Food
was
mostly
fine,
chips
a
bit
sorry
looking
and
greasy,
chicken
strips
were
nice
and
crispy
and
still
reasonably
hot
after
short
drive
back
to
work.
The
2*
is
for
I'm
sorry
to
say
the
young
lady
serving
at
the
hatch.
I
appreciate
she
was
busy,
taking
drive
through
orders
whilst
taking
payments
and
handing
over
the
orders
however,
I
handed
over
the
cash
for
my
order,
the
server
offered
up
the
receipt
and
a
£5
note,
as
it
was
windy
I
took
them,
as
she
offered
them,
with
my
finger
and
thumb.
As
I
she
released
them
the
change
dropped
to
the
floor,
this
was
were
her
customer
service
let
you
and
herself
down.
No
apology,
she
actually
shrugged
her
shoulders
and
may
have
even
drilled
her
eyes
at
me,
before
I
had
chance
to
even
speak
she
had
turned
away
and
the
sliding
window
closed.
IA
moment
or
two
passed
she
returned
with
my
drink,
then
passed
the
food.
Before
the
window
closed
I
expressed
excuse
me,
can
we
do
something
about
the
change
?
I
said
I
would
pull
forward
if
can
stop
the
car
behind
from
moving
I'll
get
my
change.
So
I
did,
she
did,
and
there
was
the
change,
well
some
anyway,
there
should
have
been
£6.52
-
I
had
the
£5,
there
was
two
50p
and
a
2p.
Erm
there's
no
more
change
her,
this
bit
really
got
me
a
bit
concerned,
the
young
lady
actually
said
"oh,
I
think
I
forgot
to
give
you
the
other
50
pence"
sorry
to
say
or
even
think
this
but,
I
didn't
believe
her.
I
think
this
was
done
maliciously
for
her
own
personal
gain
and
should
be
brought
up
and
questioned
about
it.
At
no
time
did
she
apologise
or
offer
assistance
which
coming
from
a
customer
service
background
I
thought
was
very
disappointing.
