I absolutely love Burger King and the Blackburn one is the only local branch. I’ve always had great experiences at this branch until I met ‘Jamie’ the manageress on the day shift(today). I sat at the window and listened for a few minutes as she under minded and disrespected her colleagues in a way I couldn’t quite believe. She’s a terrible manager and more so, she’s terrible at customer service, the young gentleman on the till/mic is so brilliant and always makes our visit a laugh, he’s absolutely fantastic and a big part of the branch to us. The way she not only treated him in front of us at the window but then continued to be disrespectful, overlooking them complaining she’s ‘worked all week’ as we could quite blatantly hear her screeching. I’m a little gutted for the lads who work at the branch as they’re a great bunch and shouldn’t have to deal with that! As a customer who uses this branch on a weekly basis, please get her moved, gone, or demoted to a more reasonable position and get one of the team who value us customers to take the lead! Really disappointing visit this one. Such a shame!

Wanted a burger before to go to the cinema, so instead of Mcdonald let's go to burger King for a change. That was a mistake, when u walk in, the place looks dead and dirty. The staff are OK but the food was really bad. We had the steak house burger, it was like eating fat, bad taste in the mouth, the chicken nugets were Rubery like plastic. Really disgusting even if I don't like to use this word for the food. Ended going hungry to the cinema. Never again

We was going to go to McDonald's but for a change I said to my husband I've not had a burger King for years let's go there for a change. Place was empty tried to get some prices and suggestions from the cashier but she wasn't very enthusiastic. It wasn't cheap and I still felt hungry when we came out. If I was the staff talking to a customer I would have asked what they wanted and did a nice package for them. If like take your money and take a seat, not clean to my standards, we left our table cleaner than it was. There won't be a next time food was bland and tasteless and dear......

We decided to order from here due to the vegan options for my husband, what a big mistake. If I could give zero stars I would as that's all it disserves. Food arrived 20mins late, food was cold & the chips were stale like they'd been say around for ages. Definitely will not be going back

The worst burger I've had from Burger King. Stale bread, anaemic bacon and the cheese hadn't melted which clearly indicates that the burger itself wasn't warm at all. Wasn't a queue at the drive through and it is clear why. It's a shame as the burgers done properly Burger King are far superior to Mcdonald if they could be bothered to put the effort in.

We had a take away which was missing items and we could not go back again as we live further away, but a very helpful and nice manager Jake was very understanding and helped us out, so we would like to say thank you very much, we really appreciate the help! And believe me, most takeaways won't even acknowledge the issue.!👍

Staff can never get your order right, 3 times I been here in last 2 months and every time it been wrong. If you go double check your order before you leave. Staff need more training and to count. Explains why it always empty and easy to get served.

Miles better now the place has been modernised & dragged out of the 90s decor & brought more in line with the more modern day restaurant.

Prices to over , a chicken royal on its own not even a meal or anything and was £5.99 but the burger was lovely just put the prices down abit.

I had a zinger (not a whopper) of a review in mind at the time but I can't remember it now which is a shame. Food was disappointing and expensive but the dude at the till was ace, he was friendly and helpful and deserves a payrise. The two grannies trying to figure out the touchscreen menu were fantastic. They wandered in for a cup of tea, saw the decor and furniture and thought they were at little chef circa 1987. The computer screens must have seemed like something out of Captain Scarlett.

Ordered via deliveroo, paid £11 for a meal and didn't receive my fries and my burger was incorrect, recipt clearly states no ketchup as I can't eat it but there was loads on. Only gave 2 starts because the cheese bites were great. Tried to contact the store but no answer.

Me and the family went in for lunch and what a shambles. We ordered our food and waited over half an hr for them to call us over, I asked how long it would be because customer where coming in behind us and leaving with there food and still nothing for ourselves. They told me after 20 mins that they are waiting for our angus to cook. So after half an hr when we got our burgers chicken nuggets and child's meal, our burgers were cold. Very very disappointed and I do love burger King 😣

Ordered through uber but didnt get full order , then called up this store and got no help at all , all i got told was to call up uber customer services which i cant even find on uber eats so that was unhelpful and then proceded to refuse helping me any further or resending the order out , was very rude to me on the phone and then put the phone down on me refusing to accept that this was there fault and woudnt fix the issue ... would not recommend ordering from this chain who cant do a simple order , who have rude staff

Very slow service and I thought it was rather expensive for such small portions.. won't be going again in a hurry, I could make it my self for half the cost and get twice as much

A nice burger king. Clean and modern, staff are friendly and you can ask for your food how you like it and they will accommodate you. Wish the app worked, but that's not the venues fault. Service is usually pretty quick and if you have a problem they do try to fix it for you.

The burger was dry. Ate in, and the place was empty. The girl behind the counter with the headphones dealing with the drive-through was having a conversation with her colleague who was standing next to her but could hear I her at the other side of the restaurant. Not very professional.

