Staff took my car early and rang me once the regassing of the air con was finished within the hour. Very pleased with the service provided and the work done. Would use them again.

Noticed a problem tire and got it changed out on the day. In and out in about 15 mins. Decent and friendly staff who assisted in a different tyre selection since I chose the wrong size. 5* top job

Tried booking mobile tyre service to change tyres as my vehicle was stuck in snow. They could only give me a date after 2 weeks. Not helpful at all.

Everything was great, the staff were friendly and they got the job done quick, the reason to loose 1 star is I think the tyres are a little expensive esp the budget range, it was £85 for 1 budget tyre fitted where you can have one done for about £50 elsewhere but overall good service from the Accrington garage

I called 2 days prior to taking my car for fixing some parts and asked if they can book me, if they have availability and if they have those parts I needed fixing. Clearly discussed with a staff member what parts I would need and I was re assured, twice actually, that my car will get fixed on that day. On my appointment day I arrived there at 8:30am and was told that they forgot to book me in, the gentleman at reception did say they will take my car and had to squeeze it in, between other customers that were booked on the day, but told me that they are able to fix just 1 of the parts,not both. After they told me clearly twice, that yes, they will have all they need for my appointment day. Really waste of time, as could have gone elsewhere where they could have definitely sort both the parts I needed. I relied on them and did not search for another garage. I could have also been informed if they did not have the part, when booking my car in and could have gone to buy a part myself and just ask them to fit it in for me. Also, when picking up my car, I was informed regarding the costs of the missing part and told it can be ordered. However the amount was absolutely ridiculous for a led light honestly. Got upset and called the center that manufactures my car make and ordered the missing part for less than half of the price that Kwik fit quoted me. And to bare in mind, it was specified at Kwik fit to me that only the part costed double, not including fitting charge as well. Really, really disappointing and I work in medical field, do not have time to take my car to 3-4 garages, just because one could not do their job and inform me properly regarding their services.

Took my car for Air conditioning refill. These guys told me there was a leak in the system so they cannot refill the gas. I took the car to dealership to find there where no leaks and I had the system refilled. I was lucky not to have spent extra money to diagnose. Please be professional and honest. I won't be using kwik again.

Staff very helpfull, I felt a bit sorry for them, they were working so hard and the phone kept ringing, but they were cheerful and very helpful.

Had good service in the past from Will and the guy with the ponytail (unsure of his name) however went in today and two different guys were in who wouldn’t help me as they were painting the garage floor during opening hours so I went to R I tyres instead and they were great at half the price.

But pricey but quick and good service. Within 2 hours, the car was done and good to take away, including the time identifying the issues.

You very kindly fitted me in last minute on Saturday afternoon to check over a puncture I had, and when it couldn’t be repaired due to it being a run flat, a new tyre was ordered quickly for Monday morning. Brilliant service thank you!

I felt wanted by the two guys on duty that Sunday. Friendly and helpful in the extreme. You get good service and get five stars these guys gave service above and beyond.

I must admit on arrival and discussing my vehicles requirements it really stood out that all the staff are brilliant. This is where I will be using for my company fleet vehicle from now on, although where I’m based it’s the furthest I’ll travel for servicing, tyres etc But we’ll worth the trip, Well done to all based at the Accrington venue.

Recently had my brakes replaced at Kwikfit in Accrington. Booking in was easy. Friendly service. Had one small issue which was dealt with without question and in very professional and fair manner and everything explained. Always very reassuring that type of approach.

The best kwik fit by far. Shame they have to stop working CONSTANTLY, to answer the phone. Receptionist would mean work is done much quicker. NOT staffs fault they can't produce 33% more work... 🤔

Changed my van tyre the other day, got me a lovely new black shiny round rubber one and fitted it to my old wheel rim, after the took the old wornout tyre off the van. They even put the new wheel on the van after they'd filled it with air and tightened up the nuts and put the hubcap back on. They also done my tracking too and they kept the van safe inside the building till I'd paid in full. Professional and friendly service. Thanks very much

Brilliant service once again from the Kwik Fit team at Accrington. I arrived late in the afternoon just as they were preparing to close, was dealt with really promptly. Terry and Tezan went out of their way to identify and fix the problem with my car so I could get back on the road quickly. Always great service here from a team that really care about their customers.

Customer service was great and they didn't charge us for looking at our exhaust issues. However, the price for a new exhaust was very pricey so we decided to get a quote from another garage. The other quote was £400 cheaper than the kwik fit quote!! Thats almost equivalent to a months rent! We didn't get our exhaust fitted at Kwik fit

Charged me an extra £5.00 from price given over the phone also asked about wheel balancing and a price stated he would come back to me. Then drove my car when fitted two tyres straight onto the ramp before giving me a price when I asked for a price he then said £80 so I said no thanks I’ll take it else where. Will not use you again.

Simply because company isn't willing to undertake work unless you're paying for parts via them. Already bought the parts, but won't do the work? Seems a bit backward to me, especially when they had no vehicles in and the mechanics seemed to just be stood around

Rang them up late on a Saturday afternoon prior to a long journey. I had a flat tyre. They dealt with me straight away. The puncture was repairable and cost £25. Good service. p.s. I'd note that if it wasn't repairable, the stock of tyres seemed low and expensive.

Had 4 tyres replaced on my car, then 4 tyres replaced on my wife's car the following day. Very fast (kwik!) Service, done very well, by friendly and professional team. 👌

Booked MOT for the second year and they have done an honest test and I strongly recommend you do the same as they are very good. I am sending all the tests there from now on.

Had some bad experiences with Kwik Fit, but the team at this branch are amazing. They're honest, friendly and don't pull the wool over your eyes. Something that's really important as a woman dealing with a car garage!

Used Kwit Fit Accrington many times for both my wifes car and my own including company vehicles. Called this morning for someone to quickly check the rear tyre depth on my BMW explaining I was doing around 2K miles in the next week and was told in a dismissive voice "check it later for you" this task would have taken them literally 30 seconds but oh no, not this time. After all the business I've put there way I will NEVER use them again, horrible attitude and the guy obviously does not know the meaning of customer service.

Attended Kwik Fit without an appointment. They were very accommodating in sorting a brake, tyre and wiper-blade check and provided a frank overview of the issues. I was quickly provided with a reasonable quote for the work required and the vehicle was fixed within the next hour. Personally I found the team friendly and professional.
