They care more about your money than your treatment and wellbeing. The two harpies manning the phone lines don't listen nor do they help. They've charged me an excess of £100 for a filling and threaten a debt collection agency regardless of the fact I've rang up and explained my money circumstances and that I can't pay until the end of the month. They don't care. Would not recommend to anyone who doesn't have money to throw away.

I have been a patient of Antley Villa Dental Practice for many years and have found the staff welcoming and very attentive to my dental needs. I have never had any problems with the treatment I have received which was explained and carried to very high standard and would recommend to any of my friends and family.

I had an emergency appointment the dentist explained everything to me in a manner I could understand and reassured me that all would be fine the treatment I received was 1st class by all at the practice from the receptionist to the dentist and his dental assistant would recommend to all

Can’t recommend this practice enough! Dentist and the dental nurses do a fantastic job! I am always greeted with kindness and professionalism. Dental nurses go above and beyond to help and reassure you, especially if you’re not a fan of the dentist! 💙

What can I say except a huge THANK YOU to my Dentist Karishma Chougley for restoring my smile,and my confidence! I’ve had quite extensive treatment including a new bridge to my upper front teeth and couldn’t be happier with the results! My son who has Autism is also a patient here and he doesn’t mind visiting the dentist at all which is a huge plus for me. Well done Karishma and all the staff at Accrington Bupa for a five star service! Highly Recommended!!

Im a really nervous patient but the staff here are really great. Reception so helpful, the Manager actually walked me through the practice to reassure me and allowed me to take my time. The dentist was understanding as was his nurse and I felt at ease completely Highly recommended. Thankyou.

I joined here recently and cannot rate this practice highly enough. All of the staff are very professional and friendly. The dentist always takes time to explain any treatment clearly and my appointments have never felt rushed. I'm always able to book in for any treatment withing a matter of days, not months.

I've been a patient for many years at this practice and the team are a lovely bunch of people. Whenever I have needed to be seen promptly I have never struggled to get an appointment. Jeremy has looked after our family growing up and our lads never worried about going to the dentist. Jeremy is a fantastic dentist and makes you feel at ease. I had an emergency appointment today for a dislodged crown. I rang at 2 pm and was seen at 3.45 pm. This is excellent customer service. Today I was treated by Zayd and Danielle who were great. This is a great dental practice.

I've never been happier to go to the dentist. An incredibly professional and well run practice. The staff are polite and well mannered. The practice is always spotless and tidy, even the reception area. My dentist and the nurse were excellent in explaining things to me and helping me to understand the consequences of not flossing or wearing my night guard. All very helpful and attentive. I have honestly never been happier to go to the dentist!

I have recently had extensive work carried out at Bupa Dental Care Accrington by Dr Nadeem Safdar. I was completely involved in the planning stages and all options were clearly explained. Dr Safdar worked hard to put me at ease and ensure that the procedures were as painless as possible. I was extremely happy with the outcome and the aftercare provided by Dr Safdar and the team at the practice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend both.

Amazing staff will do anything to help. Special mention to my dentist Nadeem Safdar who is the most patient and caring dentist. His nurse Chelsea was also amazing. She went above and beyond when I had toothache and needed an appointment. Dr safdar was on a course he was made aware of my pain by Chelsea and he called me while on a break. Chelsea also got me an appointment on the day for an extraction. All round super team and focus is on care and the patients well being. Thankyou so much!

Absolutely over the moon with the service… Arranged an emergency appointment…. Seen on the day… Lovely friendly staff… Dr Karishma Chouglay….. lovely, friendly dentist…. Made me feel at ease…. Whilst having my tooth extracted… Didn’t even know she’d managed it…. Until she said it’s all done…. Previous experiences of having tooth extracted… were not pleasant.. So would highly recommend seeing this lovely dentist…. Big thank you once again… for sorting me out… pain free….. 😀

Great dentist, easy to make bookings. Fully recommend. Unfortunately I have to say BUPA itself (and not the dentist practice fault ) is becoming incredibly expensive as the monthly price has risen 31% in two years , and is becoming unaffordable for many people!!

My daughter has been on the NHS waiting list since the 6th of April 2022 and now 20th may 2022 is still on the list, she has crouded teeth (mainly canines) and its putting her down as she gets bullied at school for it! We go bupa dental care and was wondering how long left will she be on this waiting list ? Thankyou

I had a scale and polish & a filling. The filling was fine but my teeth were nowhere near clean! I had glue on my teeth from having braces and stains which I wanted off apparently they needed proper equipment for it which they didn't have. I got her to clean my teeth AGAIN but with a mirror in my hand watching how she was doing it and they were nice and clean the second time!! I cant wait for my contract to finish so I can go elsewhere.

Some great staff, especially at reception but the prices are a joke since Bupa took over and they were bad enough beforehand. Also, only offering hygienist appointments on a Thursday is very inconvenient.

I bought mum to bupa dental care in Accrington for the first time! She was in alot of pain so receiving an emergency appointment at such short notice was brilliant! We had Karishma who was very welcoming and understanding given that mum was in pain, great care was given. She felt so comfortable with karishma that she opted to go for a routine clean with her too! Great practice, great dentist and definitely reccommed!

terrible they refused see my hubby after they messed up but after few years remembered him and refused him now my dauhghter was ment to see them and just before apointment they ve changed to another a month after what a bunch of donkeys,never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After moving to the area three years ago I hadnt been to the dentist due to not knowing where to go that would be as good as my old dentist. Today I went to see Karishma Chouglay for a check up and clean. I cannot fault her in the slightest. She made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. Her assistant Lauren was very well equipped with knowledge of her role and was able to assist Karishma without having to be asked or told. As a team they both saw to my needs and I can say 100% I will continue to go back to see them both for future dental check ups or needs.

Following several appointments with Karishma, I find her to be competent, informative and friendly. Dental treatment normally involves some level of discomfort which is much alleviated by a good relationship between dentist and patient.
