    A joke of a doctors surgery, they mis diagnose at such an incompetent level it's any wonder how they are still running, and they refer you to accident and emergency when they can arrange for appointments for xrays saying, and I quote, "it's an A&E problem" which is a disgrace as our REAL doctors and nurses are being worked to the bone due to the pandemic and backlog of patients. I would highly recommend either this practice is shutdown and the current patients leave or they have entire change in personnel from the receptionist who are making decisions way above their pay grade to the so called General Practitioners who are getting paid way too much to fob their patients off. I am saddened by the shear lack of empathy and professionalism shown by this practice and will be registering to a more established and reputable practice with staff who know what they are doing and actually care for their patients. If any of the staff members read this and would like to further discuss why they are so incompetent at their jobs my input is find a new vocation preferably not in patient care.

    Worst place to be- going to moon is easier than Contacting LAMBETH STREET SURGERY, My wife is pregnant- she is suffering from Wheezing and continues cough. (No covid- tested negative) We try to phone them from Monday- today Wednesday finally they answered the call- Even gave us evening phone appointment- Dr called after 3.45 pm Ask me to buy thermometer and check temperature-he said will call in half an hour Now 5.40 Still no call from the doctor- I phoned the reception- they took temperature reading ( normal) And said dr will call - not yet This is not the first time- And not going to be the last. They don’t care about the patients- My wife is pregnant, even my Dr friend said Definitely need to take steroids. I think they should learn humanity first

    I have had the worst experience with Dr Isaac. The way he commanded me to handle the phone to my non-English speaking mother is unacceptable in the supermarket, let alone in the surgery. He should also have a look in the system for the records of each patient before disagreeing with the recommendations of another doctor. Unacceptable.

    Absolute shambles, you can keep complaining, writing letter, ringing and it will make no difference what so ever! They dont phone through your repeat prescriptions, which is such a massive problem when some of us are on strong painkillers that have a really nasty withdrawal symptom. Yet the worst thing is that reception don't seem to give a monkey's! This new system for repeat prescriptions was supposed to make things easier, the pharmacy get it right, they send you a reminder to order your repeat, we do this and the doctors don't pass on your prescription to the pharmacy They make the same mistakes continually, if this was a business they would have gone bust yrs ago, sack the lot of them and put in place staff that do care for there patients.

    Dr Nabil Isaac is a poor excuse of a human being. It’s no wonder the rating for this surgery is so low. He’s horrible, rude, and has a terrible bedside manner. He has absolutely no grace or decorum that a doctor should possess. A lady in the waiting room asked which Dr I was seeing, and when I told her she told me to turn around and walk out of the door because of how badly he’d treated her in the past and how he’d given her medication she was allergic to. On top of that, it sparked two others in the waiting room to say they’d both requested another dr because he was awful. Then I met him and had the worst appointment of my life. A horrible, rude person.

    There is nothing lower than one star They even dont deserve that One of the horrible doctor surgery ever I seen in my life Stone Age service and behaviour Call answering time is hours and hours and after that they will start arguing with you Very good at arguing Leaving people helpless at the time when they need help Avoid this place Making people more sick than sick

    Think they are a fantastic service had an emergency over Christmas rang up and was seen straight away. Same as today another appointment booked straight away. Receptionists are kind and courteous really understanding and listen to the concerns I have and go out of their way to help.

    I wanted to book an opintmen and phone line Spouse to open at 8.30am but its keep saying surgery is now close till 8.45am after then phone been answered and I be put in a queue on position 11th from there receptionist answer the phone and she tell me I don't need a doctor and we don't have opintmen can't believe we are living in UK looks like some 2nd world country. Really make me sad and make me think twice I am paying so high taxes and serving NHS and in return can't even see a doctor when need it what a shame 😞

    One of the worst surgery in Blackburn Takes two hours to get through the reception Hard convincing reception staff and completely unprofessional They never polite or helpful Highly not recommended

    Just come out of hospital and in a non weight baring pot. I needed to arrange a blood test before I could order my blood pressure tablets. Spoke to Allison explained I'd had blood tests in hospital would they count so I didn't have to have a D/N visit. I said you'll have received the discharge letter from hospital and it says all bloods were normal Allson said she would get the Dr to look and arrange a repeat prescription.Allison was a breath of fresh air knew exactly what I needed.I rang again today and everything was sorted Allison your a credit to the practice and very professional I can't thank you enough.     Impossible to speak to anyone. When I called last year to say my 10 years old son needed some mental health help the doctor told me he ll speak to the paediatrician. It took three to four months to have an appointment with him. Then, three months later the psychologist services told the referral should come from the social services and not the paediatrician and discharged my son from their "service". Obviously social services didn't even reply to my e mail. I had to apply for some help myself a year after my first attempt... Now I m trying to reach this gp for personal problems , they tell you to call at 8 45 but the line is always closed. I would not call this health practitioner, wealth practitioner maybe...

    Dr Poppleton is a fantastic GP. I am very pleased with the way he dealt and continues to deal with my mother's illness. His very calming voice is another important aspect of my great experience with him.

    I call at 8.30am on few occasions including today, keeps saying surgery is closed till atleast 8.40am. Today I called, same thing. I called alternative surgery who transferred me back to this one and somebody answered after a while. Then they cut me off saying I am wrong department or something. Making me wait 40mins again and cutting me off is horrible. You expect me to call on the day to see a doctor not beforehand yet you dont open on tome regularly and cut customers off. Wow. In the past have been told we cannot provide you a note recommending your work to let you work from home if possible and that it is upto your work to decide this. Hello?? The whole point I come to you is to get a medical professionals advice. Despite me saying work want evidence, you refuse. Worst surgery in my experience. You need to improve your services.
