The worst drive thru and the worst service every time consistently. It’s like they get pleasure out of giving bad service to the customers. In a drive thru queue to serve a single drink to a car takes 15 mins, shocking! And then when you eventually get to the window, it’s not “Sorry about the wait” question is “what’s your order” and then they prepare it. Rude ill mannered staff who laugh at you if you voice your disappointment. I been to many drive thru Starbucks in my life, this definitely should get an award for being the WORST.

Staff had Bad manners. Didn’t know what they were doing and also gave us the wrong order after waiting some time for the order. Also the coffee tasted like dish water.

Today was the second time I’ve been handed a coffee in a cup with a hole in at the drive through window. The first time it happened the coffee scalded my legs. At least this time it only leaked out all over my car cup holder! Get some cups that don’t leak!

Ordered 3 egg nog lattes. Got back in the van drove off and one fell over. So I went back to buy another one and they said they would replace it for free. Excellent service. Only downside of this particular Starbucks is that unlike other Starbucks I’ve been to they don’t allow dogs inside.

Utterly shocking wait times. Beyond belief. Avoid this place, it is a joke.

Very very slow drive through. 20 minutes with only two cars in front. Arrived at the till and they had completely lost track of orders and had to tell them what I had ordered again and then they made it. No point in the first stage of taking an order at the microphone at all. Not impressed, they were really not on the ball at all. Drinks were fine. Just poorly handled drive through service.

This is the worse Starbucks I have been too for customer service, I ordered a decaf latte and a cake and there where 3 staff on and it wasn’t busy but all 3 staff was chatting away and they could see me wait, and then one of the staff who was serving drinks was having a laugh with a customer at the counter. I won’t be coming here again. It will be either costa I go to or the Starbucks near Blackburn hospital as I know that the service I get from theee is a dam site better than the service I got here

Asked for 2 white hot chocolate drinks... got normal hot chocolate. 2 fruit toast got one tiny butter potion, and I had to ask for more. I also asked for a tray to carry 2 drinks and 2 potions of fruit toast...was told no, they didn't do trays. Won't be going Starbucks again.

Understaffed, Coffee tasted more like warm milk, cleanliness is poor. Management needs improving and staff training required to recognise a decent coffee rather than relying on a push of a button machine. Costa still use espresso machines and hand steam milk with actual trained Baristas. Starbucks is nothing more than a coffee vending machine you find in petrol stations.

Really enjoyed my visit, staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very welcoming and got my order withing 5 minutes. Lovely place to grab a bite to eat and a hot drink. Would recommend the Blueberry muffin.

Popped in on the way to college and had a great experience, staff were full of smiles and very friendly. The atmosphere was nice and calm for the morning and I got my order within 5 minutes.

Bad service. Took about 20 minutes after ordering (and waiting for ages to be served ) for staff to even consider making the drinks. the server was unapproachable as well as being painfully slow - wouldn’t recommend especially not in a rush, too busy chatting to their mates or going on the phone

Ordered 3 drinks the initial member of staff was very helpful however the service was atrocious git 1 drink then theyvmade some1 elses order then my warmed food came again waited to get 3 drinks 4 other peoples orders were ready 1st clearly not reading the orders to be made and when asked for my 3rd drink it was a sigh and huff. Poor service no customer service skills will be avoiding

Great atmosphere and great team. Very welcoming and friendly. Store has made a massive turn around over past few months.

Dealing with folk in this world is really one of the banes of my life. The staff member here was too infused with talking to another staff member over their headgear network who was cleaning tables. I was the only customer stood there looking straight at her for the best part of two minutes. Eventually she looked at me and asked 'Are you waiting to be served?'. No, I'm waiting for the Spanish armada. What do you think? Unbelievable.

Unplanned visit with a friend. Good meeting spot, just off the M65 at Burnley. The sun was shining in the window on a winters day. Comfortable. Good parking. Don't forget to put your registration number in the electronic pad if eating in. Clean cafe. Helpful staff.

The coffee is always good , service was OK and maybe I've been generous with atmosphere score. Not sure what a coffee shop atmosphere should be like? People tables and chairs!!

Ohhh dear. Well this place has really gone downhill. The staff were as always lovely and the drink was good. Unfortunately the actual place is not well looked after. The fabric seats are worn though, tatty and stained. The floor was sticky like being in a club in the 90s. It wasn't at all busy and yet a table behind us was not cleared in the full 2 and a half hours my friend and I were sat there. Just overall grotty and disappointing. Come on Starbucks, surely you can do better than this.

Every time I order a Mocha, but most of the times I receive Latte/Cappuccino taste.. I don’t now why but Starbucks is like a lottery, you’re lucky if they make you a nice drink :)

Nice starbucks, not a lot of parking and limited to 90 minutes unless you put your reg in on the tablet at the counter.

Friendly staff, ordered children's hot chocolate but wasn't warm. Had no problems exchanged for a hot one. Did find it expensive.

Some of the staff need to listen when you order and stop chatting to other staff when you are trying to get your order. I asked for a large cappuccino but was given a standard soya milk based excuse for a coffee, what you call it I haven't a clue it was terrible. The last 2 - 3 visits haven't been to bad.

Starbucks is a reputable place, however the level of customer service is poor, no welcome, seemed unsure what to do, talking derocative on the head sets about customers. Very poor indeed

Lovely Starbucks situated in a prime location. There is plenty of indoor seating and family friendly environment. The staff are super hardworking and helpful. There is a great selection on the menu and the service is brilliant. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Order one drink and went to order another drink but they didn't know which drink it was what which was fine it was at different star buck so I can understand menu will be different. Found the drink on their online menu drive back round to show them they said they didn't have the Stuff in, again fine fair enough enough showed them another one (bare in mind I suffer with a learning disability and struggle to read orders) they said I had to go back round again even though it was a second in between. Poor service

This place is hit and miss - The bad: The drive through can be very slow at times and also has the annoying habit of not fully being stocked on all items. Also takes staff a while to clear seats/tables that have been used and are dirty. The good: Generally the staff are friendly and the toilets are clean. Has a nice peaceful ambience during the week to do work in.

Well appointed cafe, serving good coffee, tasty sandwiches & nice treats. Let down by staff, tables not cleared & when they were eventually they weren't wiped down. Slow service, too interested in chatting!

Love Starbucks for hot drinks!! I wish they were consistent with their frappes. Sometimes they are watery and sometimes too thick to even pass through the straw. The cakes are always nice and fresh. Friendly staff.

Poor choice of fresh sandwiches, most things have to be flattened in a toaster. Been several times lately, sit in service suffers as drive thru gets priority, my coffee has never arrived until sandwich finished.

Would recommend going inside to order. Drive through always super busy and quite slow. Inside really clean and always quiet. Toilets are the nicest cleanest Starbucks toilets I've used.
