After
a
number
of
injuries
and
lack
of
fitness,
I
was
recommended
to
work
with
Scott.
He
listened
and
then
assisted
in
my
rehab
and
now
a
return
to
full
exercise.
I
knew
that
if
I
trained
on
my
own
I
would
risk
further
injury
and
would
lack
the
focus,
so
I
needed
to
have
an
expert
with
a
full
training
plan
to
guide
me.
Scott
clearly
puts
a
lot
of
time
into
designing
the
sessions
which
are
always
varied,
using
lots
of
new
equipment
(which
I
would
otherwise
avoid)
and
whilst
the
intensity
builds
they
are
always
a
lot
of
fun.
Scott
has
a
thorough
understanding
of
how
the
body
works,
ensures
the
right
technique
is
being
used
and
will
get
your
heart
rate
up!
Whilst
I
now
have
PT
sessions
with
Scott,
have
a
peek
at
his
online
and
group
sessions
which
have
rocketed
over
the
pandemic
and
the
results
of
everyone
speak
volumes
for
Scott’s
capability.