Burgers good, fries good, coffee good, onion rings worst I've ever had in any BK ever anywhere. But the prices are absolutely astronomical!!! If I were a millionaire (which I'm far from being), I'd still feel like I'd just been mugged in the street. DEFINITELY NOT VALUE FOR MONEY!!!!

Absolutely disgusting it is run by kids who are swearing in the back kitchen. Could not eat my Angus burger asked for pepper corn sauce it was really greasy, and the bun was covered in it. It cost £21.00 don't recommend this place at all.

Great food but not a nice place to sit inside unless you like sitting amongst rubbish left on tables, smears of ketchup, and spilt drinks that haven't been cleaned up. I know the pressures that staff have to get food ready for Uber eats so this can only be a lack of staff issue to tend to front of house. But if we let the basic standards of cleanliness go then we'll end up living in Mega City One.

Absolutely shocking, staff didn’t even acknowledge us, waited for 10 minutes just to place our order but was completely ignored, barely any staff to see so maybe due to that but we ended up leaving without ordering in the end and I don’t think anyone even noticed, place was clean though

Ran out of a lot of things, place looks run down especially from outside. Pleasant staff. Think a bit of tlc from owner needed.

If yoù have no ketchup or salt, then say so before the order. And 20p for bbq sauce when mayonaise and ket hup is free. Mayonaise yack. Was it my fault you had no ketchup? Cost to you is not 20p. And burger was cold and not an xl as asked. Customer service seems to be lacking when you have other competition. Poor.

Love burger king but bun was falling apart & shame low customer thruput

Had a chicken royale it was nice and hot and the lettuce nice and fresh. Not busy at all which is always a bonus. They have a promotion on at minute where you tell them what you think and when you buys fries and a drink you get a free burger which all find if you eat red meat but not really inclusive of everyone.

Food was fine but well over priced. Could not use the app at this store for discounts/deals even though the entrance and inside advertise the app. Very odd. The place its self is falling to bits and is in desperate need of a refurb. Toilets look over 20 years old. Building to the upper left of the door is a mess. Inside is dark and sad. The girl serving inside was polite. Slim Asian girl with glasses. Very attentive and did a great job. 0.1 star for the food. 1.9 stars for the staff member. Zero stars for everything else.

Place looks like it's falling to bits...menu on drive thru is hardly visible (I'm sure some of the prices have been written with a marker!) Didn't have any sweet items (e.g ice cream) on my last visit. Only good thing is because it looks like such a put off; the queues were small

the absolute worst service and attitude I've ever recieved at any drive through ever! pathetic and disrespectful. Also the menu wasn't visible. the entire place was a run down mess. the order screen and payment booth where "out of order" meaning everything had to be done at the final booth. had to wait over 10 minutes to serve the one person that was ahead of me even though their order was clearly very small and there where no customers being served inside the "restaurant" absolutely dump. love burger King burgers the most when theyre done well and made with a little pride,but you will not get anything like that here. place needs to be taken over and run by people that actually care and take pride in their business.

A star is too good for this shop the staff are rude I ordered a ground melt burger looks really nice on the picture and the photo says it all I missed half of my order I said £18 and for what we've got I could have got a child's meal what are Ripper Burger King should be ashamed how they treat their customers

Absolute joke waited around 20 minutes inside while the staff dealt with drive thru orders and uber eats ones so ended up walking out and going to McDonald's instead would not recommend if you want a quick meal 😡

The service is very very nice, but restaurant has NO HEATING, this is a scandal, staff need to work in their own jackets! They're literally shaking from cold.

I recently purchased a large aberdeen angus meal with cola ...firstly the chips /fries were cold and greasy..secondly the brioche bun was stale and bacon was like leather..thirdly the cola was flat and tastess flat and tasteless

Being vegan hard to get nice vegan fast food. KFC and McDonald's vegan range isn't very nice. So we tried the vegan meals. I was very impressed. Definitely will treat the kids and myself again.

We got a share box and it was absolutely tiny, about enough to fill one person. Secondly the food was terrible. Don’t recommend coming here again!!!

Went on boxing day and they were having major problems with the cookers but still we're lovely and helpful, accomadating and with a lovely smile. The chicken burger and nugget meals were hot and freshly cooked and tastes amazing. We'll done Burger King.

When did BK become so expensive!! Food wasn't great at all. Burgers have gone smaller but the price has increased. It didn't taste great and was dry. The Halloumi fries where overpriced and over cooked. Had to clean our own table

I can honestly say before today i wasnt a big fan of burger king. After today my little one wants to go to burger king for her next birthday. The staff were absolutely lovely particularly the girl was very polite and went above and beyond, the food was amazing particularly the chips and chicken nuggets they did the food correct even the little things like how my little one wanted the bacon separate they put it in a little bag separately, they even have a drinks machine to fill up our own drinks which is so cool and they got my child a burger king crown she was made up said it was the best day ever she wanted to eat there again for her tea despite already going for dinner 🤣
