    They make you feel like an inconvenience. The receptionists especially are so disrespectful and rude, I've never come across such unprofessionalism before.

    ALISON receptionist is very rude to patients but even more so to clinicians who work in the NHS and have been registered with Redlam Surgery since i was a child. she rang me to nastily say we have warned to deduct you in 2017 due to a re-location however didnt give me a chance to speak before stating we are going to deduct you within 30 days in a very nasty tone. After working in the NHS for 13 years and worked at >10 general practices the level of communication from this lady is appalling. I have never dealt with a more rude and ignorant woman in my life. she didnt even give me a chance to speak she placed down the phone. I am actually very glad i am leaving this general practice. Thankyou for making NHS patients feeling loved and cared for this is not our service we should be providing to patients!!!!!!!

    In vain I call them at 8 or 10 in the morning the receptionist sends me to the hospital. It's outrageous what they're doing there. I’ve been suffering from arthritis for weeks, they don’t do anything here. Their rating is minus 100

    Amazing! Redlam is the best gp surgery I have been with! The doctors and nurses are lovely and take such good care of their patients. The Reception staff, Reception Manager and Practise Manager are outstanding! Very helpful and friendly! 100% recommend Redlam :)

    Absolute joke of a doctors, takes ages to get seen because they've taken too many people on and the doctors can't keep up. Rang up for a percription for some milk for baby they never rang me back to say that the doctor had refused to do it. Rang up to be put on treage on the 19/7/21 for my 2 year old as he was in pain and breathing fast it took them just short of 3hrs to ring back and prescribe antibiotics with out seeing him and without telling us what is wrong

    Was told I had to go to hospital and lie about symptoms before being issued a sicknote that I had already been promised. I’ll be leaving this surgery asap

    I am writing this for a relative who is a patient. Redlam Surgery is a FANSTASTIC doctors! Everyone goes the extra mile for their patients! The Receptionists know their stuff and are absolutely outstanding. The doctors are so helpful and understanding and offer the best care! The nurses are very friendly and informative. i would 1000% recommend Redlam Surgery! They have never EVER let me down!

    If I could give it zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible receptionist who has zero compassion for anyone it seems. Called first thing for a triage callback, this apparently never happened. Now have to wait another night before a chance of getting meds.

    My mother is a patient and she had a problem with her medication so i called the surgery and spoke to Alison, she was very kind and took all the information and said she would get back asap. i received a call back within 2 hours and she had fixed the problem! I really respect Alison for this as my mother was in urgent need for this medication and really glad she managed to sort it so quickly for her.

    Redlam are great. Reception staff are very helpful and the Triage service works very well. Doctors and Nurses are really helpful and friendly

    They were useless so I changed. Went to see GP and ended up seeing nurse who gave me bad advice to go to hospital without an appointment for the fracture clinic. Wasted journey. Also can never get an appointment unless you call within a narrow window of time. Shut it down.

    I've been with this surgery since a baby. Doctors, reception, nurses are all wonderful. They are all helpful and very pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

    Trying to call to book a appointment for a child 8am then 8:2 then 8:5 tey putting phone down on the patient and telling you to call later on when you call later on they saying is no more appointments left, what a completely joke
