This place is amazing! My baby's head became disfigured when he was 4 months old, this was due to him sleeping with his head on one side when his cranial bones weren't fully formed. I was extremely worried that this would now be his permanent head shape. A friend recommended A-Z Family Chiropractor so I thought we would give it a go given that helmet therapy is much more expensive and invasive. Zoe was amazing with my little boy, she was extremely gentle and patient with him and he loved going for his head massages! She gently manipulated his cranial bones and reset his neck and his pelvis, this has also aided him sitting and built up his strength. The results have been unbelievable, you can literally see the difference before you walk out of the clinic! His head has become much more rounded as you can tell from the photographs. Zoe has been incredibly supportive. Prior to his treatment I was very anxious that my son would be bullied for his head shape, she reassured me that she could correct it and she did just that 😊. Though I did not expect the results to be this good! I have now started going to Zoe as I was experiencing pain in my pelvis and hips since labour, I was struggling to lie on one side. I am now experiencing no pain whatsoever! She can literally identify a problem by just looking at you! Her attention to detail is 2nd to none and she makes you feel so comfortable throughout your treatment. I really can't recommend Zoe enough. Thank you A-Z.

What a wonderful experience this has been although the back pain wasn't. From my very first visit all staff have been amazing . Dr Ammani completed a full holistic assessment and gave me feedback in a language that i could understand, she has now commenced treatment and within 3 sessions I feel like a new woman. The practice is a very busy one and all appointments are on time.The reception staff are so welcoming and make you feel right at home. Thank you all so much for your care and compassion . The team at this clinic are just incredible. I have been seeing Dr Ammani for treatment in relation to my migraines and bad back. The treatment provided by Ammani has resulted in NO migraines since and has made me overcome my back pain since attending the sessions. I couldn't be happier with the results Ammani made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the sessions I've had with her and has provided the best service. Zoe is an amazing chiropractioner! She takes her time with you and makes you feel super comfortable. I've been attending the clinic since July 2021 and have noticed my back & posture improve gradually. I'm always recommending family & friends to visit Zoe for any back problems. Pinky is the nicest person you'll ever meet! On my first visit she really helped me calm my nerves. She has a heart of gold - she's really friendly and polite. The team overall are amazing! I had ongoing back pain for 6 months and nothing was helping. My sister recommended a-z family chiropractic clinic, so I went and saw Amani and by the end of the session I was touching my toes!!!! I have never been able to touch my toes and since the onset of the back pain, I couldn't even bend 90°! Amani was so friendly and professional, she thoroughly explained everything she was doing and put my mind at ease. I could not have asked for a better person to treat me. WOW! After being skeptical about chiropractors I had no choice but to go due to intense pain in my back which was not fixed by a sports therapist who I attended for many years (not the therapist fault). My back was completely out of line. I visited A-Z and booked in with Dr Ammani who was superb. I struggled to sit up before I went in and walked out like a new person. Posture has changed so much and training has also changed in a positive way where I can feel my muscles activated more than before taking pressure of the back. So far had three sessions and would swear by it Definitely recommend especially with the amount of knowledge she posseses.

After being warmly welcomed from the lovely practice manager Pinky, I received treatment for back and shoulder pain from Dr Ammani and sports therapist Charlotte. They are both exceptional at what they practise. First was a very thorough consultation before any treatment to really get to know the problem areas. Then a plan was devised for how often and how long the treatment would be necessary. All in all, I felt really taken care of with a real improvement in my well being, well done A - Z Dr Zoe and her team are the perfect solution to my ailments.

I started attending the clinic and receiving treatment for lower back and shoulder/neck pain.. I've had Chiropractic adjustments before so was aware that my spine was a bit out of shape and was in need of some treatment. After my first consultation and treatment from Dr Ammani, my back felt more mobility and a lot better in general. I also had sports massages from Esther to release the knots and tension in my shoulders which were like little rocks under the blades! After 5 adjustments and 3 or 4 massages, my back feels poker straight, the niggling pains and discomfort are gone and my shoulders a lot more relaxed. I've still got a few appointments to fine tune my posture and get rid of the last of the knots, but I can wholeheartedly say that thanks to the team at A-Z, my back now feels like it used to years ago and the only annoyance is why I put up with the pains for so long when it could have been fixed earlier. I cannot recommend A-Z Family Chiropractic enough! I really cannot recommend A-Z Chiropractic Clinic enough. I have suffered with sciatic nerve pain, intermittently, for the last few years and hoped this wasn’t going to be something I had to deal with for the rest of my life. I even visited my GP and really felt let down with instructions to attend a 'walk-in and wait' physiotherapy clinic! The situation became so painful in August this year that it took me at least an hour every morning to be able to walk, the pain was so excruciating that I didn’t want to sit down as it was such a drama to stand and then walk again. After some research I found Dr Ammani at the A-Z Chiropractic Clinic and from my initial phone call which included a consultation and booking I was able to find some pain relief from my very first visit and knew then that I was in exceptional hands. Dr Ammani did a thorough examination and the outcome was a herniated disc which was pushing against my sciatic nerve. I have been visiting the clinic regularly and have seen huge, week on week, improvements. I’m so pleased that I found and visited Dr Ammani at the A-Z Chiropractic Clinic, it’s really given me my life back, thank you.

