Small place, but young and very friendly staff. The only place where even if you go via smartbox they don't treat you like a plague victim but with respect like other paying customers. And it is the only one that offers three rich packages. Highly recommended. I felt pampered. Thank you

The girls were very nice and friendly but the actual manicure and pedicure was not great. Some nails slightly uneven. Was harsh with skin around nails and left some cuts that hurt and were bloody afterwards.

This morning my daughter and I took advantage of a gift box in this beauty center. We chose this center trusting our intuition and I must say that we made an excellent choice... The place is harmonious and welcoming, the staff are kind and the owner Monica offers and advises without being intrusive. I chose to do manicures and pedicures plus semi-permanent nail polish. My feet are reborn and my hands are now presentable. My daughter chose Facial Cleansing and Relaxing Massage and she was satisfied too. Definitely worth coming back given the professionalism. Terrible experience and terrible service. If I could I would give even fewer stars. I was given a smartbox that I thought I would use in this center but every time I call there are some problems. I've been trying to make an appointment for over a year. The various excuses in recent years have been: lack of staff therefore unable to carry out treatments for couples, full availability and problems with the smartbox application. Once they even replied that they couldn't keep up with the treatments offered by the smartbox all day. Last week they told us that the application was being updated so we should call back this week and it would surely be resolved, I called a little while ago and they reported the same problem. But it is clear that it is an excuse also considering the girl's answers on the phone. I am pleased to note that besides mine there are other negative reviews for the same problem, I will take action by writing directly to the smartbox application. In response to your comment under my review: I have tried to book with you several times because you actually offer a better service than the others. But evidently you don't respect your proposals since there are always problems booking. I have given you several options by calling several times, yet there are always different excuses. If it had only happened once I wouldn't have written a review like this. In my opinion more than justifiable given that the reviews are not only based on the quality of the treatment but also on the service that the center offers to the customer. Not having had the chance to try the treatment I certainly can't talk about that. If I, the customer, is offered a package and the beauty center does not respect it, it is certainly not the customer's problem and I repeat, if it had happened once or twice I would obviously have overlooked it. But besides having happened several times, no attempt was even made to find a solution, in fact the responses from the staff were not so kind. I give an example in the comment above. That said, if you don't have the ability to manage the smartbox offers well because in your opinion you are a small center and you are not obliged to take all the bookings, perhaps it is not right to offer this service to customers. I knew the center because I used to do semi-permanent treatments there which was always impeccable in every aspect, a few days ago I also had a massage called Pinta Sveda where for 90 minutes I was literally in heaven. 2 operators together who massage you at the same time and finally a massage with hot spice bags that they prepare especially for you which, in addition to making you relax, brings a whole series of benefits. I have never had a better massage!! I will almost certainly get a pack.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I purchased a SmartBox with the possibility of booking a treatment in this salon and every time I called to book they invented a different problem (there is no room, we don't have all the beauticians, etc.), excuses undermined by the fact that I have a friend who last week used the same service in question without problems (paying, and not using the SmartBox) This behavior denotes how much the work they do is not dictated by a passion but by an attachment to money. If they were not interested in making a reservation, they could have dissolved the collaboration with SmartBox without causing potential customers to lose out (in fact it is not excluded that after having used the service via SmartBox we would not have returned as customers given that we live in the area and we usually go to massage centers etc) I saw your reply and reply. I NEVER said that my friend used the SmartBox for 2 but that she used a massage (i.e. one of the services offered by the Smartbox) which dismantles the excuse of the lack of staff. If you had really intended to have us as customers you could have offered even just part of the service or a very distant date which we would have accepted anyway since in addition to having called weeks ago I had also called in September and I was told that in April we could use the service. Having said this, obviously we will turn to another structure which I am sure will be able to accommodate us in the best possible way and why not we will also become regular customers given that we usually, as I have already said, frequent massage centres. I have been coming to this center for a year now and even longer. Even though it is out of the way for me, living in Rome, I would never give up my regular monthly appointment here. In addition to always guaranteeing me impeccable nails, in addition to the professionalism and quality of the products, the welcome is fantastic. We immediately feel like we're among friends.
