The place looks good and the environment is nice. Moderate prices. They used to have a restaurant but now due to some circumstances they are restructuring. I can't say much about the place because everything seem okay for me. @obein would go back to verify his initial observations. The place actually exists (as of the time I visited there).

This is a nice well maintained small guesthouse with friendly staff , good service, and a reasonable price setting in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Taxis are around and provide you transport to Accra city for 60 Ghc. Sometimes it takes 30 min, but it can also reach to 90 mim. It is option worth in case you are flexible.

I don't think this Guesthouse exist. Or probably the locati8n on Google Maps is wrong. Couldn't locate it with Google Maps and I searched for it in the whole area. Couldn't find it. I asked around the whole area and nobody seemed to know about it. Saw a signboard with the name of the Guesthouse without any arrow of the board to show the direction
