice.

Having reached a quite mature age and having experienced a few medical practices over the years, I have nothing but admiration for ALL the staff at the Rhyddings Practice. They are outstanding in all they do for us. Patients need to show patience in these demanding times. Thank you reception, nurses and doctors and all involved. I think that covers it

The Cornerstone Practise at Ryddimgs surgery has gone downhill rapidly . They have the most ridiculous booking system..I think its time to start Face to Face appointments again. Don't know how they expect people who work to get an appointment. They used to be extremely good but they are dreadful now

Receptionists are always friendly and do the best they can :) Dr Prout & Dr Smith are both amazing. I always leave assured that they give the best care.

I have seen dr Patel three times now he is so patient he doesn’t rush me he has a wonderful sincere personality it’s almost a pleasure being poorly !! I will only ever book an appointment with him in future such a refreshing change to be treat with such respect and a lovely welcoming smile Thank you dr Patel

I wouldn't even give 1 star, if only had the option for zero star. Absolute joke of a surgery, they couldnt care less, agree with review prior to mine, animals get more care then this. Keep telling you to come back after 3 weeks, they dont care to diagnose the issue or problem, they only care about pain relief of symptoms. The receptionists look like a miserable old bunch, one of the female receptionists is very rude, the lot look drugged up. When you call the practice the receptionists try to diagnose you prior to you even booking an appointment and ask you what's the problem? Didnt know receptionists got promotion to being a GP who can offer medical advice when booking appointments, maybe this is the cheapest option for the surgery? Hence they never ever will refer a patient for a scan, or to the hospital, only when they realise you're probably dying then they might do. Couldnt give a toss about patients, only care about their budget. Seems as though the doctor who owns the practice just wants to line his pockets rather than provide patients with care they have every right to. If you wanna die and wait for 2 years for a diagnosis then go to this surgery, I recommend it highly for that. . Absolute disgrace. God forgive them.

I've just spoken to a receptionist called Heather , What a.helpful young woman, very polite, professional and knowledgeable about their practice. A big thank you from me for great service.

Rang 20 times and the phone just rang and rang until it rang out. When I eventually got an answer, the woman on reception sounded like I’d just woken her up. Have messed up multiple prescriptions, not sending them to the right place etc. Asked for a fit note (to be sent electronically), and they told me it was available for collection. Will definitely be putting in a formal complaint about this place. Highly suggest finding yourself a new doctors surgery. Props to Dr Patel though, who is without a doubt, the only person who gets things done

I have now asked for details via email to enable me to log on to the NHS login several times, each time they have come up with a different excuse. I am still no nearer than when i started. These people are very,very unprofessional.

This place is a wast of time you can't even talk on the telephone I've been trying for 3 weeks keep getting cut off at the moment house bound with my leg they tell there wheelchair wait at there surgery can pick it how can I I don't have anyone to pick-up Michael g Baron

Cannot fault the care and treatment at this practice. All the staff are so kind and caring, receptionists, nurses and doctors alike... you can tell there is a culture of care and compassion throughout. They always try their absolute best to help their patients and often go above and beyond. I really cannot understand the bad reviews on here, my experience of this practice has been nothing but positive and I would recommend them to anyone.

Never had a problem getting an appointment here and always been on time give or take a few minutes. I dont frequent too often thankfully. I assume the negative reviews are from the weekly hypochondriacs. Best Surgery around

A caring, compassionate, professional practice who give excellent service and bend over backwards for patients. All staff from the Drs to receptionists are excellent and share this same ethic. Thank you.

I think the surgery is a joke, very unprofessional and the receptionist's Needs re-education especially with people skills involved.

Most of the reception staff have an absolutely disgusting attitude towards patients. I have actively overheard them bad mouthing patients in practice. Also, no point ringing for an appointment because you won't get one! I was on hold for 3 whole hours and the attitude was awful.

Friendly staff, sometimes a wait for help at reception, but a decent practice.

Helpful caring staff. The only doctors I know where you can prebook doctors appointments . Only downside is the long wait on the phones. I find it easier to call in the afternoon.

This has been my doctors for the last 14 years or so and the treatment,advice and general care has been second to none All the Doctors are dedicated and care about the well being of patients Doctor Prout,Doctor Patel and all the rest keep up the good work

I love the new phone service, I used to have to wait in a long queue not any more. Whenever I ring I always receive a brilliant service, thank you reception and admin team you are fab! I always get an appropriate appointment when I need one. The doctors and nurses are also brilliant. It's great to have a whole team who actually care about you. Thank you so much

The best GPs. For the life of me I cannot understand the negative reviews. These GPs genuinely care. They are compassionate and really understand their patients. After 30 years, I have no complaints.
