    Highly recommend, Scott is an incredible person and trainer. I have had lots of trauma in my life and I’ve never felt Comfortable or had the confidence to go to a gym or get a PT. Until I met Scott, he understood me, was kind and is so supportive. I now have the confidence to take back control. Thank you Scott for everything.

    I’ve trained consistently with Scott now for over a year having completed his 8 week programme (twice) - helping with goal setting initially when working to lose weight for a wedding and also more recently by making training adjustments to help me build more strength as part of my changing health and lifestyle (menopause and middle age is rubbish). Anyway it’s been great , sessions are always encouraging and a little bit challenging but that’s good for me - and as a bonus I’ve gained much more confidence now to train on my own which I enjoy as an alternative to classes.

    I have been participating in the online summer body program and I am so pleased with the results. I feel so much healthier and a lot more knowledgeable especially in nutrition. Following the daily habits have been key for me and I cannot believe how they have changed my body. I have had quite a bad ankle injury during the program but Scott supported me and helped me to make the best choices for me during this time. I really like how the plan works encouraging you to be in charge but with lots of support, workouts, recipes etc to help you in your journey. I am so happy I made the decision to join the program it’s been a great experience.

    I worked with Scott for the first time at the start of this year and it was the best decision I ever made, he is by far the best online coach I have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and motivating. He taught me so much and gave me so much more confidence in myself, I transformed not only physically over 16 weeks but mentally. He gave me so many tips I have managed to maintain everything I achieved for the first time in my life and hope to push it even further in the future! Highly recommend!! 🌟

    Very knowledgeable PT, keeps everybody informed and updated. Shares lots of information on various platforms and individually. He is always contactable on his App. and gets back with any questions or even if you just need a bit of motivation to keep going. Scott has made me approach how I follow nutrition and workouts in a much more positive manner as I have a better understanding overall and do not just think it’s about what the scales say. Also his Online coaching etc.. is brilliant as it is 24/7 there whenever you need it.

    After a number of injuries and lack of fitness, I was recommended to work with Scott. He listened and then assisted in my rehab and now a return to full exercise. I knew that if I trained on my own I would risk further injury and would lack the focus, so I needed to have an expert with a full training plan to guide me. Scott clearly puts a lot of time into designing the sessions which are always varied, using lots of new equipment (which I would otherwise avoid) and whilst the intensity builds they are always a lot of fun. Scott has a thorough understanding of how the body works, ensures the right technique is being used and will get your heart rate up! Whilst I now have PT sessions with Scott, have a peek at his online and group sessions which have rocketed over the pandemic and the results of everyone speak volumes for Scott’s capability.

    Cannot recommend scott enough! I’ve tried a few different programmes but nothing works quite the same, the support and knowledge that scott provides is second to none! 2 stone down during his 10 week summer programme which I would never of been able to do myself! Can’t wait to carry on working with him.

    I have been training for some years on and off but felt I had reached a plateau. I needed something different, some nutrition help and most importantly some accountability to push me to my goals. I went with Scott's results in 8 programme and I got the results I needed, in less than 8 weeks. Scott made a programme for me and gave me a calorie plan, always offering advice when needed and always checking in to see how I'm doing with my training. Highly recommended. I will be back in late summer for a bulking programme.

    This is the third time I have worked with Scott and it won’t be the last. Scott has educated me massively in so many ways, fitness, diet, habits etc. For many years I have longed to be where I am now and thought that living off minimal calories was the way to achieve my goals but for years I saw zero results. When I stared working with Scott and he gave me my calorie/macros I was a little bit nervous about the thought of eating more. I’m so glad I put my trust in him and let him educate me or I would never have achieved what I have. The workouts, habits, app is so easy to use and access. The whole experience has not only helped me achieve my fitness and health goals but also mentally it has made a huge positive impact. I can’t thank Scott enough and I also cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Scott, look forward to working with you more going forward

    I've been working with Scott through his online coaching programme, and would highly recommend it anybody! Scott creates workout programmes and nutrition plans to work around your schedule. Scott provides constant support with daily check-ins and weekly performance reviews to keep you on track and motivated.

    I’ve never exercised or dieted and I thought I would really struggle but I found Scott’s 8 week plan really easy to stick to! I could eat any foods I wanted and the home workouts were manageable even though I was a complete beginner! I’m very happy with my results and will be back to work with Scott again in the future! He is extremely knowledgeable and approachable and I would highly recommend taking the first step and getting in touch with him!

    My PT sessions with Scott have been really good. Scott is really knowledgeable, he's taken account of old injuries I've had and varies the sessions week by week to ensure I'm making progress and to keep the sessions enjoyable. I've achieved more in 6 months working with Scott in terms of changing my body shape than I have done in the past 20 years! Thanks Scott.

    I first started an 8 week fitness plan with Scott during lockdown which really kickstarted my weight loss. Scott tailored home workouts, set my calories and macros and mentored me throughout the 8 weeks. I hit my target weight and felt great. Now I’m back in the gym using an online gym programme again tailored by Scott to keep the weight off. Scott’s really knowledgable, approachable and great to have on side if you’re not feeling up to your session. He will push you on and make sure you stay on track to hit your goals. I would highly recommend to anyone.

    I started my fitness journey with Scott 6 years ago. He has always been brilliant in understanding what is necessary to help me reach my goals. The variety of training I do keeps me interested and motivated to carry on further, No session is ever the same. He's professional, knowledgeable and really approachable. I have never looked back and would highly recommend.

    I first started with Scott last year during the lock downs his videos and live streams really help me get my health and body back on track ! He has a very good understanding of that everyone is different had can customise work outs and healthily eating plans to suit my needs! One thing I really like is that Scott always praises you when you put the effort in ! Great trainer !! If you needing fitness advice and a great one on one trainer I can highly recommend wylie fitness

    I can’t recommend scotts program enough, it reset all my bad habits , and changed my mindset, I’d always been an active person and I thought I had a pretty good diet, but when I started this and looked into all my portion sizes and choices I quickly realised where I was going wrong, Scott taught me so much and iv not looked back x
