    I bought the LMP-WALK Light Running Machine at the beginning of 2020, during the lockdown, to do some physical activity during the pandemic. I used it for over a year and it was quite decent for the price. One main consideration though: the speed is only 8km/h and, as they correctly wrote it on their website, that is not a proper 'treadmill' but a walking machine so running on it isn't ideal. It's very slow (even for someone not in shape) and terrible for your knees and ankles. The vibrations are quite strong and, after using it for a while, I think that the cons surpass the pros. The good thing is that it does still allow you to walk and run very slowly, and it looks very slim and stylish. Overall it was all good and I was moderately happy with it. Up until September when, unfortunately, my remote control broke. Here is where my nightmarish experience with Limepeaks began. I first contacted them on September 13 and they told me to pay for a new remote control through Paypal (very informally) and they would have sent me a replacement. They asked me to pay £9.99 for the remote plus £5 for the delivery. So I paid a total of £14.99 and a week later I received a broken remote in the mail. The quality of the remote is absolutely cheap. You can see attached the picture of the remote control they sent me. Obviously, it didn't work and I contacted them again. After several attempts to reach a resolution, they agreed to send me a new one but the problem is that they didn't have any more in stock and invited me to use the treadmill in auto-mode. Now, I can promise you that the treadmill/walking machine can't be used in auto mode. I tried several times but it doesn't maintain your speed, it doesn't change/varies the speed based on where you are running. It just doesn't work. I tried to explain to them that I couldn't use the treadmill in auto-mode and that it was very strange that they were still selling the same treadmill but they couldn't provide me with a new remote. Without transforming this review into an "I said-they said" transcription they reimbursed me the money on Paypal promising that they would be in touch when they would receive the new stock. I didn't hear from them for a month and so I contacted them again on October 12th. The following day they replied and said to have received a new stock of remote controls. First off, I was annoyed by the fact that they didn't contact me (as they said they would) but I had to be the one who had to approach them, second: they asked me to re-pay the £14.99. After all the inconveniences they caused, it would have been a nice gesture to simply send me the remote control. I don't think that they would go bankrupt for £9.99 (I hope...)! That being said, I didn't want to argue as I just wanted to solve the issue asap. Without any complaint, I just paid and one week later they sent me a new remote control. It was a different one, but it looked better in quality and nicer! I was surprised and positively impressed by the upgrade. Unfortunately, and this is the most ridiculous thing, it was NOT compatible with the treadmill! It didn't work. I tried to contact them again two times and they didn't reply. At my third attempt, a week after my second email, they apologised and explained that they were investigating the issue. So, in the meantime, I kindly asked for a refund and their reply was very patronizing "it is not something we can do by the click of a switch, it is taking a little longer than usual however to diagnose and resolve this problem usually takes 3-4 weeks. If you wish to receive a refund please also return the remote back." Further to this email, I realised that it was too much inconvenience and stress and it was definitely not worth waiting for an extra month to "maybe" resolve the issue. I returned the remote (obviously I had to pay the return parcel myself) and then I received a refund of £14.99. After that, I just got rid of the treadmill. Terrible experience, I would definitely not recommend this company and product.

    Catastrophic Quality, the Treadmill broke within a month! not only this but the aftercare was terrible. After troubleshooting back and forth with customer service for months, I wanted a refund. Their response time was non-existent and no one answers emails/calls & when they do answer it's like speaking to a brick wall. Save yourself the headache, hassle and your money ! Edited to add - Returned their product at my own expense in a different box they didn't bother to check the contents. No-one keeps the original packaging for 7+ months. Best use for the product now is landfill! No flap was broken.. Replacement motherboard was sent after 1 month, this didn't work and then sent a display which didn't work. Amazon Customer Service handled everything with returning, Limepeaks help during the return was non-existent.

