The owner is fantastic with threading of eyebrows, however sadly speaking her daughter is terrible! Daughter needs more training or alternatively owner needs to hire someone more skilled at threading. Daughter has a very bad attitude too and is rude, does not acknowledge how a customer is left feeling, just feels she’s right no matter what! Took me ages to grow my eyebrows went in not so long ago n she wrecked them totally! Now I’m left with wrecked eyebrows! Not writing this review out of bitterness or getting personal. Just an honest review.

My five year old daughter had her ears piercing today she’s is totally 💯 over the moon not one tear drop from her which I was not expecting. excellent staff and a nice atmosphere for my daughter well done too your beauty salon staff excellent job 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Roop is a beautiful salon which provides a variety of treatments ranging from eyebrow threading and tinting eyelash treatments to hair (everything you can think of for hair) nails, a trained fantastic MUA, massage, beauty treatments, semi permanent makeup and Botox. Highly recommended. Very reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly trained professional staff who are amazing at what they do.

I was running late and got to Roop salon around 10 minutes late.Aliyah was dead good about it and said not to worry.Went in and the lovely Aliyah coloured my hair,i just left it to her and let her work her magic on me. Hospitality was great.was offered a cup of tea.The lovely sarah was nice and chatty.Lovely atmosphere!! Love going to this salon,even though it means driving all the way from manchester.. never disappointed!! Good work girls👍

I wanted to have my hair dyed last summer and tried to contact the salon via phone, which wasnt being answered Then i decided to contact them through messenger as i had a 1 year old that was being fussy so i felt messaging would be more convenient than a rushed phone call. Firstly, she took ages replying and didnt respond to some of my messages until i messaged her again. Then she asked me to send a picture to see what my natural hair is like which i did. After that she didnt respond despite me messaging her. It felt REALLY awkward because she asked for a picture which i sent (in a way, i sent it to a total stranger whom i havent met) trusting that she wanted it for a reason but then she didnt respond and ignored my messages.. I mean.. it was just a straightforward consultation and i dont understand why someone who specializes in hair would act so unprofessional..

Extra fast doing my eyebrows resulted in lots of cuts also had the audacity to charge £7 for eyebrow threading! The place I usually go too she is more professional and better and charges half than that!

Had hair done lovely atmosphere wash cut and blow dry was great really well done excellent place.

Amazing place never fails to impress me !! Staff are well mannered and very friendly and Helpful. The only place I’ll ever go to as they are excellent would highly recommend!

Aliyas service is always outstanding ! Always warm and welcoming, makes u feel soo comfortable, with Aliya and the girls creating a friendly, bubbly, and professional atmosphere. I'd never go anywhere else for my eyebrows Aliya always does an excellent job. She always takes care of every intricate detail.Had my make up and hair done several times and again Aliya never fails to disappoint. Highly recommend going to Roops. You will wont be disappointed ! Super quick, didn't even take that long. Everytime I get it layered always does a good job and the does the way I like it. Lovely lady and great service.

Really friendly service and reasonable prices. I am really happy with the extensions and the eyebrow threading/tinting. As I am new to the area I was a little late but they were so accomodating - looking forward to my next appointment.
