What can I say about Delta Fox? A good exercise was had with Andy, a professional who is very clear and exact. I also met Mikey, another person with whom I interacted and who was extremely helpful. I joined 2 days ago and attended 2 early-hours lessons on both days. My body is hurting from Andy's courses, but I am still enjoying myself since I know it is been a wonderful workout. I look forward to doing more exercises with Andy and his team. The group members greeted me and appeared friendly and helpful. Good location, good vibes, and good atmosphere.
