Absolutely
disgusting
treatment
of
paying
customers....
I've
been
going
to
this
practice
for
over
50
years
when
it
was
owned
by
a
lovely
couple
called
Geoff
and
Pat
Garnett,
they
knew
how
to
treat
people
who
were
suffering
in
pain
with
compassion
and
care.
Unfortunately
times
have
changed
and
in
my
opinion
MyDentist
are
more
about
how
much
money
they
can
take
off
you
and
put
you
through
the
mill
whilst
doing
it...
I
have
just
had
a
nightmare
with
a
broken
tooth
and
whilst
the
Malek
the
dentist
refused
to
take
it
out
as
I
was
flying
abroad
in
a
weeks
time
telling
me
that
it
might
bleed
badly
and
maybe
might
break
off
leaving
me
in
hospital
but
luckily
dentist
Karina
came
to
the
rescue
two
days
later
after
severe
pain
and
extracted
the
tooth
with
no
problems...
I
am
now
back
from
holiday
and
have
enquired
about
a
partial
denture
that
Karina
said
she
could
do
as
she
takes
care
of
my
wife's
teeth
but
then
only
to
be
told
by
Rachel
in
reception
that
she
had
no
right
to
say
that.
I
havent
got
a
clue
how
they
run
the
practice
there
but
told
Rachel
I
wanted
to
complain
to
the
manager
after
being
left
feeling
very
unhappy
with
the
service
they
provide
only
to
be
told
by
Abbie
the
manager
that
I
would
be
receiving
a
zero
tolerance
email
to
cover
their
backs.
This
practice
has
actually
owed
me
money
on
my
account
for
a
while
now
and
I
have
never
complained
but
yet
they
can
charge
you
again
for
another
check
up
at
the
drop
of
a
hat.
How
nice
is
that
and
what
great
service,
you
should
be
ashamed
how
you
treat
customers
that
are
in
pain,
its
not
as
if
they
even
want
to
be
there
is
it...