Simply exceptional. I started with a pain in my shoulder on Boxing Day and couldn't get rid of it. After four days of it I rang A to Z and got an appointment for the following day. Ammani was wonderful and after seeing her my pain faded away the same day. The cause has taken a while to correct but regular adjustments with Ammani - preceded with a sports massage from the equally proficient and highly skilled Charlotte - have gradually rectified the years of overdoing the lifting carrying and pushing I have treated my poor old bones to. The frequency of my appointments are now down to once per month - firstly with Charlotte to iron out my muscles followed by Ammani for her manipulations. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. I leave here feeling wonderful.

I have been under the A-Z Chiropractic Clinic for nearly a year after having a prolapse disc in my lower back. I was seen initially by Zoe who explained everything so easily to me using diagrams and a spine model in her room which made me understand everything and made me feel reassured. At the beginning I was seen 3 times a week and over the year I’ve reduced to once a week. The pain in my lower back has virtually gone away and has been mostly non existent for several months. I like to keep going to keep my back in good condition as I never want to experience anything like that again. Since starting out with the clinic I’ve seen (I think) all the staff members in one way or another. I feel like I visit the clinic so often that I’ve gotten to know most if not all the staff there. Pinky is a fantastic bubbly receptionist who is always there to help with appts aswell as having a lovely chat. She’s also the first face you see as you go in and made me feel very comfortable when I was first nervous on my initial appt. Charlotte and Ester are the two sports masseuses who have really helped me with my tight muscles in both lower and upper back, neck and leg/ knee. Really fantastic high recommend! And lastly the chiropractors - Zoe and Ammani who are both almost like magicians. With a few clicks and cracks my back feels amazing after each session which is why I still go back. The pain I was in was very quickly settling after just a couple weeks into treatment. If you’re considering chiropractic help I would HIGHLY recommend everyone at this clinic!! Humaira

What to say, Dr Ammani has worked wonders on my back. I rang up A-Z after bulging a disc in my spine and trapping my sciatic nerve, they didn't mess around getting me in. I was walking like a cripple and struggling to sit or do anything comfortably. Dr Ammani was a wealth of knowledge and her treatment has been first class. I have had numerous sessions now and everytime there is less pressure and a greater range of movement. I will always have a Chiropractor now. Also recently I have started sports therapy sessions with Charlotte and she is absolutely lovely and does what is needed! A great team at A-Z.

I first went to Ammani a couple of months ago having suffered a painful shoulder for nearly 13 years. Following numerous visits to the doctors and physiotherapists over the years, I had very little success. I gave up hope and accepted the fact that I would have to live with the pain and manage it with painkillers. Recently, the pain had become unbearable to the point where I was having sleepless nights so my niece suggested visiting a chiropractor. It was the best decision I made! Everyone at A to Z Chiropractic Clinic are so warm and welcoming and Ammani made me feel comfortable from the very first consultation. Ammani warned me that due to the fact that I have had the problem with my shoulder for such a long period of time, it would take a lot longer for the pain to ease and I would need to have quite a lot of sessions. At this point, I was desperate and was willing to do whatever it took. We were both pleasantly surprised that by the third session my pain had reduced by 80% and now I am completely pain free! I have not had to take a single pain killer during the past several weeks and sleepless nights have become a long distant memory. I have never felt as good as I do in years and the mobility in my arm has improved so much. I am able to do things that had been restricting me previously due to the pain. Thank you so much Ammani! Like I always say- you have magic in your hands and you have definitely worked that magic on my shoulders 😂 Ammani will be my first port of call if I ever need a chiropractor again and I will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is in pain. Zoe was recommended to me by a friend after I was suffering from chronic backache post covid. We spoke over the phone and arranged a consultation where Zoe quickly identified the issues. With two or three sessions the pain had reduced to a manageable level and after a few more sessions I was able to partake in some low level exercise and felt confident in my physical health. The professionalism and knowledge shown by all the staff, front front of house to Zoe herself, was first rate. A few months on and I'm back to running and swimming with confidence thanks to Zoe and her team. I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough.
