The first time I went to YB I was blown away by Yasmin’s techniques! I’ve been to Bowen before, but she does it differently, and her knowledge and expertise makes me feel very confident. I have a lot less pain now. She taught me how to correct my postures and how to walk, sit down, and bend down. I’m so grateful to have found Yasmin. I always look forward to our next session. I went to Yasmin (finally) after being nagged at to go for the best part of a year for ongoing back issues. My back wasn’t in the best condition - misaligned and painful to name a few but I carried on as I’ve had various treatments before including visiting the chiropractor regularly and having physio. I finally made the appointment and it was the best thing I did. Over the two sessions Yasmin worked on realigning my back and helping the pain I’ve had in my neck and shoulders for AGES. I ached for a couple of days after the therapy, but I have been having the best sleep and can stand straight without falling over. There is no pressure from Yasmin to book subsequent sessions and her friendly down to earth nature means she is an all round therapist. Thank you Yasmin.

Fantastic Treatment by Yasmin, I had significant improvement to both my ankle and upper back after just one session of the Bowen treatment! Amazing Is the only word that comes to mind. I went to YB with an ongoing back issue that flared up every few months. From the first consultation the therapist knew exactly what was wrong with my back and what I had to do to make it proper again. Within a few visits my back has been amazing and with the help of the stretches and exercises I was advised to do my backs been pain free for over a year! I can’t recommend YB Therapy enough. I was involved in a minor car accident and was left with a sore neck, tension in my shoulders and an unpleasant sense of shock. The Bowen treatment with Yasmin was a deeply relaxing and enjoyable experience. The pain dissolved from around my neck, my shoulders are more relaxed and with a greater freedom of movement and the feeling of shock has gone. My dad was in agony with his toe pain, doctors told him he most likely had bone infection, he had to rush into a+e over the weekend as his toes started to turn black on pain was unbearable. They sent him home, after referring him to specialist. I had contacted YB and yasmin treated my dad with some bowen within a couple of days his toe pain was better and his colour was back to normal. I found this Wonderful lady by chance after reading a review. And as my husband has had severe neck pain for nearly 7 months and after numerous tests and medication we thought we would give the Bowen therapy a try. And wow, what can I say!! After just 1 session the pain is no where near what it has been for all these months and he finally managed to get an unbroken nights sleep. Yasmin explained everything that she would do throughout the session. I was very reluctant initially about how this therapy could help me as i have been suffering from years of lower back pain. I can honestly say after the first session i noticed a change. Yasmin is very clued up , she did a full assesment on me and it wasnt just about getting rid of the pain but finding the cause and then putting a plan to remediate it. YB therapy is professional, a safe and calming environment that puts people at ease from the onset. The level of care and concern provided to clients is comforting. Honestly, I feel like a new person and will definitely be going back to YB therapy in the future. I highly recommend for post pregnancy symptoms, existing muscle injuries that still cause problems, lymphatic drainage and overall stress release, this is what areas I addressed in my session.
