Originally came into the practice to get reassurance that our little one was doing okay after a previous scare, Richard fitted us in as soon as he could, he showed us our baby, explained all the different parts and gave reassurance that the baby was doing fine, he was really polite and fun. After such a great first impression we decided to go back to get our gender scan/cannon ect, again Richard was as welcoming as he was at the previous visit, cracking jokes, sharing smiles and comforting atmosphere, such a cool guy to talk too. Its actually been a pleasure to know such a genuine person who connects with people like he has with us, 100% would recommend, thanks a million for seeing us through this journey. Me and partner came for a reassurance scan at 16 weeks and we came out smiling knowing we have a healthy baby! We also managed to find out the gender and it was amazing to be explained too what it was we were looking at. Staff were so helpful and so reassuring. Will definitely be going back in future.

Such an amazing place especially considering they have only been there 18 months, me and my girlfriend will be coming here for the remainder of our pregnancy. Such kind service and always putting our needs first. Can't recommend this place enough. Vicky and Richard make the place so calm and relaxing for all of the mums to be, and help you understand the scans and see how healthy your baby is.

We had our gender scan today and these guys are amazing! Very experienced, professional but just so warm and friendly too. Our little boy was holding the cord between his legs so we couldn’t see what he was haha! But they were so patient and asked me to go for a walk / drink some fizzy pop and then we tried again and got a nice clear picture 😊 Amazing experience, friendly, warm atmosphere and accurate results! We will be coming for another scan again here before our baby boy arrives!

Vicky managed to fit us in for a last minute scan to put our minds at ease. Vicky and Richard were both so lovely. I couldn’t recommend them enough and we are so grateful to them for fitting us in and for Richard taking his time to explain everything in detail to reassure us. We had our gender scan at insta-scan on friday and we can not fault them at all Richard and Vicky are the most loveliest couple around nothing is to much trouble we had a stubborn little baby that didn't wanna move. Richard did everything he could to ensure we got some good photos and so he could find out our baby’s gender. Will definitely be back again thank you both so much!! Xx

Very professional and friendly service from Richard and Vicky.. in a quiet clean and calm atmosphere.. top class service .. My daughter had both her gender reveal scan and a 28 week scan yesterday with Richard. Made us all feel welcome and answered all questions asked even if thought was a daft question.. Nothing is to much trouble for this lovely couple.. High quality pictures of our grandbaby Will recommend any one wanting a scan at any stage of pregnancy to go see Richard and Vicky you will not be disappointed by the service provided..x 🤰♥️

Amazing experience! Our first time at InstaScan 4D Baby. Richard & Vicky were very welcoming. Comfortable experience. They both gave us the time and didn’t feel rushed at all. Nothing was too much trouble. Gave plenty of information and explained the process & measurements throughout the scan. We have been here twice for an early reassurance scan and our gender scan and each time has been wonderful. We felt really comfortable as a family and we were made to feel really welcome. Had a 4d scan here recently absolutely over the moon with the quality of the photos Richard captured. Richard was very welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. He was very approachable and encouraged to ask any questions aswell as pointed out in detail each section of the scan. The scan wasn't rushed and he ensured we was happy before ending the scan. Vicky was also very welcoming, lovely an chatty made us feel at ease whilst waiting and was very patient whilst letting us choose the photo we wanted. Would definitely recently this place.

Vicky and Richard are the kindest people I have met. I went in for an early reassurance scan, after which I was offered a free scan at 8 weeks as Richard saw I was feeling anxious at my reassurance after a previous miscarriage. We then also went for another scan and to get babys heartbeat recorded. The scan room itself is very fresh and the scanner makes you feel comfortable. Thank you Vicky and Richard for giving us the assurance we have needed throughout this pregnancy.

Had the best experience here twice now, the owners Richard and Vicky are the loveliest people and make you feel at ease. The scans are very knowledgeable & long enough to be able to see baby! Richard explained what we was looking at and reassured us massively, telling us everything is as it should be. Vicky is so nice and approachable, loved hearing her stories while printing our photos. We first went for a scan at 6 weeks, just for some reassurance and was very much well looked after throughout the scan. This made us feel so much better and put my mind at ease. As it was so early, we were asked to go back at 8 weeks so that we were able to get a better picture. When we went back at 8 weeks, Richard was able to see that we were infact expecting twins, letting us know that they were identical. This was huge news for us but again, we were well looked after and supported. Richard has a lot of knowledge of twins, which he was able to share with us and answer every question we had. We headed back for a 10 week scan and then again at 14 weeks for an early gender scan. This was something which was gifted to us by friends and we can honestly say that every scan we have had with Richard & Vicky has been absolutely amazing, we’ve enjoyed them more than our NHS scan. We would 100% recommend here to anyone who is expecting. Richard is fully qualified and very knowledgeable! Vicky makes you feel so welcome and at ease as soon as you step through the door.

