I was super impressed with the customer service and also the ways they keep there vegan range separate from the other range. And look how good the food looks. Can't wait to eat it all.

First time ordering here and it will be my last. Ordered a cookie dough, waffle and milkshake. We ordered a cookie dough with strawberries on. It had 6 small pieces of strawberries thats it!! The waffle i ordered had Ferrero rocher (which i paid extra for) came with 1 Ferrero. That is pathetic. The milkshake had no flavour. Avoid this place at all costs. I have attached pictures. I tried calling but there was no answer. And when something is not upto scratch or disappointing people will leave 1 star reviews. Your staff need a lot more training

It wasn't terrible but wasn't great either. The ferroro milkshake tasted good. The Daim one was just too plain and the texture was too thin. I prefer milkshakes like McDonald's thick and extra chilled. Didn't enjoy the Daim milkshake. The Red Velvet cake tasted better than the Ferrero Roche cake. Good portion size too. My issue with the Ferrero cake was that the taste wasn't there... the custard was just way too thin and watery.... by the time I came to eat it it was like sludge in a box.... There was also a white thin foamy film on the top which I'm assuming was just melted cream but that didn't look too appealing. Delivery seemed to take ages, so it was ok we weren't in a rush... Needs to improve more for the prices charged in my view.

Amazing customer service, kids loved the waffles. The fruit salad flavour and the irn bru flavour ice cream amazing.

Has become my regular go to for desserts Waffles are always fresh and tasty Berry fruits sundae absolutely fantastic Nice clean shop and excellent staff willing to go the extra mile to make sure u enjoy your desserts 🧁

Just ordered a mixture of waffles, cakes and different flavoured ice creams.. can't fault any of the items we received. Everything was amazing. The owner even gave us a free selection of warm doughnuts and and even more ice creams for free. Great service and price.. would highly recommend these!

Visited a few days ago. Great selection of shakes! Served promptly! Staff were quick and polite. Ordered 4 milkshakes and ready in 10minutes. Best place for a quick dessert in Blackburn. Look forward to next time.

Cannot fault this place through the experience I have had, fresh warm waffles with flavoursome milkshakes were spot on, also a 5 star hygiene rating certificate is rare within the dessert parlours across Blackburn and that fills me with confidence that the place is treated with a sense of pride and my food is prepared in a clean environment. Keep up the good work !

Ordered 2 cookie dough and 2 milkshakes and within 15 minutes we had our order freshly made. Absolutely delicious and have ordered from here 3 times previously. Would absolutely recommend ordering from Sugamore as food is so good and generous portions too.

Amazing place. Milkshakes and ice cream were awesome. Never had nachos and cheese anything like there's before and the guys working there were top guys. highly recommended!!

I ordered the heavenly crush cookie dough's and they are so delicious!! I would definitely recommend them, portions are so generous and the customer service was also great 👍🏻 I will be ordering again.

The best place to get doughnuts in the whole of Blackburn! Very good service, nice staff and amazing food, they always make it fresh and I even got a free ice cream. DEFINITELY VISIT

First time coming in very welcoming and chatty and even give me a free serving of nachos whilst we were waiting. Would definitely come again
