First time in the place for a long time. Made very welcome. A bit on the steep side for half of cola. Thought I was buying the pub. It's not a pub on the circuit ( pub crawl ). It was a Sunday afternoon, so I don't know what it's like on other days.

There was 6 of us from around the county, and we were all very impressed with everything, clean and well looked after pub for a traditional beer, bar staff excellent, and a very good friendly atmosphere, great night out, will return in the near future.

An outstanding hostelry to visit after a soaking at Accrington v County. Great beer chatty bar staff. Sadness was we had to forshorten our stay to get back. Highly recommended.

Fantastic atmosphere, in one of the last remaining true pubs in the area. Great range of beers, wines and cocktails. Limited food available, for a change! Excellent service and beer garden and play area for kids.

Clean, friendly and a very relaxed atmosphere. Sue, Dave, David,Sarah and staff very welcoming and there's always a excellent service with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble and David's sticky ginger cake is wow!!! They're bar meals/snacks are also scrumptious. If you're looking for a pleasant atmosphere and a trouble free pub Peel Parks the one for you! Keep up the good work and well done.

Beautiful location... However although they say dog friendly and have a massive blind dog support charity box, they would not allow my husband's dog to sit next to him on a seat. She had to sit on the floor were she and he felt unprotected. My husband is partially sighted.

We visited yesterday for a couple of early evening drinks. The pub was recommended by a friend. What a treat - a proper pub not done up (ruined) by a brewery or pubco. 2 cask beers, both delicious. We'll be back.

Had my mums wake at the Peel Park Hotel last week and Sue and David couldn't do enough for us. The food was beautiful and covid regs clearly followed. The pub is immaculate and everything was perfect. Highly recommended for any function.

Lovely bar staff, shame the landlord and landlady are severely lacking in their people skills. Whilst I was enjoying a pint with my dog, a couple arrived with a baby in a car seat. The landlord and landlady were extremely rude and instead of explaining nicely that children had to be off the premises by 7.30pm, they basically threw them off the premises. It was completely unacceptable and I will not be returning.

I've been coming to this establishment and others the owners have worked in since I was a kid and have always found them to be pleasant and caring. I would recommend to anyone this fantastic public house. 5 stars and plenty of praise for the owners.

In my humble opinion this is the best pub in Accrington. You can usually find a great selection of carefully selected real ales, largers and cocktails The Peel park has a great ambience wth horse racing and cricket regalia adoring the walls. There is a large function room and an mammoth elevated beer garden to the rear, perfect for hot summer days. In winter the log fires are lit adding to the 'feel good' factor of the pub. At present the hostelry is open from Wednesday to Sunday but I expect this to change as we come out of the clutches of COVID. Sue and her friendly team always have time to go that 'extra mile' making this the premier pub in the district.

If you want a drink.. Or 2.. In a out of the way pub then try here. Family owned and run who take a real interest in their customers. . Nothing fancy, but a real pub which real people frequent.

What a delight this place is a wonderful homely traditional pub/hotel. We went to my brothers 50th birthday here. Inside is much larger than it appears from the front. It is welcoming the minute you walk in with a wood fire lit and lovely decor and a superb level of cleanliness very rarely found in most places these days.The food we had was really good. I have no hesitation in recommending it's a great find. We will be back.

One of my favourite pubs and for me the best in Accrington. It's a warm and friendly place that reflects its owners interests and always has a good cask ale on. A proper pub!
