    Would not recommend this place for a function.....if you have your own buffet and not theirs you will be told to clear the food away by 9pm. That's no way to treat someone who has hired the room. Just because you don't use their catering they don't like it. Avoid hiring this room.

    I worked there for one night and it was the best night in ages had a good time as well as working 7 till 11 it was great

    Was hidden away,more signs needed. Inside very good. Lovley bar area,polite and friendly staff. Car parking is ok,just a few minutes away but the carpark is not well maintained which is sad but typical if a council run place.

    This hush hush society do great things for the community. They counteract that with parking on double yellows and then annoy the community. Try millhouse in clayton. They are too a hush hush society that do great things for the community but they don't think themselves as royalty 😉

    Great little venue. Good sized dance floor. Well stocked separate bar area with friendly efficient staff,drinks at a sensible price.

🫤 Attended a wedding, the venue looked quite nice compared to what it was a few years ago. Stops there, food was luke warm, service was appalling 2 of the main course dishes didn't even arrive at the table, staff seemed as though they weren't interested in anything except to get the food on the table....
