Did
my
kitchen
plan
.
All
seemed
good.
I
had
to
email
a
few
times
to
get
my
plan
sent.
The
plan
was
completely
wrong.
I
had
to
email
quite
a
few
times
to
get
it
right.
I
got
the
quote
for
everything
at
£3600.
Which
seemed
a
little
on
the
expensive
side
as
there
was
a
sale
on.
I
ordered
the
kitchen.
some
of
it
turned
up
,
some
of
it
didn't.
My
joiner
ended
up
waiting
a
week
for
all
the
stuff
to
be
delivered.
We
then
realised,
end
panels,
under
unit
lights,
worktop
bolts,
splashback,
upstands
were
all
missing
and
a
wrong
cupboard
had
been
sent.
My
worktop
was
also
damaged.
When
I
complained,
I
was
told
to
"go
to
b&q
next
time".
The
kitchen
was
completed
and
I
went
down
to
pay
my
bill
which
was
almost
£400
more
than
I
was
quoted.
The
only
person
who
is
worth
their
salt
at
the
Accrington
branch
is
Sarah,
who
tried
hard
to
get
things
right.
I
would
never
use
howdens
again
and
would
definitely
take
the
advice
of
going
to
b&q.
I
would
recommend
anyone
else
to
do
the
same.
I
got
my
last
kitchen
from
b&q
and
it
all
got
delivered
right
1st
time.
Also,
the
quote
I
received
was
the
price
I
paid.
I
had
budgeted
for
£3600
not
£4000.
Howdens
should
have
stood
the
cost
as
it
was
their
error.
One
more
complaint
was
I
asked
for
an
integrated
fridge
specifically
with
an
ice
box.
I
probably
don't
need
to
tell
you
what
they
sent
instead.
Very
displeased,
hence
the
2*.
If
it
wasn't
for
Sarah,
it
would
be
1.
Only
because
I
can't
give
a
zero.
