Absolutely disgusting treatment of paying customers.... I've been going to this practice for over 50 years when it was owned by a lovely couple called Geoff and Pat Garnett, they knew how to treat people who were suffering in pain with compassion and care. Unfortunately times have changed and in my opinion MyDentist are more about how much money they can take off you and put you through the mill whilst doing it... I have just had a nightmare with a broken tooth and whilst the Malek the dentist refused to take it out as I was flying abroad in a weeks time telling me that it might bleed badly and maybe might break off leaving me in hospital but luckily dentist Karina came to the rescue two days later after severe pain and extracted the tooth with no problems... I am now back from holiday and have enquired about a partial denture that Karina said she could do as she takes care of my wife's teeth but then only to be told by Rachel in reception that she had no right to say that. I havent got a clue how they run the practice there but told Rachel I wanted to complain to the manager after being left feeling very unhappy with the service they provide only to be told by Abbie the manager that I would be receiving a zero tolerance email to cover their backs. This practice has actually owed me money on my account for a while now and I have never complained but yet they can charge you again for another check up at the drop of a hat. How nice is that and what great service, you should be ashamed how you treat customers that are in pain, its not as if they even want to be there is it...

Been going to this dental practice since I was little and I have always had more than exemplary care, routine checkup with Miguel who is so good and caring with patients that are nervous such as myself, currently undergoing teeth straightening with private dentist Sama Hilo and have absolutely no complaints, will be continuing private treatment with her such after my braces come off. Couldn’t recommend this practice anymore, friendly staff, great management, always going above and beyond. Practice has never been better than it is now.

Dentist - Dr Hira/nurse Rachael Amazing service made me feel at ease all way through the course of treatment, managed to salvage some teeth I thought wasn't repairable the end result was incredible I felt like crying I was that happy. Reception staff always friendly and helpful

My filling fell out I rang up and got an emergency appointment for the next day. Lovely staff, all throughout my treatment the dentist and nurse kept checking on me and reassuring me and asking if I’m okay. Very clean and welcoming would highly recommend thank you guys :)

I recently attended this dentist, as my denture had broken and needed replacing. I asked if this could be done ASAP (due to going on holiday). The dentist (Miguel) said it could be done in 4 weeks and he was correct!! I picked them up on Friday, the service has been outstanding. The surgery staff are all excellent and friendly, reception is fantastic. I have nothing but praise for everyone I have dealt with and given that I have an overt fear of dentists, this review proves just how good the service has been!! 5 stars!!!

Being a sixties child going to a dentist instilled extream fear in me. This time I was given time to discuss my fears without fear of the dentist thinking I was being silly. The service I received was excellent from Sama and her assistant. Always wanting only the very best for me. Sama is so experienced her assistant is so on it. Thank you for your kindness. I will most certainly return in the future to this dentist. Fantastic service shown to me by the full gang.

Really great experience with this dentist! I would recommend to anyone. I am terrified of needles and haven't been to a dentist in many years and I suffer with anxiety badly too but as soon as I met the dentist here, Miguel Jose Carvalho I instantly felt very at ease. He is very calming and friendly and professional. He did an amazing job with my teeth, I came out feeling so happy!! I have much more confidence now and can smile proudly 😁. Took both my daughters separately for appointments within the last few weeks and each time the service was excellent. Was informed at all stages and everything explained even when a full mouth xray was needed. At no point did I feel I was’nt kept informed about what was happening.

Phoned for an emergency appointment and i was seen within the hour of calling also on that same day i got my tooth extracted, the staff were so warm, kind and helpful, they contantly asked if i was okay and in any pain which made me feel at ease throught out my appointment, I would highly recommend them to anybody

Miguel is for sure the best dentist I’ve ever had. He has slowly changed my feelings about going and I actually don’t mind it anymore, I used to be petrified. He is kind, reassuring, understanding, calm, and always tells me what’s happening - I fully trust him. The ladies that support him and those on the front desk are also wonderful too. Overall my dentist in Oswaldtwistle is great and I hope Miguel never leaves.

MyDentist Union Rd are the best and most professional practice I have ever been to. From the friendly and helpful receptionist to the assistant to the Dentist's. I was in excruciating pain and struggling to eat or drink. Because of a horrible experience at my previous dentist, I had no dentist for 2 years or so and was scared of going to another dentist. My Dentist staff, reception to the dentist were very friendly and welcoming. My dentist was very professional, calming and put me at ease. My dentist explained the whole procedure in an understanding manner and kept checking I was ok during the treatment. The treatment I received was very professional. I went in with excruciating pain and thought I'd lose my teeth. I felt so much better and pain free straight after my treatment and now able to eat properly again and there is hope that my dentist will be able to save my teeth. Thank you so much to My Dentist for the lovely experience!

I have just had three fillings done by Miguel here. No injections, no pain and he explained why he could do this. I can’t recommend this practice and Miguel enough.

I have been going to mydentist on Union Rd. Oswaldtwistle for many years now. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. The dentist I usually see has moved to another practice. I saw a new dentist, Malek Sultan. He was so polite, gentle, patient and very understanding. He put me completely at ease and clearly explained my options.

I have had my composite bonding done at My Dentist Oswaldtwistle.I had traveled to London prior to Harley street for the same treatment but they cancelled at the last minute,so I decided to look nearer home.My teeth are lovely and I now have a beautiful smile the reason for having my teeth done was I had a gap in my front teeth and I did not like smiling .Thank you to Sama Hilo for my beautiful teeth and all at My Dentist

Just had my edge bonding done on my top teeth by Dentist, Sama, what a lovely lady who really puts you at ease and is a perfectionist, she kept going until she was fully happy with the result and so am I, I can't stop smiling and can now smile with confidence again, highly recommend. Friendly receptionists too who got me quick appointments to what I initially thought they would be!

Been going here for I think almost 21 years. Visit before last was not great as did not get what I was supposed to get infact it took months to get it. But never had.any other problems with them. So highly recommend this dentist. Clean surgery always. 5 stars.

Had composite filling done to close the gap between my 2 front teeth by Miguel. Also very pleased with the results from the Enlighten system of tooth whitening. Lovely friendly team that work there too!

Had to get an emergency appointment for toothache (and a bit of infection).. Didn't know the area so turned up early for my appointment. After being dealt with by a very pleasant receptionist, I was whisked away to see Habibah and her partner in crime.. They were both super calming, professional and very helpful ( I was struggling on crutches). Quick injection and an all but painless extraction and I was on my way home before I was due to be seen. Appointments are always on time and exactly as long as they say they’re going to be. Even as a private patient, I didn’t feel like I was being upsold on anything. Habibah is really nice - I’m a particularly sensitive patient, so not the easiest to deal with, but felt at ease and looked after.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Hated my smile before, and was always so anxious about photos, and now I can’t stop smiling. Never felt more comfortable smiling. Would 100% recommend!! 5 Star!!
