Bought some beautiful nose studs for my daughters at Christmas. Lots of communication with seller as I wasn't sure about sizes etc, especially when looking at the products online rather than in person. She was really helpful. Recently, needed to replace stud due to damage (in an accident). Went back to them and they were able to provide another stud for me very quickly. Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
