This was amazing. Oh man. The make your own sweet option is absolutely fantastic. I had a bubble waffle, topped with marshmallows and fudge. Sauced with chocolate and caramel. Then I had mint choc on the side. This was one of the best I've eaten! It was cheap too! The only downside was I ordered for collection however they didn't seem to start the order until I went in. So, I ended up waiting around for 15-20 mins. Just go in and order. The Google Maps location is also slightly off which can be a little confusing.

I have purchased shakes from here on a few occasions and find the quality of the shakes inconsistent even though I order the same shake every time. The staff are equally inconsistent and although some are friendly and capable, others are not so friendly and don't seem to have a clue what they're doing. Prices are possibly the highest in Accrington for what you get too.

Thank you jumpin waffles for my delish heavenly hot waffle.. made my lockdown birthday extra special. waffle was cooked to perfection.. lots of choc sauce just how I like it. choc gelato was simply divine.. added touches was highly appreciated. Presentation is on point. Delivery was quick. can't wait to order again!! please keep up these high standards. Just wish delivery was £2.50 rather than £4.50. Thank you

I absolutely love this place from the decor to the food, everything is boujee and cute. The desserts are scrumptious and made with love and care. I had ordered the Limited Edition Hot Chocolate and a Sweet Prince Lolly Waffle and can i just tell you it is the best Hot chocolate i have ever had. The Lolly waffle is smothered in 100s&1000s and tastes amazing. Trust me you have to try it and Judge for yourself!

I am quite disappointed with the lack of customer service from this place. I rang up to place an order and I was asked if it was my order was genuine? I do not expect to be asked if my order is genuine, after being on the phone for 15 minutes to them explaining everything I want. I expected to be taken seriously, after trying to order dessert for my family. They refused to take my order and told me to never ring the shop again. I was also told that they had taken down my name (which I did not state?) and my number. Safe to say I will not be ringing them again anyway as they wasted my time and refused my order, which I was willing to pay for over the phone, just as they requested.

Came upto the shop tonight, young man in the shop, I had questions as hadn’t really had waffles many times, took menu out to my dad, who was in the car who disabled so hard for him to move. Was happy for me to take menu, out was patient with me, said it would be 5-10 minutes and said I could go back to my car and he would bring it out. He went above and beyond with customer service and the food it’s self with delicious. The ice cream is smooth and flavourful. Really is was fantastic couldn’t rate the service or food enough

I've been there first time and it's a gorgeous place. I'm surprised with amount and variety of toppings. Everything served in a clean box and it looks very professional. Definitely recommend this place and I'll be back there again.

A little gem in Accrington. The waffle was really good and fresh. The Karak Chai was probably the best one we've had. Will definitely be coming here again!

A welcome addition to Accrington's/Hyndburn's mix of takeaways. They offer a range of sweets/puddings which can include just enough fruit to make yourself think it might be healthy before sugar rush hits you. They have a small range of savoury dishes, plus also serve cooked breakfasts and have a 'proper' coffee machine. Finally they have a vast range of ice-cream flavours ideal for a treat on a summer's day. If they quality of the food remains high over time I'd be tempted to give them 5 stars.

If I could leave a zero rating I would!! This place is absolutely terrible all the way from the rude woman on the phone when I rang asking why my food was so late???? the food ordered a waffle and it came soggy and ordered ice cream and it might as well have been milk how it was melted never waste money on these lot wasted 15 on this stupid shop at least have some decent management, asked to speak to a manager and spoke to the rudest woman and then a younger worker not helping ?? Manager was terrible never ordering from here again !

Completely ignorance from the young lady that served us, in respect of customer service. For this reason we did not feel welcome and would not go back or recommend this to our friends. Happy staff = happy customers. It seems mine review is not the first review relating to customer service either.

Absolutely gorgeous desserts so tasty The staff here are so welcoming and polite and nothing is too much trouble.
