I'm sorry only that I can't give 0 stars. Doctor Vij the "lady" is very rude and racist. The other doctors are overall nice, but she is extremely racist. She kept telling me to go back in my country without any reason. And I'm not the only one who has complaints about her behaviour not fit for a real doctor. Appointments are out of question. They never have available appointments and reception staff was extremely rude when I asked to be seen by any other doctor except Mrs Vij. Definitely changing my GP.

Dr Vij you're very unprofessional with your patients. You made me feel very uncomfortable when talking about sensitive issues. When explaining the reasons to why we have come to see you unfortunately you do not want to hear any of it, you seem to think the patient is rude. Your approach is discusting and you're not fit to be a doctor with your attitude. However I do think you're in the wrong profession. Your attitude says it all. Really wish there was a closer surgery elsewhere. I must say all other doctors and nurses are lovely including the receptionists, very helpful.

Very rude staff, they just want to get rid of you. I was late 10 minutes because the address is wrong on Google Map and I kindly asked them to fix this, but their reply was very inappropriate and rude.

Receptionists are rude, and lack compassion. Managers are highly incompetent, and dodge all of their managerial duties. The only few good doctors are always busy, but to get to them anyway, you have to go through the receptionists who never answer the phone.

Mrs viz very have unprofessional behaviour to listen patients problem. They're not willing to listen if you explain she just try to confuse you and leaving you with no treatment. I'm struggling for my shot it's been more then 18 months now I'm having more and more issue with my health and they still not treating it. I've been told that by nurse they closed that issue about my shoulder like really...!

Last time I gave it a 1 star. Doing another review after a while and no improvement. In fact its gone worse! Tried booking an appointment as they are so hard to book these days. Called in when they are supposed to be open. Then after a long voice message, I get told they are closed! Pathetic! Something should be done about all the rubbish gp surgeries. They are running on our money!

I think Dr vij should be ashamed of his self, renting out a property that's full of mold making my neices, nephews and most of all my mom health conditions worse he kicked them out cause of the repairs and now he letting them out again with no repairs being done calls his self a Dr knowing the health he causing people, by sounds of it he not good at being a Dr neither both Dr rij and his wife should be very ashamed of there self's 😡😡😡

Im sorry to say this, but Mrs Vij is very unrespectable , very rude, doesn't let you speak at all and thinks that she's always right. I think this behaviour is unacceptable because she accuses people of things that she does.

Very poor customer service bad attitudes at reception even certain doctors have no manners or time to listen to your health problems properly. The appointment policy they have is the poorest ive seen. Why do i have to wait so long for appointments. They need a governing body to punish them and get them into shape

Absolutely vile man very rude and very disrespectful shouldn’t be allowed to be a doctor or a landlord he’s terrible at both

Ridiculous, when you try and phone for an appointment they NEVER answer whether that’s from 8:30am when they OPEN till whatever time apparently all the appointments disappear even if you call at 8:30am, then when you turn up for your appointment you have to wait a good half hour to be accepted even though you were GIVEN an actual TIME appointment, receptionists never answer the phones, but when you actually walk in to the actual surgery to try and get to your appointment they’re all on phones? Honestly worst surgery I’ve ever been registered to, I can’t wait to switch.

very poor service. takes over a week to get appointments. the reception staff are rude. the dr doesn’t care about your condition and is never willing to listen

Such a horrible GP practice lady called Farzana she was stuck up I was crying in pain and she didn’t even care just kept repeating medication I’m on. I’m so put off everytime she calls her attitude stinks. What’s the point being clinician if you don’t even care, robotic tone . Really horrible experience.

Difficult to get an appointment as phone lines can be busy most of the time or you get cut off whilst on hold. Most of the doctors are understanding & helpful. Sarah the reception girl is so sweet, polite & attentive. Most of the other staff are unfriendly. Been coming here for over 25+ years and there’s been a lot of new doctors as well as staff are also always changing. The only downfall is the rude patients with their phones blaring out loudly!

Absolute joke is this surgery, doctors are so rude and no one pick up the phone.
