Very bad experience, First thing is as soon as you enter, all the receptionist were busy on the phone, it looked like a call center rather than dental practice. Eventually the head receptionist who dealt me had a blunt face, no hello, no hi, not even a smile. Very unprofessional, jut interested in taking your money. Next very little place for seating, only 6 chairs, had to stand till called. Next the dentist is also the same, no smile. Only interested in selling there next treatment, like pay extra for cleaning and filling. Was not happy when i asked what the treatment did the initial £ 23 covered. When we pay we have right to know what we are paying for. Over all, i was unhappy with my visit, just wasted £23 for nothing. Will not recommend anyone to this practice.

So impressed with the professionalism and patient care I received today at the practice. The reception team checked me in as soon as I arrived with smiles and warmth then Dr Faisal and his nurse Maariyah took fabulous care of me in surgery. I left feeling happy and reassured and I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thank you!

Waited for months for the receptionist to call me back. I then booked a new appointment for a check up, scale and polish. Was told £52 for checkup, scale and polish or £80 for a checkup and deep clean. Receptionist was only interested in selling me the £80 version of this. I agreed and was told when I arrived I was only having teeth cleaned (no check up) I'd taken the day off work for this appointment and receptionist expected me to book another day off. I then said I wanted a refund as they'd wasted my time and a day's pay. Unbelievably I was then told I'd be struck off if I didn't keep the appointment even though it was the receptionist fault not mine. I have booked with another dentist who has competent receptionist staff and better treatment. You get the bare minimum here.

Not a very professional practice at all. The receptionists are very unhelpful and keep you waiting for ages to sign you in.They have rang me many times to cancel appointments at the last minute. They hardly ever see you around your appointment time. The dentists are not too bad.

Fantastic practice. All staff are professional, friendly and helpful. I saw dentist Dimitra and her assistant Victoria. I was called into surgery bang on time and everything was explained to me in detail, even my X-rays which was super interesting! Thank you to all ☺️🌟

Had an appointment for a general check up and clean. Cancelled on 2 occasions. They always seem to conveniently cancel an appointment. Same thing happened to my wife and another family member. This time it was paternal duties. I had an appointment last friday which was cancelled. Same thing again this friday. Yet, surely if it was paternity, they would have known last friday not to book patients in for the following week. Also expect a call a few days before the appointment to ask if you are coming in. Appalling service

Had an app with Haleema. Cannot praise her enough! Absolutely fantastic Dentist, so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Not like other dentists at all. She really listened to me and what I wanted, and even though I don't particularly like visiting the dentist, my opinion has completely changed thanks to her. The reception staff are so lovely too. Always so warm and welcoming.

Brilliant practice with friendly and efficient staff. The practice is clean and modern and my dentist, Aaishah, provides a great service every time. Always greets me and my son with a big smile and is very welcoming. All the staff are professional and courteous. After having used a few different dental practices over the years, this has been the best by far.

I recently came into the practice for a checkup and clean with Yasar. Everyone I met were brilliant, they were all really friendly and explained everything to me. I’m normally quite anxious when it comes to visiting the Dentist but they made me feel really at ease and comfortable. I’ve booked back in for some whitening treatment so can’t wait to see the results from that😄. Definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a Dentist!

absolutely disgusting, i had really bad pain in my tooth, they did an x-ray and seen i had an abscess on my wisdom tooth ( which is vitally connected to the heart) and left it for over a month i’ve now got severe tooth ache, ear ache and jaw ache and chest pains, they had me in 3 more times and still did nothing about the abscess, i rang up the doctors to explain and they then told me it’s life threatening and they should not of left it in, and to go to the hospital immediately. they have pretty much risked my life because they can’t be bothered to take out a tooth.

First time at this dentist after it had moved from Langham Road. Absolutely appalled at the attitude of the receptionist. Extremely rude, abrupt and a poor attitude. I was not happy with the reception at all. Not welcoming at all. The dentist was supposed to provide state of the art equipment and an improvement in the services. Unfortunately, they have failed in providing customer care from the front desk. I shall save the embarrassment from naming the individual at the desk, but this needs sorting before the reputation is affected any further! The dental team were however, the opposite! The dentist and the nurse were very welcoming, thorough. I’ve never had such a great dental consultation with things being explained properly and appropriate time and care given to answer my questions!

My first lot of appointments since the start of the pandemic and I have been treated so well. The reception team have been very professional and polite on all three occasions. I was booked in with Mariam who made me feel at ease on all three occasions. She checked my sons teeth who hasn't seen a dentist since he was 2 (due to the pandemic) and she made it fun for him which will help build his trust with a dentist. I feel like I truly got some person centred care and the dental room felt warm and inviting. Mariam and her assistant kept asking if I was OK and came across really reassuring. I lost trust many years ago in dentists now thanks to the team at my dentist I no longer have that fear. So thank you

Incredibly frosty atmosphere when you enter. I went in to register, expecting to be paying privately (I’m a self employed business owner), and was immediately told that they’re not taking on NHS customers. Their staff just presumed I was expecting free treatment, which from what I can gather was from just looking at me as I hadn’t said anything at this point other than ‘can someone help me register’. I know we learn not to judge a book by it’s cover in primary school but perhaps dental receptionists need extra lessons.

I’ve never been here before but I must say I am really impressed with the practice. The service was first class from the reception lady and even better in with the dentist. Will recommend to all my friends. First class!

