Unfortunately
I
have
stopped
visiting
one
of
my
favourite
shops
due
a
rude
young
lady
who
i
seem
to
come
across
the
many
time
that
i
have
visited.
As
written
on
the
recipt
the
name
of
your
employee
i
believe
is
to
be
Iqra
as
stated
on
the
recipt
with
the
date
and
time.
I
have
had
several
encounters
with
this
young
lady
in
the
store
each
time
they
have
not
been
pleasant.
The
young
lady
has
her
head
so
far
up
her
backside
on
serval
occasions
I
have
felt
intimidated
and
not
worthy
enough
to
shopping
in
the
store.
It
has
made
me
feel
uncomfortable
as
I
believe
this
individual
looks
down
on
her
customers.
On
one
of
the
earlier
occasions
I
had
asked
the
young
lady
to
assist
me
and
she
completely
ignored
me.
Another
incident
was
there
were
few
members
of
staff
on
the
floor
this
young
lady
was
near
the
womens
clothing
section
another
near
the
shoes.
I
needed
a
oponion
regarding
something
hence
i
asked
the
staff
as
you
do.
The
other
individual
was
pleasent
she
gave
me
her
opinion
and
advised
me
to
go
for
another
top
with
ther
pair
of
shoes.
However
this
young
individual
i
asked
about
a
satin
dress
and
her
answer
was
that
will
look
nice
on
a
petite
size
lady.
This
really
upset
and
offended
me
as
i
may
not
be
petite
but
im
sure
i
could
have
pulled
that
dress
off
alot
better.Due
to
these
uncomfortable
experiences
I
have
decided
to
no
longer
shop
at
the
blackburn
store
and
go
to
other
new
looks
stores
where
the
staff
are
pleasent
and
respectfull.
I
happily
now
take
my
money
to
other
stores
even
if
it
means
i
have
to
spend
a
little
extra
i
am
willing
to
do
so,
as
my
own
self
esteem,
respect
and
satisfaction
comes
first.
