I always loved this dentist. After having a difficult extraction with a previous dentist the dentist here had it sorted in minutes! Unfortunately they have deregistered me without telling me. When I joined I asked what their policy was and I was told just to make an appointment when I needed to. I have now been told because I did not attend in 2019 I have been deregistered. They have clearly changed the policy and not informed their clients. The lady I spoke to was quite sharp and unhelpful and said I cannot register again. So I have been left heavily pregnant with dental issues and no dentist. It’s a disgrace and I am very disappointed after my previous positive experiences.

I am seen by the wonderful dental students here and have been for many years now. The students are extremely methodical and all the work is thoroughly checked by a dentist tutor or dental therapist tutor, depending on what treatment you are having. The students have a wonderful 'chairside' manner and are extremely professional. They really do take care to keep you at ease. The tutors are very highly qualified and experienced, and also lovely. Everyone keeps you highly informed and involved in your treatment and I have learnt a lot about improving my dental health. They don't mind me asking questions in order to better understand my dental health. The reception staff are really friendly and professional too. I wouldn't ever want to go back to a regular dentist, as this is a much more patient-centred, calm and immersive experience.

Disgusted with the way they have treated my elderly mum. First they say they will put a crown on, then they told my mum if they are not happy then they can find another dentist. They have canceled and rescedule without notifing my mum. If my sister had not gone in to complain and show them the letters of appointment with dates on them, they would have unregistered them. Disgusted with the dentist.

I was seen this evening in the emergency out of hours service by Sarah and rhian. Exceptional care, treatment and professionalism. Was put at ease and everything was explained step by step. Left pain free and with the knowledge to seek the further treatment I require. A massive thanks to you all.

Went for an emergency appointment for an infection in a wisdom tooth that had grown through sideways. They were very quick, friendly and patient. Had the tooth removed in a totally painless procedure that took about 10 minutes. Fantastic care. Would definitely recommend!!

Went here last night for a little bit of emergency dental work, what can i say? quite a lot actually, the staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional. After about an hours wait, I entered the dentist room, welcomed by Emma, the dental nurse, and introduced to the dentist. Within 10 minutes 3 parts of my painful tooth were extracted, costing the whole sum of £19.70. The tooth in question was on that I had pulled out some time ago with pliars. Not very clever. I had left some tooth in the gum and it had become infected. Please don't do this. Go to see these dentists as they know what they are doing and they are very good at there job. Many thanks for the treatment and helping me become registered with a dentist.

Disgusted in my treatment today . Come home after wanting a extraction told then I could feel the pain . He wouldn't give any more local. He was aware how anxious I was from a previous bad experience . The only nice care I received was from the dental nurse . He also said I would be feeling pressure . Now from being a theatre nurse and having a couple of operations I am fully aware of the difference between pressure and pain . Arrived home to a completely unnumbed mouth in more pain than I was in to begin with . Would never recommend this place to anyone

I have been attending this dentist for many years and have almost always had excellent dental treatment. This morning I saw Fazana again and I feel she really couldn't have been kinder or better at her job. Many thanks!

I went there for an emergency dental appointment and I must admit I was a bit nervous after reading the previous reviews. The dentist I had was very informative as to what she was doing and performed the extraction brilliantly. It was basically totally pain free, even after the local anesthetic had worn off. Very impressed!

Just got back from having 2 teeth out and I can honestly say I was worrying for nothing. Can’t quite remember the dentist’s name but she was fabulous. So friendly and welcoming and really looked after me. Brilliant!

I had to have my tooth out today I was in so much pain o forgot to ask the dentist name but she was thee most lovely reassuring dentist and so was her assistant I was very upset and scared and they put me at ease and took my tooth out they made me feel very clmtable and the dentist she was just lovely

I went for an emergency appointment. As a nervous patient I was dreading going. From start to finish, the treatment I received was excellent. The receptionist was lovely, chatting with me. The dentist was calm an reassuring. The dental nurse was the same. Highly recommend Oak House, just wish they were taking patients on.

I’m appalled. I went here for my jaw and they fobbed me off by saying it was my glands and gave me antibiotics. if it’s my glands, how have i had this for years? they were very rude and just wanted me to go. I wouldn’t recommend going there as they’re disrespectful and just want you out as quick as anything. I am not happy at all.

What an amazing service, I phoned at 6pm and got an appointment at 6.30pm, Rebecca & Trudi were absolutely amazing with me. My tooth was out and I was on my way by 7.10pm. The pain was unbearable and both girls talked me through my removal and I felt nothing. Not only was this service fantastic, it only cost me £28 which is ridiculously cheap. Highly recommend 5 ⭐️ Thank you

Absolutely amazing. Came in with my 2year old the lady on reception was amazing she handed my son a paper and crayons which kept him occupied. She was very polite and it’s been quiet a while I have seen someone with such great character. If management is reading this such positive attitude should be rewarded and appreciated as people like this in this world are very rare to find.

Needed urgent treatment today couldn't have asked for a better place to treat me , I was made to feel totally at ease from the telephone consultation right through to the minute I left .The cleanliness and sanitisation were excellent all staff were fully prepared with PPE and the staff and dental nurses were amazing throughout thankyou so much .
