Having
never
had
"work"
done
before
and
suffering
from
social
anxiety,
I
did
a
lot
of
research
into
practitioners,
and
Karen
came
up
tops!
I
was
not
disappointed.
Karen
put
me
at
ease
both
before,
during
and
after
my
initial
appointment,
and
always
made
herself
available
to
answer
any
questions
or
concerns
I
had
being
a
nervous
new
client.
I
initially
booked
in
for
permanent
ombre
brows
and
eyeliner.
The
entire
process
from
start
to
finish
was
outstanding
-
Karen
goes
through
everything
in
detail
pror
to
the
appointment,
ensuring
the
treatment
is
right
for
you,
and
all
risk
assessments
and
medical
questionnaires
were
carried
out.
The
process
itself
was
nowhere
near
as
painful
as
I
imagined,
Karen
is
gentle
but
precise,
and
will
not
finalise
your
treatment
until
you
are
happy
with
it
(which
I
was!)
The
top
up
appointments
were
of
the
same
excellent
standard
and
with
a
really
friendly
approach.
Her
work
is
meticulous
and
professional
but
in
a
relaxed,
intimate
setting
where
you
will
feel
perfectly
at
ease
and
not
intimdated
like
you
sometimes
can
be
in
larger
salons.
Full
aftercare
is
provided
and
Karen
cares
about
her
clients
so
much,
so
if
they
are
not
happy
or
they
have
concerns
for
any
reason
at
all,
she
is
always
there
to
listen
to
and
respond
to
any
concerns
you
have.
I
was
so
delighted
with
my
experience
and
results,
I
made
further
bookings
for
dermal
fillers
on
my
jawline,
cheeks,
lower
face
and
tear
troughs,
with
a
touch
of
Botox
to
tweak
the
result
on
my
lower
face.
I
never
though
I
would
trust
anyone
enough
to
carry
out
these
kind
of
treatments
on
me,
ever,
but
this
lovely
lady
has
given
me
back
my
confidence
and
I
am
so
happy
with
both
the
results
of
the
treatments
and
the
honest
advice
she
gives
alongside
that
-
she
really
knows
her
stuff
and
her
work
is
tailored
to
the
client,
with
amazing
results
in
my
opinion.
Karen
never
tried
to
upsell
and
would
never
give
clients
something
they
didn't
need
or
try
to
push
them
into
other
treatments,
unless
you
express
a
concern
with
a
part
of
your
face
that
you
feel
you
need
help
with,
then
she
will
advise
you
what
will
or
will
not
work
for
you,
with
no
pressure
at
all.
Apologies

I
can't
say
enough
good
things
about
Take
a
Brow,
I
would
recommend
without
hesitation,
and
I
cant
wait
for
all
the
treatments
I
plan
to
book
with
her
in
the
future!
