Following the purchase of a freal (tm) milky shake from the euro garage (banging btw) I wandered over for a kfc as I was feeling cheeky. Upon the purchase of a boneless bucket offer I upgraded and also purchased 2x regular sized fries and 1x large gravy, huge mistake, all for £10 (great deal). HOWEVER, when greeted with my order I had received succulent chicken, standard fries and some VERY WET AND WATERY THIN gravy. This was distressing to me so I consulted the lady at the desk to hopefully receive a replacement and a passable new gravy. Instead she simply replied “that’s how it comes.” THATS HOW IT COMES???!!! Is it??? I’ve been to kfc many a time and have never received such a subpar WET container of gravy. I left disappointed sad and hydrated from the WATER. If I wanted a beverage I would’ve ordered a tango orange. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Bland bland bland! Apart from the gravy which was really tasty (I assume made off premise and just warmed up here), or maybe because I came in just after 12 it was "fresh". That may also explain the good service I got as it was quite quiet at the time. The chicken looked but lacked any taste, the wings especially was disappointing. Chips could have done with being in fryer a bit longer and again was bland. Atmosphere is nice as is the new building. The rest room is mixed gender entrance as well. 2nd review: I needed fuel so thought would give it another try and get a takeaway. What a disaster! First off I ordered on self serving machine, got no receipt luckily I remembered my order number. I went and told the person behind the counter but could hear someone say it's not been giving receipts (but could see they weren't doing anything to fix the issue) anyway I went and fuelled up a full tank of fuel and even went to the gents before going back and it still wasn't ready. Then when it was finally ready I noticed my Krushems was missing so she made it quickly. Got home ....and my son's chicken nuggets and chips nowhere to be found. Instead there was daredevil bites! Completely unsuitable for him as he's only 3 years old. Food was average, Krushems was terrible!

Last night went to KFC Whitebirk at 2230hrs, while ordering I made it.clear that only give food if it has just recently prepared and the guy said yes it is. Worst thing was the girl was bringing the order immediately, but the person who took order stopped her so that we think that they are preparing it. However food was cold and the chicken was rubbery. Wont go there that late again and the management should look into these practices.

Worse KFC I’ve ever eaten. Chicken was dry as anything I had to have a sip of my drink after every bite. Not to mention 2 out of 3 of the pieces were tiny. The hot wings were that spicy neither of the three of us could eat them. I never leave bad reviews, but this is the second time I’ve been to this one now and it’s gotten worse. Absolute waste of money.

Less than average food, but 2 dips were missing, my 8 year old’s buffalo chicken wrap was SPLIT IN HALF, unwrapped and only had a small piece of chicken inside. The worker was plain and had a rude tone, quite honestly appalled😡😠. One of the worst experiences in my fast food encounters. My 4 year old son was so brave and managed to go to the worker and read an essay on why they should be sacked. Makes me so proud☺️😚

Ordered lunch at work and spent £70 on one occasion and £40 the second time, last week. And on many other occasions. The first time round we all ordered meals, main, drink, fries and a side. Half the Fries and Sides and bits of the mains were missing. When I rang up they couldn't care less and tried to blame us for not ordering properly, funny we had never had problems placing the order before. They would not refund or deliver/replace the missing items. 2nd time round, they missed a whole meal out and again refused point blank to deliver the meal or refund or deduct the cost from our next order. The staff are so rude and arrogant when you ring up. Absolutely appalling Customer Service, or rather non existent. I guess I should speak to the organ grinder not the monkey instead.

This is a great kfc probably the best we have visited nice and clean .through out even the car park no over flowing bins .staff very friendly and helpful too .other kfc should take a look at this branch .maybe they could improve there stores

Food was mostly fine, chips a bit sorry looking and greasy, chicken strips were nice and crispy and still reasonably hot after short drive back to work. The 2* is for I'm sorry to say the young lady serving at the hatch. I appreciate she was busy, taking drive through orders whilst taking payments and handing over the orders however, I handed over the cash for my order, the server offered up the receipt and a £5 note, as it was windy I took them, as she offered them, with my finger and thumb. As I she released them the change dropped to the floor, this was were her customer service let you and herself down. No apology, she actually shrugged her shoulders and may have even drilled her eyes at me, before I had chance to even speak she had turned away and the sliding window closed. IA moment or two passed she returned with my drink, then passed the food. Before the window closed I expressed excuse me, can we do something about the change ? I said I would pull forward if can stop the car behind from moving I'll get my change. So I did, she did, and there was the change, well some anyway, there should have been £6.52 - I had the £5, there was two 50p and a 2p. Erm there's no more change her, this bit really got me a bit concerned, the young lady actually said "oh, I think I forgot to give you the other 50 pence" sorry to say or even think this but, I didn't believe her. I think this was done maliciously for her own personal gain and should be brought up and questioned about it. At no time did she apologise or offer assistance which coming from a customer service background I thought was very disappointing.

