Amazing service n the girl that was cleaning the tables was so so friendly n helpful. She made sure r table was clean b4me satdwn.....lovely girl.....she was totally on top of things with her cleaning

Food was okay what you would expect from any McDonald's. Some staff were lovely others have no idea what manners are. The toilets are a disgrace and don't look like they have been cleaned in years. And full to the brim with teenagers shooting swearing and being generally annoying.

There is a lad that works here, he is called Daniel I think... if you know you know... now I don't know if this is common knowledge but he is the most polite person I've ever met and his customer care is second to none. All staff and people in general could learn a valuable lesson from this lad. No doubt he will go on to achieve great things. Good luck lad whether you see this or not. Besides the food is as you would expect from a standard mcdonalds. Egg mcmuffin is my go to never had an issue with it me :)

Had a cocky manager went to order food and he had binned it wasting food when we had kids to feed

If you need coffeeor breakfast before 8am in Blackburn this is the best place to come. The coffee is the best in town at this time. Its also very reasonable. As you come to expect from McDonalds the place was clean and efficient. I'm not sure about the skate park decor but that's just me. Great experience.

Sometimes you wonder why you keep going to a place if you rarely have a great experience... it comes down to accessibility and convenience. If you've been to McDonald's before, you understand that it's just quick and easy when ordering food. Unfortunately, at this particular branch, the staff I've interacted with aren't polite, helpful or patient. The seating areas are never clean without having to ask a member of their crew to aid in tidying and it's not the best atmosphere if you're wanting to enjoy your order eating in

This is the second time thry have got my order wrong, with me paying for extra things i didnt end up getting. Food came cold and was a waste of money... will not be going to this mcdonalds again and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone else

Mistakenly sat in the ' delivery's only section' there 30 minutes, manager comes over and asked me to move. Very rude, no social skills. I asked why no one told me in all t 30 minutes , couldn't answer. Here's an idea , train your staff in correct manners and also train them to ask people to move if they notice an innocent mistake like mine. Not a nice place to eat. Won't be going back.

Great city centre restaurant. However frequented by the heavy drug users who linger right outside begging which can be very off putting. The toilets are usually a state also, once blood everywhere from I presume a drug user injecting. I understand you can't discriminate against people but something needs to be done.

Very poor experience at this McDonald’s, I it was quite busy we ordered two simple meals and it took 25 minutes. This is supposed to be fast food. And when we questioned it they were quite defensive saying we hadn’t paid when we had. The two diet cokes were flat and the food was cold. Won’t be coming back.

Take out only. Probably because they couldn't be bothered to clean the toilets. The restaurant wasn't very clean either. The food was luke warm, the hot chocolate was undrinkable it was that disgusting, Even the service was diabolical. I have to say it was not a pleasant experience and I won't be going back.

Best food ever I go there not often though it's a bit expensive but I REALLY recommend chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce

The service inside mc Donald's blackburn town center is disgusting my dad had an issue with a payment and they sed that his payment didnt go through and the machine to place your order didn't give him a recite for his order this happend other Easter 2022 he then went to his bank in Blackburn took his bank statement to show and prove that they had taken his money and on that day when he went to speak to the manager on the day of the issue they did not attend him at all he waited 15 minutes on the day of the issue with his friend litle daughter the staff did nothing at all about the situation the day that he went with his bank statement to proth that the order that he didn't received although it was only less than 10 pounds saw that the payment had been done and that he should contact customer service apart from that the hygiene in that restaurant tables not cleaned how they should be the bathrooms loking in worse condition with urine all other the floor it doesn't matter if it a big brand or not is these kinds of situations I do not want a replay from this brand saying ohh McDonald's provides....... Ect because that not giving or providing that they can deal with the issue sending a sorry and a happy email

Not great, waiting times are terrible. Food tastes like it's either under cooked or over cooked. It's only just warm. Their concentration seems to be on just eat orders. Cheese burger had no burger in it. Useless.

One of the racist ever staff specialy the cleaner and guy working inside Adnan!! Went for just cold drinks and had own food as my wife was pregnant so she is only allowed certain food. They told us to leave just because we bring some our food.

The usual excellent food, but beware, eat in closes at 6pm and take out and delivery at 9pm. We arrived at 5:30 and by the time our food was ready it was after 6! They very kindly allowed us to eat in, surrounded by barrier ropes, when we explained that we had arrived at 5:30 and seen no sign about their 6pm deadline.

Awful atmosphere staff was just talking to each other, like they was on their break I specifically asked for No cheese, I saw them try to take the cheese off the burger but then they made fresh ones, the attitude of some staff definitely not appropriate "stop crying" I assume about the cheese to the customer. Most of them didn't look like they knew where they was. Awful service.

Food ok, came to table pretty quickly. My biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the place. The tables are not wiped down, the floor is unswept. The toilets were a mess, I couldn’t even wash my hands because the sinks were full of rubbish. Seems to be a place run by teenagers for other teenagers to hang out in, and treat it like a squat!

One of the dirtiest MacDonalds I've visited in a while, back of house was littered with rubbish, as was restraunt. Staff didn't show any customer interest, and customers had to wait a long time for service and food. Management here seems vert slack.

Its my little sisters birthday today... so thought I'd treat her, order food around 9:30 and was told my latest arrival would be 10:25. It got to 10: 25 and still no delivery. I check and it said that it was delayed to 11:05!!!!! At 10:52 I received a notification saying my order had been cancelled. Thank you ruining my sisters birthday!

Tables filthy and full of rubbish. After waiting for a while we had to ask the staff who where stood near by just talking to please clean it. Burgers cold and dry. Chips aniemic nuggets not great...... will not be back in a hurry!! All's any Mc Donalds seem to be bothered about these days are the deliveries. They need to start looking after the customers who actually bother to go and get there own food.

Ordered a medium fries and the container was over half empty. Also the frink came with ice and when i asked for it. To be replaced the assistant was really put out to do it. Id ordered the drink originally without ice and it had not been put. On the order. Otherwise a reasonable waiting time for the food

We call into mcdonalds Town centre Blackburn 30/5/21. Lunchtime. Ordered food for 2 adults and 2 kids. Once ordered and paid children needed the toilet. I found that the gents, ladies and disabled toilets all closed and lockedv. A poster on each door stating.. "Customer" toilets closed. Unfortunately the kids urgently needed the toilet. Upon are return the meals and day spoilt. Bear in mind kids need the toilets and usually in a hurry. Why close all the toilets. The notices didn't extend to the place of ordering and could only be seen once you have ordered and found tables ets. Very disappointed. Sorry but we can only give a maximum of 1 out of 5 on this occasion Jeff

First experience of McDonald's for some years. Visited with my Granddaughter burger soggy mess, chips not much better. Will be a long time again before I return.

Went in to order a coffee. Fast and efficient, no issues. However, whilst waiting for my order I noticed many empty tables which were dirty and needed cleaning.

Thank you to Daniel who was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us as we ate in yesterday.

Great service - quick and efficient. Self service Screens (HMI) Can be bit of a pain if you are just grabbing a coffee. An awful lot of questions you don't really need Could do with a single tap shortcut White Coffee - 99p. ✔️ That everything? ✔️ Tap✔️ Collect. 10 seconds

Horribly rude staff. After bad service i asked for the name of the awful member of staff. He covered his badge and went to the back of the shop until we left. They also created a fire hazard whilst cordoning off part of the shop that we were in and would not remove it.

Arrived at 6pm was told it was takeaway only due to staff safety. It was raining outside and we were expected to eat it outside.