I had a great experience when I had my check up with Dimitra and her assistant Vicki. I am a nervous patient and was made to feel calm and relaxed and everything was explained to me. The surgery was clean and welcoming and the reception staff were very helpful.

Just recently had whitening done with Fahhr. I can’t say enough good it was! The results were amazing and there was no sensitivity whatsoever! He did an amazing job, was very patient and just a good dentist overall.

My son loves our dentist Aniela. Always nice, warm, very friendly, explaining everything with calm. And all the staff very welcoming and nice. Clean practice. I would recommend it for sure. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

Had an extraction done today 30/11/23. Fayhal was absolutely amazing. Both she and her assistant made me feel at ease. Felt no pain. Also I have to add that my 12 year old son came for a check up 2 weeks previous and again he was made to feel at ease especially with his gag reflex which is quite bad. So thankyou and I'm looking forward to future procedures 💯👌

After spending what felt like years to find a dentist I was finally seen by the the Blackburn surgery, I was apprehensive after not seeing a dentist for a few years now and from the moment I went through the door I was blown away with how well I was treated, I’m quite an anxious person but the whole experience didn’t phase me. From the lovely reception team to the nurse who guided me to the dentist every part was amazing, Thank you for this and I now feel confident keeping up with my regular appointments, I cannot recommend you enough! Exceptionally clean and professional team

So pleased with my visit to mydentist ! I was greeted with smiles and the reception desk was so lovely .My dentist was very professional and made sure to update me with all the information I needed. He made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I will definitely be coming here in the future .

Registered with this dentist before Christmas and made initial check up appointment for 11th January. Before Christmas I had extremely bad toothache and was told any problems ring up and we will get you in, so I did and they made me appointment earlier for today 03/01/2024 knowing I needed tooth extraction as I had already seen another dentist. Arrived for appointment everyone on phones and not acknowledged at all, eventually I was checked in and I asked again will they do treatment today to which I was told yes and I must pay £25 now and additional treatment cost after. The dentist saw me did check up fine, was then sent for X-ray but after waiting told machine not working. Went back in to dentist to be told yes the tooth needs to come out but go reception and make another appointment 🤦. Then told earliest appointment 22nd of January, what a joke. Not a good first impression

My dentist Aaishah deserves more than five stars, she made me feel at ease whilst completing my treatment she informed me regarding the procedure. I hate fillings and injections therefore avoided the dentist for many years but her professional kind and caring manner assured me and made me comfortable. Even the way she injected me making sure I was comfortable with gentle and caring approach has made me want to visit the dentist again without feeling any anxiety. She ensured deep cleaning and scaling that I can say been the best ever from any other dentist visits so far. Very informative will book sooner next time thanks to Aaishah

Waste of time. The dentist can't hardly speak English nor can I understand him. He doesn't check my teeth properly you pay nearly £26 for less than 5 minute check up. When you query you get told nothing. Absolute joke it is. No wonder the dentistry in England is so bad compared. T other countries and England charges so much.

Great dentist. Got notified of a cancellation. Got in slightly before my appointment time. Excellent dentist(Yas) and assistant. Very quick and efficient. Sorted the filling out quickly. Can definitely recommend.

My dentist Aishah was fab! Having not been to the dentist regularly over the years, i was especially nervous and scared to get multiple fillings - She put me at ease and made me feel as comfortable as she could, reassuring me and being as gentle as she possibly could through the process. The worst dentist I have ever dealt with. Twice the appointment has been cancelled after several calls of changing times and confirming the appointment. The most shocking reasons for cancellations on the day and the day before. How is such an organisation operating. Would never recommend dealings with this dentist firm, shocking.

Made an emergency appointment around a week ago and needed an extraction, was a bit nervous as I have a phobia of dentist, saw Edward and he was superb, made me feel at ease and relaxed, tooth was extracted with no pain and was over quickly, fantastic service from Edward and would recommend this dentist.

Missed a few check-ups due to personal circumstances so had not been to the new Railway Rd practice. I rang up with an issue and luckily I was still on the system so had an appointment booked within the week. The practice is very spacious and the receptionist team are lovely and very welcoming. I saw Dr Hassan and he was amazing, I think he knew I was nervous and provided me with reassurance. Turns out I needed a root canal so booked again within the week to see Dr Hassan and the whole procedure went so smoothly, I felt very reassured under his care and advice. I also like the fact that the practice rings you a few days before your appointment to confirm that you are still happy with it, this is very efficient. My child had an appointment today. The receptionist are lovely as always. But the dentist Yasar Mansour,he approached my child in a very loud and rude manner. Instead of giving any reassurance he kept saying what! What is it! . That was Very unprofessional. This is not the way how you treat your patient. I told him he was harsh.. He said apologies . It is shocking !.he could have dealt with it in a polite manner in the first place. So I refuse my child to be seen by him in future. As I was leaving I reported him at the reception, also told them I don't want my child to be seen by him again.

I visited the hygienist (Enere) and the nurse (Vicky) for the first time today, they were both very nice and polite and I’m happy with the teeth cleaning. Also the receptionist (Chloe) who booked this appointment for me was very friendly, informative and professional. Overall, I had a very good experience with this dental practice.

Been to the practice today after being referred from my practice. The receptionist were super friendly on arrival. I had a CBCT scan done and the treatment coordinator were really helpful and friendly. The nurse who assisted me was professional and kind and put me at ease. 5 star service from a 5 star team.