What an absolutely amazing company to have our babies journey with! This couple have been supportive through our miscarriage at the start of year and have supported us throughout this pregnancy with our rainbow baby 💛 cannot recommend enough how amazing this company is! Really good with booking in quickly especially when we have had concerns and are so kind and friendly 💛

It’s called a reassurance scan for a reason! Richard completely put our minds at ease, explaining everything clearly and understandably. His professionalism is second to non, his years of expertise and qualifications helped us feel we were definitely in safe hands. Vicky is friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Couldn’t recommend this place more, we went for our early reassurance scan here at 4 weeks as we had worked it out wrong, they rebooked us at 7 weeks (no extra cost), we then had our gender scan at 14 weeks with amazing photos and an envelope with the gender of our little girl, we then have been 4 times (stubborn girl) for our 4D scan as she had her hand over her face all 3 times before we got our amazing pictures, Richard did not stop until he had perfect pictures. Couldn’t thank them more for their time and patience through our pregnancy. Highly recommend!

Had a 14 week reassurance scan and the couple were lovely, made us feel very comfortable. They advised us of the gender and I have since had my 20week scan and where they confirmed the gender was as advised by InstaScan. Would highly recommend anyone to go here. The set up is lovely and very calming and overall just a nice place to be with lovely people.

What a find! I am SO glad that with baby number 3 I have discovered here. We were greeted (we were late - sorry!) in such a friendly and warm way; I felt as though I’d known them both for years! My two little girls loved seeing their baby sibling in 3D too. I can’t thank you both enough. We will be back for a 3D at 27 weeks now we know the gender! ☺️

Had our 14 week gender scan today. Richard and Vicky were absolutely lovely. Richard was very thorough in explaining what he was seeing during the scan and left us feeling reassured that everything was as it should be and he was able to reveal the gender 🥰 Wouldn't hesitate to return! Couldn’t have been happier with todays 14 week gender scan. It’s my first time attending and I was given all the information I needed to know and the owners were lovely. The scan had to be done three times due to baby wrapping the cord in between her legs and then crossing her legs but they did not give up until I had what I wanted. Amazing experience, caring staff, great atmosphere and all round brilliant day! They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Thank you both so much I will 100% be returning for my 4D scan

Outstanding! Honestly an enjoyable experience visiting Instascan compared to the clinical procedure at the hospital scans. Richard and Vicky are the most lovely people and make you feel at ease from the word go. I’ve had three scans here so far and loved every one, already looking forward to my 4D scan at 27weeks! Richard is really knowledgable and happy to answer absolutely any questions for you at the scan, he is professional but super laid back and it’s infectious! You don’t feel rushed and after 3 miscarriages I’ve been a nervous Nelly constantly and he has done nothing but reassure and thoroughly gone through scans with me to show everything is going perfectly. Vicky is super sweet and on the ball with everything, when I called the third time to book she straight up answered ‘hello Rebekah’ and I was shocked she knew it was me! They saved my number and I feel like it’s such a personal and friendly touch. For anyone unsure, nervous or considering using Instascan I can’t recommend them highly enough I hope this is the review that makes you go with them! Wow! So I’m 30+5 with twins and it seemed like it may be an impossibility to get some decent photos of the girls we was all prepared for that being the case! But how simply amazing are these!! I cannot be more greatful to the wonderful team at instascan4d for getting such amazing pictures for us 🥰 they go above and beyond for their clients and are just such genuine people! Me and my partner honestly cannot find the words to express how truly amazing this business is! They knew we had family and friends waiting back home for our reveal. Safe to say baby was being awkward and was making hard to see. But the sonographer saw me my partner and my daughter three times that night so we could go home with our night still as planned. We paid £45 for the wellbeing scan. For the level of professionalism and kindness we received you'd think it would be priced higher! They was both professional, friendly and their place of business is warm and welcoming. I cannot recommend enough. We will 100% be returning for our later scan. David would also like to thank the both of you for the personal note on the piece of paper about boys toys. He's kept it and will forever. Thank you so much for making our experience wonderful!

Absolutely amazing place!! Richard and Vic are so welcoming and made sure the atmosphere was very relaxing and calm. We had a gender reveal scan and brought a cannon for the reveal. The whole experience was so detailed and special unlike when you have a scan at the hospital.
