so me and my brother a regular comers but the last few times we have been it has been as good as it used to be, but last night was the worst i ordered a cookie dough and my brother got a waffle the waffle once again was disappointing! but my cookie dough was good until I pull a hair out of it you could clear see it wasn't one of mine as it was dark and long where me and my mum both have light hair!!! My mum rang but for a refund but they where disrespectful and wouldn't listen just kept saying they will send another! why would i want another when i just found a hair in one put off now! just to make it better we are in a middle of a pandemic! NOT impressed at all never going back!!!!

Me and the kids loved it and can't wait to go back, spent longer deciding what to have than eating it, and service was quick and polite

I can't recommend Swirlz enough, the staff are always professional and the food just speaks for itself

Best desserts and shakes I have ever had. The others in surrounding towns are not a patch on swirls. Highly recommend had a home delivery and been in shop. Nice friendly service and staff. Well done keep up the good work.

Absolutely deliciously amazing crispy outside fluffy inside waffles and milkshakes to die for, so thick and full of flavour. delivery was quick and service was exceptional. Better than desserts we get in restaurants. cannot praise this place enough. will definitely order again very soon and recommend.

Been in for the 1st time today with my family. Ordered Cooke dough which was amazing. My daughter had a crepe which was huge and my son had a super shake. No complaints about the food at all and very good value for money. Only negative was that it filled up with teenagers who were very loud and lots of bad language. Was a shame really as it would stop me returning 😞

Perfect experience for a dessert shop, prices are good, service was quick. The staff allowed us to taste the ice creams as we was uncertain on which ice-cream we wanted without us even asking. Place is clean and the food is nicely presented. Definitely my go to dessert place going forward

Most desert places are a rip off now and this is no exception store brought ice cream sold for £1.75 a scoop. Mediocre desert you can make at home instead.

We order from here quite often, we had some sour milkshakes delivered tonight for the 1st time ever and they rectified it straight away and new ones was sent with no arguments. Definitely the best dessert place in Accrington

Lots of variety for different desserts. We had waffles and a Sunday all of which were very tasty! Place was clean and tidy. Would recommend

Went with my 2 boys, a change from Blackburn. Polite young man recommended White Knight and Lotus. Ordered both large. The milkshake was thick, as it should be, and tasted delicious. A refreshing change from the usual Ferroro Rocher. Will be coming again soon! Thank you Swirlz. A

i order at 9:10 and it came at 10:48 and it was freezing and hard and i ordered a chocolate and strawberry crepe and there was no strawberry’s , it was very hard to cut and the ice cream melted straight away and was lumpy

Our new favourite dessert place in Blackburn. So generous with toppings, quick delivery, tasty, and great range of choice. I love the marshmallow waffle with added strawberries and banana, and my partner loves the brownie waffle. The strawberries with chocolate are great too!

First time trying swirlz using delivery and can honestly say, I was not disappointed. The food was so fresh and delivery was super quick 👌 definately do not rip you off with delivery costs and a bonus was the driver was really friendly. Definately the best dessert cake away in Accrington!

Ordered off uber eats. We're well late and had to call them to chase order. Not great customer service and won't order from this place again. Still waiting for my order. Poor way to run a business.

Waffle was perfect, made fresh with freshly cut strawberries, would definitely recommend for a treat
