It's good building with neat environment for those who can afford to stay there. I don't know either is an Hotel or apartments

It's a nice place just that the roads need a touch up

Oak hills is a cool place their environment always cleaning and all the rooms cool and comfortable.

Living room is spacious enough, and the layout of most of the apartments are pretty cool. I love that it is right by a tarred road, with parking space both outside and inside. Security guards are helpful, and there’s a small convenience shop & a barber shop on the ground floor. It is usually quiet, with most tenants minding their business. The only major issue with this development is poor management/maintenance.

Located in Tantra Hills Achimota, this is the only service apartment still within reach, others are over priced and under maintained For two years I have been renting here and I keep going back
