My husband and I have been using Best Destinations since 2017 when we started cruising. We have always been more than happy with the excellent service provided by Jon, but especially over the past two years Jon has been worth his weight in gold. We have had so many cruises cancelled and moved during the pandemic, and Jon has been excellent in managing and moving those for us. All I need to do is send Jon a message and he is always very quick and responsive at coming back to us with whatever we need. Doesn't tell you enough details and I was given wrong, he couldn't find anywhere for my sister and said she couldn't share my appartment as it was to late, when I got there I could have added her, see photos, I wouldn't use again are my sister who couldn't come

Booked a last minute deal, very knowledgeable about the resorts we were looking at, recommended a hotel for us that was perfect. Will definitely use them for our next trip

We booked our honeymoon through Best Destinations and it was absolutely perfect! John made it the simplest process as we had no idea where we wanted to go! He gave us plenty of options for the time of year we wanted and to suit our budget! Running up-to the honeymoon Best Destinations printed out all our boarding passes and transfer/ hotel documents all we literally had to do was pack our cases and turn up to the airport - everything else was already done! Best Destinations organised a trip for my fiance and I to Parga in Greece. Top class service from start to finish and even helped us organise day trips and other experiences whilst there. I think it helps that Jon has travelled the world and so can recommend cool little bars and great places to eat! Jon and his team arranged a trip to Lapland for us, and it was more magical than we could've ever hoped for. We were kitted out with complimentary snowsuits when we got there and we had an action packed and meticulously planned time when we were there, including a trip to see the Northern Lights by snowmobile, husky rides and sleigh rides with reindeer, not forgetting a personal trip to see Santa Claus in his secluded forest cabin. The children loved it, and we did just as much. First class service and attention to detail from the very start. Thank you for making two children, and two adults, have the best xmas.

Fantastic service from Jon, we can’t thank him enough for everything he did to get us a great deal which was then a wonderful holiday! Jon couldn’t have made the process any easier, from him working to find us the best dates and deal to ringing us explaining everything and running through the booking. In these days of Covid and the uncertainties surrounding travel it is more important than ever to have a Travel Agent who is prepared to go the extra mile when making your arrangements. John is not only a first class Travel Agent he is prepared to help in any way he can to solve any problems that might arise. Over the last two years we have had several cruises booked with him which have been cancelled or we had problems in joining cruises for a variety of reasons. On each occasion with out his help we would have had major problems securing refunds etc. The personal touch he gives to his clients is superb. That bit more personal contact you just do not get from the chains in the Travel Industry.
