Thai boxing has been a great for me and my siblings. The instructors are professional and interact well with adults and children. The instructors are very knowledgeable and have a great ability to bring out the best training. Truly a legend club in Lancashire.

I am a 56 year old man and was a bit worried about joining the club. I need not of worried, the staff and coaches have been great for me very hans on approach to teaching. The members made me feel very welcome.

Been bringing my kids to this club for the last 10 years. Theres a real friendly atmosphere at this place and they make the kids feel relaxed and at ease. The training is great, the kids are always shattered at the end of the session so you know they've had a good workout. These guys also support an orphanage in Thailand and put in so much time and effort with the students. 5 stars all the way!

Top Notch Fight Club - Great Instructors & They Help You Keep Fit & Skilled In the Art Of Thai Boxing (Muay Thai) - I Have had 3 Lessons now & each one gets better - did sparing this evening and enjoyed it - Saeed & The Teachers Are great at what they do & I Spared With Fraser & he was impressed with a good move I did - at the end Fraser said how much he had enjoyed our Bout of Thai Boxing Sparring - At My 2nd Lesson I bought a Polo Shirt from Saeed The Caring Boss - I told Fraser That I was 53 & he replied that he is 54 very fit for his age and a great Trainer

Been training here for 6 months and the results you get from the trainers is second to none. You can tell they have a passion for the sport and they really push you beyond your limits... theres a really good set of regulars that train and are very welcoming no matter your age or background. Ego is left at the door and everyone is there to help. Best decision you will ever make is just turning up 👍

Shin Gi Ruh is an excellent Muay Thai gym. I have trained here for around 18 years and competed for this gym many times including the IFMA championships in Thailand. This gym is an outstanding place to learn the art of Muay Thai and all the instructors are very professional.

I have been a member for a long time having found a love of muay thai since first seeing Ong bak years ago. The instructors all are well versed in different skill sets and training methods that allow for a good round up. It's affordable, competent, based in a good location, well equipped and is focused on using the club to fund an orphanage in Thailand.