Fast drive through. No waiting always nice and empty. Food hot and don't seem to forget half your order like other kfcs

Requested table service because I couldn't leave table because my baby was in highchair and is always trying to escape. When our order was ready, they shouted it and I was waving at them. They saw me and saw I had a child with me yet made me get up with her to get the food. I then told them I requested table service and the lady said 's**t sorry'. They weren't even busy, literally 3 other tables

Waited over an hour in the drive-thru tonight. Poor management/Poor staffing and poor communication. Management should have taken steps to communicate the delays to customers' or closed the drive thru.

Disgusting place. Hardly anyone in and there was food all over the floor, six tables that hadn't been cleared, overflowing bins. One family allowing their kid who looked about 15 to kick a ball around inside, staff never said anything. One member of staff far more interested in flirting with a male customer than actually serving people. Wouldn't eat here again if I was dying of starvation.

The food here is less than amazing. The gravy is watery, the chips are always soggy, the staff is rude. One young lady in particular, has the attitude of a hollywood A lister and threw my sauces on to my plate as if I was a homeless person after I spent £15 for a meal for one. Management needs to do something as this has not been my experience in other KFC's and this is the closest halal KFC near me. Explains the lower ratings.

Very nice service from a nice charming helpful mind lady. She helped me what I wanted from the menu. The service was good Wow.. In few seconds my order was hot and ready! Despite they were so busy with drive thru orders. 3 of the 4 hand wash dispenser in the all gender single area was empty. Both have dryers working. But was very very clean and no bad smell. Very nice ambience to sit in the dining area and good privacy with wall planks between each area against the wall. Background soft music in the background. Very clean place to relax . Family friendly. Plenty of parking space. I got " mighty for one".£8.79 Get 2 large fresh cut chips . They were amazing. Get 2 proper large very tasty chicken pieces. Mind you one was to much bone. Boohoo The 2 chicken strips were great in taste but like the chicken pieces oily to Bristol city center KFC I tried 18 months ago. The chicken wings coating is very beer different to KFC in Bristol( last time I tried KFC 18 months ago). Unsure if changed the receipt since it different here. It was more spicy and very thick coating. I like it. But the wings I think we're smaller to Bristol KFC. I definitely would love to find to this KFC again and try a different bucket assortment next time. But the large roundabout is for me difficult to be in the right lane to get off, ended up twice times around it before I was in the right roundabout lane! Lol. Totally recommend this place. I'm told open 10am to 10.30 pm eat in and drive thru is till 11pm.

Happily suprised about this KFC. The place was clean, the food was hot & delish! We was served fast & the place was pretty busy! Realllllly Nice!!

If I could give this 0 I would! But I can't because lowest it can go is 1. Today I have come through the drive thru absolutely rubbish service I can understand it can get busy and some interruptions within the kitchen as I have worked in fast food places. Got to the last window no apologies for the 15 minute wait in the que my chips are missing food is absolutely cold no spoon given for my mash like seriously! I don't think I will be coming back anytime soon. If you don't want to work then leave the job but if you are working behind the counter be people friendly!

I made an order on drive through, the person behind the window said that there is going to be a delay for 4 minutes as the chicken zinger burger are not ready yet, which made me happy as I'm going to go home with fresh zinger burger, after 2 minutes the same person passed me the food and said its nice and fresh. The bag was used before as I could tell it wasn't new bag, when I got home I did not surprise when I opened the bag there was cold zinger burger and chicken Strips we had to through them away. Sunday 24.09.23 9.14 pm. I wasted £26.96 and very disappointed.

I used to like this kfc and visit often but more than a few times recently this kfc has given me and my family a bad stomach. I truly believe they are not doing something right maybe treatment of the chicken before cooking. It's a shame because my daughter and I used to really like it.

Ordered 3 teriyaki chicken burgers in amongst £100 worth of orders, not one had the tyriaki sauce on. Didn't really give a hoot when we complained. Grumpy staff too. Disappointing.

So we tried first time this place.i don't know why but it's not really worth going to this place As we order 2 box meals and which includes 2 wings with each meal. The wings was overcooked no taste.fries are great and drinks are cold enough but burger 🍔 and wings put me down.half side of burger was hard and very small.never going again to this place in my life again.

