Second time ordering today, very disappointed. I ordered the “sticky rice bowl” with Korean chicken. £9 for 3 slithers of chicken & rice! Ordered the "coconut laksa ramen" the first time round and it was very bland but tried again. Terrible value for money, much rather spend the money on fuel and drive to Manchester.

If i could give 0 i would! Ive been looking forward to visiting here and sloothing their instagram to be extremely disappointed. We ordered on foodie friday (on their website) so i could avoid the lines. I ordered at 6:30 to collect at 7:10, once i got there i discovered none of my food had been prepared and instead newer orders were being completed. I eventually got my food at 7:40 and was still excited to eat. Only to discover that one of the meals were missing half of the ingredients and the ‘korean bbq chicken’ was spicier than siracha, i returned to say i haven't got what i ordered only to be rudely spoken to by a lady who said ‘that menu isn't running tonight, where did you order it from’ when i said their website she just looked at me. I said that i should have got what i ordered or at least be told it wasnt available, instead because it was a takeaway i think she presumed id discover the issue once home. I asked for a refund.. no receipt was given and i was just told to trust them it would be refunded in 5 days. I guess we will see

Paying £15 a head you expect better than the tex mex equivalent of Japanese food. Even the kimchi looked like a dry mess from a tube.

I ordered the sticky rice bowl - 3 small slices of plain chicken for £9.50 is outrageous, could've at least filled it up with more rice. The salt and pepper roast potatoes were cheap, poor in flavour and potion size to say the least. Wouldn’t not recommend or order again.

Not the best and extremely over priced, first time ordering I had the salt and pepper roast potatoes and the chicken crispy strips and the little mandarin sushi, sushi was nice but the roast potatoes were basically aunt bessie packet potatoes which were bland with no seasoning on at all and half a tub of peppers, the crispy chicken was dry and drowned in sauce, second time ordering I got the sushi again (had barely any meat in it and absolutely no sauce on this time :/ ) and the mixed greens which was basically two pieces of pak Choi and loads of edamame beans (not broccoli like advertised) which were laced in salt and pepper seasoning I couldn’t even eat it, I also got the churros which were nice but they forgot to put the chocolate sauce in so ruined it! Defo won’t be ordering again as it’s a massive waste of money!

Sushi is great, however the big bowls are not twice had them and they have not been very tasty. A bit overpriced but great for a treat

Really bland food and it's quite pricey too. I don't mind paying more for good food but honestly I couldn't even taste it. Hardly any seasoning, bit disappointed really.

The Katsu Chicken Curry and the Halloumi with honey are delicious.

Bit pricey, don't get much for the £10 bowls, would only get it as a one off, unless it was a bit cheaper. Tasty though.