    Machine stopped working after 1year only using once a month, after months nearly a year of chasing these guys was told I need to buy a motherboard avaliable from march and again nothing can't get hold of them know body answers the calls or responsed to emails. Disgusting what a waste of money £389 now I have to buy a new one. AVOID THIS COMPANY

    So I bought their M600 treadmill in December (pandemic necessity) and it's been very reliable for me. After moving houses this month one of the connector wires got damaged. I called their office in Blackburn I think and in 5 minutes a replacement connector order was placed. They were unbelievably nice on the phone and all I needed to provide was an order id. The treadmill is also super compact and fits into my small house. It's nice to interact with a business that cares about its costumers!

    I ordered a LMP 720 white spin bike which was an absolute bargain. It was so easy to put together but unfortunately there were a couple of missing parts. Limepeaks went out of their way to get me those parts and I cannot praise them highly enough! They constantly kept me informed as I was waiting for the parts. There customer service is second to none, very friendly and helpful staff. For anyone looking for fitness equipment I would highly recommend Limepeaks first before going anywhere else. Oh, and by the way the spin bike I purchased is absolutely brilliant.

    Purchased a treadmill and also a set of adjustable dumbells for my home gym, dumbells were spot on, no hassle at all trying to remove and put plates on like traditional dumbells. The treadmil is smooth, no vibrations no funny noises. Customer services was really helpful and recommended me a treadmill that will best suit my needs. Definitely will be purchasing again.. Highly recommended!

    Abysmal customer care. Treadmill bought broke down after a couple of months and when it was inspected by a technician I paid for he told me the CPU was burnt. Seller insisted on sending me the replacement but due to Brexit this would have been too expensive for me so I asked for compensation. But seller refused. Beware.

    Came across Limepeaks at the Birmingham trade show - and tested all their machines on display! All of them were great and I had a particular liking for the LMPT2000 incline running machine! Ordered 3 machines (one for my home gym, the office and my sister) and must say - they are the best home running machines I’ve come across! Have a few other products from Limepeaks added to my basket to grow my home gym further. The service is nothing but spectacular also, so I can’t complain :)

    I bought an 2 in one bike and elliptical machine. The product was good quality, but I had a fault with mine. I contacted Limepeaks and they sent me replacement parts to try and fix it. After that didn’t work, they sent a replacement machine. I was impressed with the customer service. Would recommend the machine/company.

However, I must say the customer service I received in trying to repair the item remotely and then replacing it when that proved impossible was excellent.     5 Star Service - Ordered & delivered within 1 working day. Well packed, easy to assemble which took less than 30 minutes.The LMP-720 is extremely quiet & simple to adjust to get the right sitting position. It's a better piece of equipment than i use in my local gym which is a bonus, especially at the price. Would have no hesitation in recommending. I'm off now for another spin!

    I've used the foldable treadmill almost daily since the day I bought it in June. I've never exercised this much before in my life, but I find it easy to operate - and actually with the Crown series on in front of me, I don't find it so much of a struggle now. I've lost a stone since June and it's become so much a part of my life, I now can't live without it. It's been such a lifesaver in this pandemic. And when it stopped working, I emailed the company with details of the error message. They replied right away with a solution and a video on how to do it (it just needed oiling). Excellent service and excellent product - highly recommended!

    Excellent customer service. The first treadmill sent was faulty but they resolved this immediately and sent out a replacement the next day and arranged for collection of the faulty one. Communication was outstanding. I am really pleased the the quality and features of the treadmill. I use it most days and would highly recommend it.

    The treadmill is a good product at a good price. However after sales is poor. We were without it for 5 weeks while a fault was mis diagnosed. Rectified eventually by me changing a new circuit board that they provided. Promises for supply of spares were broken. I accept its hard to support a product shipped from Blackburn to London but they haven’t addressed how to do it.

    I bought a treadmill from Limepeaks, which developed a minor issue after a few months. They were responsive to every question and email. After we established it could not be fixed, they sent me a new one free of charge. Excellent customer service.
