I can't speak about lower school but the sixth from is attrocius, have fun when you classroom is taken over by years 7 despite the fact your trying to get your assignments finished before the end of the school year, i've also had to deal with constant harassment from lower school as the teachers fail to do anything about it.

As a student I like Accrington Academy you can go swimming and go on exciting trips. You can make good friends there and teachers work hard as they can to help me learn. But the down side is when supply teachers don't know what they doing and the office doesn't give papers for them to know what they are doing in the following periods. And this takes half a lesson to know what they are doing. Some teachers are very strict and this does not help my learning it just makes me down and does'nt improve me in future time. But I would recommend parents to bring there son or daughter to Accrington academy but if there do the way I don't like it phone them and let them know what to improve.

I am a year 8 pupil at the school and I really enjoy going to school. Even though the teachers are sometimes strict, they're preparing you for work life. They may seem stressy as well but they're not. You've just got to know them and then you'll find out they're not mean. Miss Palmer is also nice and so is Mr Obrien and they're is no point in calling them rude because I know them both and they're so nice. If you go to this school after the year 2021 and you have Miss Wilson for English, tell her I said hi (and say it's from single Pringle)

The Academy has fantastic facilities. A pool, gym, dance studio and more. The teachers dedicate alot of their time when it comes to GCSE exams with lots of extra sessions during half terms and at weekends.

I've been at both the lower school and the sixth form and I can hands down say that this school is the most supportive school in the area and as long as students are willing to work hard they will get to wherever they want to go.
