Do NOT let the pricing on this rental fool you. It is amazing! Impeccably maintained and cleaned, thoroughly modern little duplex rental sharing a well-stocked, fully functioning micro-kitchen with separate locking doors is amazing. We only rented one unit but it would be perfect for couples traveling together. We booked this because it was affordable had good reviews, and was within 20 minutes of the airport. By chance, it is an incredible location. The hosts welcomed us well before checkin allowing us to dump our stuff in their secure reception area (in their personal home) and then go off on the provided bikes to the town and unreal Ostia Antica archaeological park. Even if you are not a big history/archaeology buff, the park is beautiful and the largest complex of ruins I have ever seen! Amazing! We ate at La Bussola in town...not to be missed as they had a deli counter and wide variety of paninis, Roman plates, and plenty of shade on their outside tables. I wish we had more time in this beautiful little place and to enjoy the pool out back of Gens Mundi...chaise lounge and all! So many perks with this place. Give the hosts and the beautiful little area along with the comfortable rental a try!

We loved our stay here! We’re 3 adults on vacation from California. Greeted by our hosts, parked in the side yard. Pool was refreshing (that’s code for cool). No spa. 5 kitties looking for pets. Lots of furniture & floats around the pool to use. Felt like home! The only reason why the rooms were given 4 star is because the downstairs pull-out bed blocks the path from the upstairs loft & bathroom. They should greet a different system. Mid-night toilet breaks were difficult. They have a full kitchen & stock it well for our make our own breakfast. We even cooked bacon & eggs they stocked in the fridge. The owner speaks good English and was very helpful with our maps of the beaches & Rome. The place was very clean, wifi & air conditioner both work. We were able to do a load of clothes in our in-unit washing machine & they had supplies stocked for that as well. We had to Google how to get it to work right but that was fine.

The owner went above and beyond to pick us up, find us a restaurant and make sure our trip was awesome. We felt like we had a personal tour guide! Nice property, very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything for breakfast.

The property, the hosts, and the entire experience was excellent. I only wish we had more time to explore the area as we were only there for one night as a stopover before our flight home. We would definitely come back and highly recommend!

First B&B out the country, booked through Expedia and it was the best ! I wish I stayed here my whole trip in Rome . Stayed here the last night before I had to leave to the airport, very convenient . 12 minutes drive . 30 minutes driving to Ancient Rome. The host is absolutely amazing , anything you need she caters to you. Keeps her home, yard & pool nice, clean and tidy. Full kitchen, dining , living , bath , walk in closet, huge bathroom, & bedroom along with the front , side and backyard . We were so happy because even though the host does live here , you feel so secluded from her and the neighbors to enjoy the backyard and pool. Home has everything you need , she even provides you breakfast in the morning . Parking in the driveway. 5 star ! Would defiantly recommend to anyone . Wouldn’t recommend more than 3 people to stay in the home . See you soon thank you for everything !
