This place is excellent. Ordered a breakfast bun and a breakfast tray. Polite customer service over the phone. Food was ready on time and tasted fantastic. The tea was absolutely brilliant! Would certainly recommend.

Hands down the best desi tea and breakfast bun I've had in Blackburn. Lady is polite, welcoming and customer service is second to none.

Went to check this new cafe out and i loved the food and the karak chai. Staff were very welcoming and friendly too.

Mine and my husbands favourite place to have our breaky/lunch. We've tried many places in blackburn & Chai Lounge Cafe beats them all. Tasty, delicious home cooked food, reasonable prices. Happy to support this local business.

my first time visit in a sunday morning. came across male staff not very good english communication. anyhow gave my order in. waiting time wasn’t so bad. Had english breaky and chicken and cheese toastie, food was nice with karak chai mint. maybe if this small business had some kind of nasheeds playing in the background. wouldn’t make sitting there feel awkward and hearing others customers convo’s.besides that it’s ok i guess.

I don't write a review for anyone but I just had to for chai lounge, best breakfast buns and tea, tea is not over done like some places. Good size aswell

This place is definitely the one! The breakfast bun is my fave (definitely have with their homemade sauce) alongisde the nutella wrap :) excellent customer service always with a smile and someone will always recommend things!

Excellent customer service from the lady on till very welcoming and they do interact with you which is nice. Shop very clean and food well what can I say I got the desi breakfast which comes with paratha,daal and desi egg plus karak tea well worth it for the price and the drive as am from preston.No pics as I was eager to dig in.Keep it up guys been many times before and the quality and standards of food still the same 10/10 for every thing..

Peri peri chicken panini was a 5/5! The flavours were delicious. Loved the nimbu pani - tasted fresh & refreshing. 100% recommend this chai lounge! The interior and customer service are one of a kind. May Allah put blessings on thid business. ❤️

Absolutely loved the food. We came from Birmingham and considering there are alot of chaii places here. The food was delicious I ordered desi breakfast with Aloo Paratha. It tasted amazing my husband even tried to take mine!!