Lunch at KFC post all the Christmas shopping and every time I come here be it drive through or inside. Not sure what to say but the staff don’t understand anything. Orders get extra added on or they don’t give you what you want. The place needed cleaning for this reason I intentionally purpose didn’t use the self serve as it was dirty.. needed a clean. Dirty tables, doors for the Uber guys.

Has to the worst KFC I've ever been to. the last 2 times I've used the drive through I've come away with more than 1 missing item (Chicken Burger and Missing fries) straws, servietts and no sauces after specifically asking if there where in the bag. The food was really dry like it had been left in the warmer for hours and its impossible to make a complaint as they just don't answer the phone.

Staff don’t have a clue what they are doing, mopped the floor then packed my Oder, came home and the Oder was completely wrong, and I also got overcharged. Second time now what a bunch of let downs. Will be travelling to Preston branch in future well worth the drive

First time I've had KFC (as it was halal). Pleasantly surprised on how good it was, especially the zinger wings, had a nice bit of a kick to them. I actually wanted to go for the popcorn chicken bucket, but didn't have any on the day 😭 Also the drive thru was very busy (this was on a Saturday night). Was in the queue for nearly 20 mins 😐

The drive through wait keeps getting longer and longer, was 20 minutes on a Thursday!!! I dont mind the wait if the food was right! 3rd time in under 6 weeks got my order wrong. Have been trying to call for 45 minutes, nobody is answering. Very Disappointing!!

People were leaving the tables as absolute pigsties, but the staff were swift like circling kestrels to clean up the moment the swine kingdom left. Food was ready in the time it took me to decide where to sit, so fast I though I misheard the number. Cherry on top was coffee that was perfect and not burnt to all hell like most coffee shops seem to treat their beans.

First and last time ordering from here. Ordered on Uber Eats. The order value was £45 so when you’re spending that amount you expect your order to be correct. The 6 piece Family Feast came minus the fries. Phoned KFC to inform them and asked them to send the 4 lots of missing fries, to which we were told “they would look into it and get back to us”. 15 minutes later we still hadn’t heard anything back so phoned again, and was told “my colleague said they definitely put the fries in, so it must have been the delivery driver who took them”. The bags came fully sealed so it wasn’t the delivery guy at all! Just trying to pass the blame because they’re clearly incompetent. The chicken had a bit of an odd taste to it too. Avoid!!!

The person who took order was efficient by having all condiments, straw and napkins within my meal box. This is a first that I've seen this. So well done to her. Food was hot and tasty

They looked extremely busy when I went in, I assume for delivery/drive thru orders, as there were only 3 people waiting in the shop. But I was served promptly & my food was served in about a minute. 3 of the 4 pieces of chicken I had were fresh & piping hot, one piece was overcooked and luke warm at best. I assume as they were busy they had fresh chicken cooked and I unfortunately got an old piece too. 1 out of 4 isn't bad though. The chips were warm but soggy, although I did see about 30 lots made up and bagged already, so I assume they had been sat for a little while. Not the best KFC I've ever had, not the worst. Service was good though, which isn't to be said at lots of fast food places, so kudos to the team.

I had a Twister box meal, the mini fillet and gravy were good, chips were okay, needed salt, Twister wasn’t well made and was over cooked. Person taking the order talked very fast and talked over me.

Friendly staff, hot fresh food. Only let down by the small number of large family tables. On the day we came a couple had chosen the table for 6 and I had to spread my family across two tables.

Paid £24 for the food in the drive through, got home to find they had not put the popcorn chicken in the bag, chips still tasted like potatoes and had the same texture and the chicken had no crispness to it at all, 2 pieces of chicken had gone for a walk never to be seen again and the gravy was watered down. Will not be using this place again.

Excellent for dine in or drive thru. Kids look forward to going there. Especially like, because it's halal thus allowing me to be a customer there.

1000 times better than the kfc at guide Blackburn this kfc actually get the order right it's hot and the staff are not rude! Definitely worth the extra 10 minutes down the m65

Food is usual KFC but the service is shocking when using the drive through, not sure what the issue is but they simply cannot get an order right. Don't bother asking for "no mayo" on a burger because you're getting it anyway and I'm not entirely sure why they ask what sides you want with your meal when they don't even give them to you. There is an abundance of other takeaways in Blackburn so my advice would be to go to one of those instead of gambling on whatever the staff decide to give you regardless of your order.
