Since
it
recently
opened,
we
have
visited
it
for
both
lunch
and
dinner.
The
menu
varies
frequently
also
based
on
the
availability
of
raw
materials
but
we
have
always
found
some
traditional
dishes
available
(gricia,
carbonara
etc.),
even
if,
once
inside,
the
temptation
to
try
the
chef's
fish
cuisine
easily
prevails,
whose
uncommon
formation
is
immediately
evident.
The
first
time
we
tried
their
raw,
very
fresh
and
immediately
found
the
taste
matching
with
the
wines
on
the
list,
which
offer
an
excellent
choice,
among
other
things
not
obvious
but
with
carefully
selected
products.
Among
other
things,
the
attention
in
the
dining
room
is
also
of
a
high
standard
and
the
service
is
never
distracted,
all
with
an
excellent
quality/price
ratio.
